Description
The present invention relates to a pouch container with a spout.
Conventionally, as a container for filling beverages, jelly-like foods, and the like, a pouch container with a spout in which a spout for filling filling is attached to the upper part of a bag body made of a flexible film is known. Such a pouch container with a spout is often used for the purpose of cooling and eating after filling with a beverage or the like. However, when the filled pouch container is cooled in this manner, the outer surface of the bag is condensed when it is taken out from the refrigerator compartment. In particular, when a beverage is filled with ice or iced confectionery such as ice cream or ice cream is used as a filling, when it is taken out of the freezer, a large amount of condensation is rapidly formed on the bag. .
In view of such a point, the present applicant has proposed a pouch container with a spout in which a foamed resin layer is laminated (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-130586). Such a pouch container is very preferable because dew condensation can be prevented by the foamed resin layer, but a pouch container with a spout that can prevent dew condensation by different means is desired.
Then, this invention makes it a subject to provide the pouch with a spout improved so that dew condensation can be prevented.
In the present invention, as the means, the bag body has at least a front and back piece made of a multilayer film, and a spout to-be-fused portion is sandwiched between a part of the upper end portion of the front and back piece. A spouted pouch container in which a spout is attached to a part of the upper end portion of the front and back surface pieces by heat-sealing the peripheral end portion , wherein the multilayer film has two films, and the spout By adhering the peripheral edge portions of the two films except for the left and right portions of the upper end portions of the two films corresponding to both sides of the position where the fused portions of the two films are heat-sealed, void layer is provided in between the inner surface of the film, it is formed and the void layer and the vent port communicating with the outside between the two films in the lateral portion of the upper portion, respectively, through the vent, the gap Outside air leaks into the layer To provide a spouted pouch container is possible.
In the pouch container with a spout, since a void layer is provided between the inner film and the outer film of the multilayer film constituting the front and back pieces of the bag body, an air layer is formed between the multilayer films by the void layer. The Therefore, even if the pouch container is taken out after being stored at a low temperature such as refrigeration or freezing, dew condensation hardly occurs on the outer surface of the bag body. Further, the bag main body is formed with a vent hole that allows the gap layer to communicate with the outside, and the outside air can flow into and out of the gap layer through the vent hole. Further, the vents are formed in the left and right portions of the upper end portions of the two films corresponding to both sides of the position where the spout to-be-fused portion is heat-sealed, so that the pouch container with the spout is transported. Dust is difficult to adhere to the vents.
In addition, since an air layer is formed between the inner film and the outer film, for example, when the filling is frozen and solidified, the shape of the solidified filling hardly appears on the outer surface of the bag body. Therefore, it is possible to provide a pouch container having a smooth appearance even when filled with a solidified filler.
According to the pouch container with a spout of the present invention, even after taking out the filling and storing it at a low temperature, it is difficult for condensation to form on the outer surface of the bag body. Things can be poured out.
In a preferred embodiment of the pouch container with a spout of the present invention, a spout is attached to a bag body formed in a bag shape by adhering at least the peripheral ends of the front and back pieces, and the front and back pieces are peeled in the middle. It consists of a laminated film provided with a layer, and a void layer is formed in a range where a release layer is provided by laminating. This release layer is preferably provided in a range excluding the heat-sealed portion of the front and back pieces. Further, when the pouch container is a self-supporting type that folds the front and back pieces to form the bottom face, the front and back pieces are provided. It is a preferable aspect that it is provided in the range except this bottom surface formation part. Moreover, the preferable one aspect | mode of the pouch container with a spout of this invention attaches a spout to the bag main body formed in the bag shape by adhere | attaching the peripheral edge part of a front and back piece at least, and a front and back piece is a 1st film. The second film is composed of two films, and a gap layer is provided between the two films by heat-sealing predetermined portions of the outer surface of the first film and the inner surface of the second film.
A preferable aspect included in the pouch container with a spout is that the bag body is formed with a vent hole that allows the gap layer and the outside to communicate with each other. Air enters the layer and an air layer with a larger volume is formed, which is excellent in preventing condensation and has a smooth appearance. Furthermore, in order to form a vent hole that communicates the void layer and the outside, a preferred embodiment is one in which a part of the release layer is provided extending to the heat-sealed portion of the front and back surface pieces. This vent is preferably provided at the upper end or / and the lower end of the bag body, and in particular, the vent is preferably open at the upper end.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be specifically described with reference to the drawings. For convenience, as a term indicating a direction, “inside” refers to the direction of the storage portion in which the filling is filled, and “outside” refers to a direction away from the storage portion.
(First embodiment)
1 to 3,
The
The
Each of the front and
The
Although not particularly illustrated, design printing on which an indication of a product name, a pattern, or the like is printed is performed on the inner surface or the outer surface of the

The
As shown in FIG. 4A, the side film
According to the
Further, since the
Further, since the
Furthermore, since the means for forming the
Next, various modifications of the first embodiment will be described.
As described above, the range where the release layer 55 (gap layer 2) is provided is most preferably provided in a range excluding the
Furthermore, the release layer 55 (gap layer 2) is not limited to the case where it is provided between the

The spout pouch container can be manufactured, for example, by the following method.
As shown in FIG. 8 (a), the second film
Similarly to the first embodiment, the
Next, various modifications of the second embodiment will be described.
The range where the release layer 55 (gap layer 2) is provided is not limited to the case where it is provided in the range excluding the
Further, the

(Other embodiments)
In the various embodiments described above, the bag body is a self-supporting type with a double-sided gusset made of four film pieces, but the bag body is not limited to this, for example, as shown in FIG. Thus, as shown in the same figure (b), as shown in the same figure (b), the front and

Further, as described above, the multilayer film constituting the
