Description
(a)水性混合物の固形分が(i)少なくとも二つのヒドロキシル基を含有し、かつ水分散性ポリエーテルポリオール、ポリエステルポリオール、ポリエーテルポリエステルポリオール及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択されるポリオール0.1〜10%;及び(ii)少なくとも一つのスチレンモノマーの残基20〜60%、0℃未満のTgを有する少なくとも一つのアクリルモノマーの残基40〜80%、(メタ)アクリル酸の残基1〜4%、及びヒドロキシル含有モノマーの残基0.5%未満を有するポリマー90〜99.9%を含む、水性混合物である第一成分;並びに
(b)水分散性ポリイソシアネートを含む第二成分
を含み、該第二成分が該第一成分に対し1:1〜8:1のNCO/NCO反応性基モル比で存在する、二成分接着剤組成物に関する。
ラテックスは、水中で50%固形分で、スチレン160g、2‐エチルヘキシルアクリレート232g及びアクリル酸8gを用いた一般的なフリーラジカル重合法により製造された。4gのポリプロピレングリコール(Mw=400)は、反応後、混合物に添加された。ラテックスのpHは、その後アンモニアで7に上昇させられた。2gの水分散性イソシアネート(NCO=17%)が適用前に100gのラテックス中に添加された。
実施例2は、アクリルモノマー組成物が、スチレン112g、ブチルアクリレート280g及びアクリル酸8gであったことを除き実施例1と同一方法で調製された。沸騰試験後の接着力は、1140g/インチであった。
実施例3は、アクリルモノマー組成物が、スチレン112g、ブチルアクリレート276g、アクリル酸4g及び2−ヒドロキシプロピルメタクリレート8gであることを除き実施例1と同一方法で調製された。沸騰試験後の接着力は、400g/インチであった。
実施例5は、ポリプロピレングリコールが使用されないことを除き実施例4(HEMA含有)と同一方法で調製された。沸騰後の接着力は、深刻な膨れを伴い100〜200g/インチに減少した。
実施例7はスチレンモノマーがMMAモノマーに置き換えられた点を除き実施例2と同一であった。沸騰後の接着力は、400g/インチに減少した。
実施例8は、アクリルモノマー組成物がスチレン40g、エチルアクリレート352g及びアクリル酸8gであったことを除き実施例2と同一方法で調製された。沸騰試験後の接着力は、380g/インチであり、膨れを伴った。
Claims (10)
- (a)水性混合物の固形分が
(i)少なくとも二つのヒドロキシル基を含有し、かつポリエーテルポリオール、ポリエステルポリオール、ポリエーテルポリエステルポリオール及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択されるポリオール0.1〜10重量%;および
(ii)ポリマーを構成するモノマーの合計基準で、少なくとも一つのスチレンモノマーの残基20〜50%、0℃未満のTgを有する少なくとも一つのアクリルモノマーの残基40〜75%、(メタ)アクリル酸の残基1〜4%、及びヒドロキシル含有モノマーの残基0.5%未満、を有するポリマー90〜99.9%
を含む、水性混合物である第一成分;並びに
(b)水分散性ポリイソシアネートを含む第二成分
を含み、該第二成分が、該第一成分に対し1:1〜8:1のNCO/NCO反応性基のモル比で存在する、二成分接着剤組成物。 - 該ポリオールがポリプロピレングリコールである、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 該ポリオールが200〜1,000の間の分子量を有する、請求項2に記載の組成物。
- 該ポリマーがスチレンの残基23〜45%、少なくとも一つのC4〜C12アルキルアクリレートエステルモノマーの残基55〜75%、(メタ)アクリル酸の残基1〜3%、及びヒドロキシ含有モノマーの残基0.2%未満を有し;及び該ポリマーが5,000〜2,000,000の間の重量平均分子量を有する、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 該ポリマーがアクリル酸の残基1〜3%を有する、請求項4に記載の組成物。
- 該ポリオールが200〜1,000の分子量を有するポリプロピレングリコールである、請求項5に記載の組成物。
- 該水分散性ポリイソシアネートが、トルエンジイソシアネート、イソホロンジイソシアネート、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート、ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート、ジシクロヘキシルメタンジイソシアネート、これらの異性体又はこれらの混合物をベースとするポリイソシアネートから選択される、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- NCO/NCO反応性基のモル比が3:1〜5:1である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1に記載の該組成物により接着される第一の及び第二のフィルムシートを含む、積層物。
- 少なくとも二つの基体層を請求項1に記載の接着剤組成物で結合することを含む、該少なくとも二つの基体層が接着剤の層により一緒に結合される、積層化された物品を製造する方法。
