Description
本発明による排気タービン過給機においてはまた、スラスト軸受は、支持ディスクと、該支持ディスクを囲むヨークウェブと、軸方向に逆分極化されると共にヨークウェブに突き合わせ配置される2つの永久磁石と、この永久磁石を取り囲む電磁トロイダルコイルとを備え、前述の支持ディスクの撓みを阻止するように電磁トロイダルコイルへの電力供給が制御される。
以下、図面に図示された実施例に基づいて本発明が以下で詳しく説明される。
図1に示された排気タービン過給機1には軸2があり、その軸の左側端部にはコンプレッサー翼車3が、右側端部にはタービンホイールすなわちタービン翼車4が配置されている。コンプレッサーホイールすなわちコンプレッサー翼車3はそれ自体公知の仕方で遠心圧縮機(Radialverdichter)として設計されている。

Claims (9)
- ハウジングと、該ハウジング内において回転軸線の回りで回転可能に配置された軸(2)とを備えた排気タービン過給機(1)で、該軸にタービン翼車(4)とコンプレッサー翼車(3)が配置され、且つ、該軸が磁気軸受として設計されたラジアル軸受(5,6)と少なくとも1つのスラスト軸受(9)との中に案内されており、その際、軸受(5,6,9)がそれぞれ、軸(2)上に配置された支持ディスク(12,14,16)と、少なくとも1つの側が軸方向にそれと隙間を形成しながら向き合っている少なくとも1つのステーター(19、20,21,22,49,50)とを備えている、排気タービン過給機において、
ハウジング内に少なくとも1つの空気通路(62,65)が形成されており、該空気通路を通して少なくとも1つの軸受隙間に空気流の負荷が加えられ得るようになっており、また、
前記スラスト軸受(9)は、支持ディスク(14)と、前記支持ディスク(14)を囲
むヨークウェブ(49,50)と、軸方向に逆分極化されると共に前記ヨークウェブ(4
9,50)に突き合わせ配置される2つの永久磁石(53,54)と、前記永久磁石(5
3,54)を取り囲む電磁トロイダルコイル(55)とを備え、前記支持ディスク(14
)の撓みを阻止するように前記電磁トロイダルコイル(55)への電力供給が制御される、 ことを特徴とする排気タービン過給機。 - 少なくとも1つの空気通路がタービン過給機(1)のコンプレッサーハウジング(64)につながっていることを特徴とする請求項1による排気タービン過給機。
- 空気通路(62,65)が、少なくとも部分的に、ハウジングの外部に延びるパイプライン(65)によって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2による排気タービン過給機。
- 個別の空気通路がそれぞれの軸受(5,6,9)へ通じていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項による排気タービン過給機。
- 軸受(5,6,9)の隙間が、ハウジング内に形成されたさらに別の空気通路を介して互いに連通していることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項による排気タービン過給機。
- 空気通路(62,65)が該軸受のうちの1つへのみ、つまり、好ましくはタービン翼車側の軸受(6)へ通じていることを特徴とする請求項5による排気タービン過給機。
- 軸受(5,6,9)を流れ通る空気のための少なくとも1つの排出口(63,66)がハウジングに設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項による排気タービン過給機。
- 該排出口が、コンプレッサー翼車(3)の範囲におけるハウジングと軸(2)の間の隙間によって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項7による排気タービン過給機。
- 前記空気通路(62,65)の横断面が、エンジンへ通じる圧縮空気用パイプラインの横断面に比べて小さいことを特徴とする、請求項2〜8のいずれか1項による排気タービン過給機。
