Claims (11)
- 可燃性原料を貯留するホッパーと;
流動化ガスにより流動化状態に置かれている流動媒体を濃厚に含む濃厚層と、前記濃厚層の鉛直上方にあるスプラッシュゾーンであって前記流動媒体が勢いよくはねあがっているスプラッシュゾーンとを有する、可燃性原料を燃焼又は熱分解ガス化する流動層と;
水平面に対して20度以上80度以下で下流側が上方になるように傾斜させた前記可燃性原料の流路及び前記流動層の流動媒体を前記可燃性原料の流路に導く開口角度で設けられた原料供給口を通じて、可燃性原料を前記ホッパーから前記スプラッシュゾーン又は前記濃厚層のうち流動媒体が吹き上げられる濃厚層上部に供給する機械式供給装置とを備える;
流動層炉。 - 前記ホッパーと前記原料供給口との間の前記機械式供給装置に前記流動媒体を供給する、前記可燃性原料の前記流路とは別の、前記流動媒体の流路をさらに備える;
請求項1に記載の流動層炉。 - 前記機械式供給装置内で前記可燃性原料から発生したガスを抜き出すガス引き抜き口が前記機械式供給装置に設けられた;
請求項1又は請求項2に記載の流動層炉。 - 前記ガス引き抜き口が、前記流動媒体の流路から前記機械式供給装置に前記流動媒体を供給する位置よりも、前記可燃性原料の移動方向上流側に設けられた;
請求項3に記載の流動層炉。 - 前記機械式供給装置内で前記可燃性原料から発生して前記ガス引き抜き口を介して引き抜かれたガスを、前記流動層をバイパスさせて前記流動層の下流側に導くバイパス配管をさらに備える;
請求項3又は請求項4に記載の流動層炉。 - 前記ホッパー内の可燃性原料を前記機械式供給装置に押し込むプッシャを備える;
請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の流動層炉。 - 前記機械式供給装置の外周に蒸気を通す蒸気ジャケットを備える;
請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の流動層炉。 - 前記機械式供給装置が螺旋羽根を回転させて前記可燃性原料を供給するよう構成された回転螺旋羽根を有するコンベヤを備える;
請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の流動層炉。 - 前記コンベヤは概ね平行に配置された複数本の螺旋羽根を具備する;
請求項8に記載の流動層炉。 - 前記螺旋羽根を収納するコンベヤケーシングをさらに備え、該コンベヤケーシングはコンベヤケーシングの内面に突起を有し、該突起は搬送効率を維持するように構成された;
請求項8又は請求項9に記載の流動層炉。 - 可燃性原料をホッパーに貯留する工程と;
流動化ガスにより流動化状態に置かれている流動媒体を濃厚に含む濃厚層のうち流動媒体が吹き上げられる濃厚層上部又は前記濃厚層の鉛直上方にあるスプラッシュゾーンであって前記流動媒体が勢いよくはねあがっているスプラッシュゾーンへ前記ホッパーから前記可燃性原料を上向きに機械的供給装置で供給し、前記濃厚層上部で吹き上げられた流動媒体又は前記スプラッシュゾーンで勢いよくはねあがった流動媒体を前記機械的供給装置に飛び込ませて、前記機械的供給装置のマテリアルシール機能を高める工程と;
前記機械的供給装置により前記濃厚層又は前記スプラッシュゾーンに供給された前記可燃性原料を燃焼又は熱分解ガス化する工程とを備える;
