BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention guides to a position where the planned slope and the local ground (local board) intersect, for example, a slope cut start point, a cut boundary, or a peak start point (hereinafter, a slope cut start point, etc.). In particular, the present invention relates to a position guidance device that is optimal for civil engineering work.
[0002]
Here, the slope cutting start point is a point indicating a position where the cutting of the local board is started when the slope is formed by cutting the local board.
[0003]
The embankment starting point is a point indicating a position where embankment is started when embankment is necessary for the local board for the formation of a slope.
[0004]
The cut-off boundary is a boundary when both the cut-out and the embedding are necessary.
[0005]
[Prior art]
In civil engineering work, even if the data on the local board is unknown or inaccurate, a method for finding the installation position, that is, the starting point of the slope cut-out, is known.
[0006]
For example, first, the cross section where the tension is to be set is determined in advance, and the intersection point between the slope (straight line) included in the cross section and the horizontal plane at the current position is determined, and guidance is made to the intersection point. As a guidance method, first, a method is known in which guidance is performed up to a cross section, and then moved on the cross section, and a tight installation is performed at a position where the plan slope and the current position coincide with each other.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional method, since the cross section where the tension is installed is determined in advance and the position where the tension is installed is guided as a point, there is a drawback that it is not possible to quickly cope with various situations on the site.
[0008]
For example, if the pile position cannot be laid because the guided installation position is a hard rock such as rocks or soft soil, or if it is necessary to change the installation position suddenly, a new cross section will be used. It had to be specified on the screen or numerically.
[0009]
In addition, in the conventional method, when performing tension installation continuously, it is necessary to set a cross section for each tension, and guidance and pile driving are sequentially performed according to the cross section set at a predetermined interval. I had to do it.
[0010]
The purpose of the present invention is to set an arbitrary position where the planned slope and the local ground (local board) intersect, for example, the start point of slope cutting, etc. An object of the present invention is to provide a position guidance device that can guide an operator to a position freely and efficiently while flexibly responding to a situation in the field.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
One of the solutions of the present invention is a position measurement for measuring a current position on a local board in a position guidance device for guiding to a position where a plan slope and a local board intersect, for example, a slope cutting start point. The device, a storage device that records information about the shape of the plan slope, and the water surface passing through the local position of the local board measured by the position measurement device are calculated and stored in the calculated horizontal surface and the storage device. It is a position guidance device provided with the operation analysis device which computes the intersection line with the planned slope.
[0012]
In this position guiding device, preferably, the distance from the current position on the local board measured by the position measuring device to a temporary slope cutting start point (hereinafter referred to as a temporary start point) set on the intersection line is set. When it becomes zero, the current position is set as a starting point for the slope cut-out. And it is preferable that a calculation analysis apparatus calculates the distance of the present position on the local board measured by the position measuring apparatus, and the arbitrary temporary start points set on the intersection line.
[0013]
Moreover, it is preferable that a calculation analysis apparatus calculates the direction to the arbitrary temporary start points set on the intersection line from the current position on the local board measured by the position measuring apparatus.
[0014]
Further, the above-described position guidance device displays to the operator. For example, a display device is provided for displaying the distance and direction from the current position on the local board measured by the position measuring device to the temporary start point set on the intersection line.
[0015]
According to another embodiment of the present invention, the arithmetic analysis device calculates the distance and direction of the current position of the local board measured by the position measurement device with respect to a predetermined vertical plane including the set start point. .
[0016]
In addition, when the shape of the plan slope is a complex curved surface, the arithmetic analysis device calculates the intersection line between the horizontal plane and the plan slope by calculating the approximation as a combination of a plurality of polygonal faces. The calculation analysis becomes efficient.
[0017]

[0044]
In general, any plane C can be approximated as a set of polygons (C0, C1, C2,... Cn). And the vertex which comprises a polygon has a three-dimensional (x, y, z) value.
[0045]
Here, the coordinates of an arbitrary point Ks on the line of intersection between the horizontal plane Cs of the elevation value Zs and the polygon constituting the plane C can be obtained by the following method.
[0046]
1. Retrieval of polygons intersecting horizontal plane Cs First, for each polygon that composes surface C, the minimum value of vertex elevation, vertex ID, maximum value, and vertex ID are calculated and judged by a computer. Create

The computer searches for a side Ln-m that satisfies the following condition and sequentially adds it to Table 2.

【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, even if the shape of the local board is unknown, the operator can be easily guided to the starting point of the slope cut-out.
[0058]
In particular, according to the present invention, it is not necessary to specify a cross section, so that it is possible to flexibly cope with the situation at the site. In addition, since it can be guided freely and continuously to the starting point of the slope cut-out regardless of the determined order, it is possible to increase the efficiency of the tension installation.
[0059]
In addition, when installing a direction pile related to the slope cut start point, etc., it is very easy to install the direction pile by displaying the direction and distance from the current position to the position where the direction pile should be installed on the operator. be able to.
