Description
図1から図6を用いて、本実施の形態1に係る電極シート(2次電池)、バイポーラ2次電池(積層2次電池)4および組電池100について説明する。図1は、本実施の形態1に係る組電池100の斜視図である。この図1に示されるように、組電池100は、複数のバイポーラ2次電池4と、複数の負極集電電極21および正極集電電極23とを備えている。
図7から図10を用いて、本実施の形態2に係る組電池100について説明する。なお、上記図1から図6に示された構成と同一の構成については、同一の符号を付してその説明を省略する。図7は、本実施の形態2に係る組電池100の斜視図である。この図7に示されるように、端子部T1の周縁部に巻体66が形成されており、端子部T2には巻体65が形成されている。
Claims (8)
- 板状の電解質層と、
前記電解質層の一方の主表面に形成された正極と、
前記電解質層の他方の主表面に形成された負極と、
前記正極または前記負極に隣接して設けられた集電電極と、
前記集電電極のうち、前記正極または前記負極と接触する接触領域と、
前記集電電極に形成され、前記正極または前記負極と接触しない端子部と、
前記端子部に形成され導電性部材が接続される接続部と、
を備え、
前記接触領域のうち前記接続部に最も近接する第1部分と、前記接続部との間の第1電流経路を構成する前記端子部の断面積よりも、
前記接触領域の周縁部であって前記端子部に沿って延びる領域内に位置し、前記接続部までの距離が前記第1電流経路の経路長より長い第2部分と、前記接続部との間の第2電流経路を構成する前記端子部の断面積の方が大きい、2次電池。 - 前記第2電流経路が位置する前記端子部の厚みを、前記第1電流経路が位置する前記端子部の厚みより厚く形成する、請求項1に記載の2次電池。
- 前記端子部の一部を巻回することで、前記第2電流経路として機能する部分を形成する、請求項1に記載の2次電池。
- 前記端子部に前記第1電流経路と前記第2電流経路とを規定する複数の開口部を形成し、前記開口部によって規定された前記第2電流経路の幅は、前記開口部によって規定された前記第1電流経路の幅よりも大きい、請求項1に記載の2次電池。
- 前記端子部は、前記正極または前記負極の端面から外方に向けて張り出す、請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の2次電池。
- 前記第1電流経路の電気的抵抗と、前記第2電流経路の電気的抵抗とが等しい、請求項1から請求項5のいずれかに記載の2次電池。
- 請求項1から請求項6のいずれかに記載の2次電池を複数積層して形成された積層2次電池であって、
前記集電電極は、前記2次電池の積層方向の位置する端面に設けられた、積層2次電池。 - 請求項7に記載の積層2次電池を複数積層して形成された組電池であって、
前記積層2次電池は、正極同士または負極同士が対向するように積層された第1と第2の積層2次電池を有し、
前記集電電極は、前記第1の積層2次電池と前記第2の積層2次電池との間に設けられ、前記第1の積層2次電池と前記第2の積層2次電池とを電気的に接続する第1集電電極と、前記第1集電電極が設けられた表面と反対側に位置する表面に設けられ、前記第1集電電極と極性の異なる第2集電電極とを有し、
前記端子部は、前記第1集電電極に形成された第1端子部と、前記第2集電電極に形成された第2端子部とを有する、組電池。
