【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、パチンコ遊技機における貯留球の通出・規制機構に関し、更に詳細には、パチンコ遊技機の裏側上部に設けられて多数のパチンコ球を貯留球として貯留し得る球貯留排出経路部と、上・下の球皿に連通する賞球払出路の上部に配設された球払出装置および機外に連通する球排出路との間に設けられ、前記球貯留排出経路部内の貯留球を前記球払出装置または前記球排出路へ通出するのを許容したり規制したりするパチンコ遊技機における貯留球の通出・規制機構に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
パチンコ機やアレンジボール機に代表されるこの種のパチンコ遊技機は、遊技ホール内の設置枠台(通称「島」)に縦向きの姿勢で設置され、球送り装置および打球発射装置の協働に基いて上球皿内から発射位置に送込まれた遊技球を遊技盤内へ打出して所要のパチンコゲームを行ない得る。そして機内の遊技盤内で展開されるパチンコゲーム中に成立した入賞(例えばセーフ球の発生や図柄組合わせによる得点)に対し、機裏側の機構セット盤に形成配置した球容器(球タンク)や整流路および球送出路等から構成される球貯留排出経路部内に貯留されたパチンコ球(貯留球)が、前記球送出路における球送出口の下方に配設した球払出装置の払出し作動毎に所定数の賞球として払出され、この球払出装置の下方に形成された賞球払出路を介して機前側の上球皿または下球皿側へ給出されるようになっている。一方、貸球用のカードおよびカードユニットを利用して貯留球を貸出し得るタイプの遊技機(一般に「カード式パチンコ遊技機」ともいう)では、前述した賞球払出しとは別に、遊技者による適正な球貸し操作に応答して前記球払出装置または別途設置された別の球払出装置の払出し作動により、球貯留排出経路部内の貯留球が所定数の貸球として前記賞球払出路を介して上球皿側へ給出されるようになっている。

前記球貯留供給経路部内には、遊技盤内でのパチンコゲームにおいて所謂「大当り」の特別遊技状態が発生しても円滑に賞球を払出し得るように、機外の球補給設備から適時にパチンコ球を補充投入して常に一定量以上のパチンコ球が貯留球として貯留されている。このため、例えば前記球貯留排出経路部の点検・修理や、前記球払出装置の取外し点検および新品交換に際しては、該球貯留排出経路部内の貯留球を所定位置で一時的に球止め(通出規制)し得ることが望まれている。そこで前記パチンコ遊技機にあっては、貯留球に対する「球止め技術」として、例えば前記球貯留排出経路部の下流部上方(球送出路部の適宜位置)に鈎形状をなす回動式の貯留球通出規制部材を配設して、球払出装置の取外しに先立つ球止め時には、この規制部材を通常の通出許容位置(第1位置)から通出規制位置(第2位置)に回動変位させ、その爪部で球貯留排出経路部内の貯留球を受止めることで規制位置から上流側の球容器に至る貯留球を通出規制(阻止)し得るようになっている。

一方、前述のパチンコ遊技機では、機全体のメンテナンスやパチンコ球の入球・出球管理等に際して、前記球貯留排出経路部に貯留された全ての貯留球を抜取る必要が生ずる。そこで、貯留球に対する「球抜き技術」として、前記賞球払出路と該賞球払出路から分岐形成した球抜き路との分岐連絡部に回動レバー形態の切換部材を配設して、前記球払出装置の連続作動に基づく球抜き時には、この切換部材を通常の球払出し位置(第1位置)から球抜き位置(第2位置)に変位保持させることで、球貯留排出経路部内の貯留球を球抜き路から機外へ放出し得るようになっている。この切換部材は、例えば前枠の正面側部に形成された操作孔から挿入した操作杆によるスイッチ操作に基づいて作動する電動タイプの球流路切換装置を構成する部材であって、該操作杆によるスイッチの検出入力に基づいた電磁ソレノイドの駆動制御により前記第1位置および第2位置に回動変位される。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、前述した「球止め技術」では、貯留球通出規制部材の通出規制位置から下流に貯留された貯留球の通出規制を図り得ないため、前記球払出装置を取外した際には、相当数をやむなく通出落下させざるを得ない。また、点検・修理済みの球払出装置の組付けセット後に、球詰まりまたは球切り状態が不十分である場合には、同装置の再度の取外し点検に伴って再び相当数が通出落下する結果を招来してしまっていた。殊に、前記カード式パチンコ遊技機においては、前記球送出路部が貸球用の球送出路(第1球送出路)と、賞球用の球送出路(第2球送出路)とから構成されており、これら第1球送出路および第2球送出路に、単独操作される専用の前記貯留球通出規制部材を個別に配設するようになっていた。このため、球貯留排出経路部内における第1球送出路内および第2球送出路内の夫々の貯留球に対する通出規制および通出許容に関しては、各貯留球通出規制部材を別々に操作する必要があるから面倒で煩雑な操作を伴う欠点を有していると共に、部品点数の増加に伴う組付作業工数の増加および製造コストのアップ等を招来する問題等を内在していた。

一方、前述した「球抜き技術」では、球抜き用のスイッチが前述した操作杆以外の針金状材等でも簡単に操作検出されてしまい、貯留球の不正球抜き獲得を防止し得ないという大きな問題を内在していた。すなわち、遊技機の構成並びに両装置の形態等を熟知した不正者が、平常の遊技を装う姿勢で上球皿に連絡する供給口から前記賞球払出路内へ侵入させた線状の不正物を、巧みに操りながら上方部に位置する球流路切換装置側へ挿入させて該不正物で切換部材を球払出し位置に拘束保持したもとで、前記スイッチを不正に操作して全ての貯留球を上球皿または下球皿へ給出するという不正行為を阻止できなかった。換言すると、前述した電動タイプの球払出装置と球流路切換装置とを併用状態で装備している多くのパチンコ遊技機では、正常な球抜き操作により全ての貯留球を機外へ抜出し得る便利な機能を有する反面、前述したような不正球抜き操作による獲得を許してしまう欠点を内在しており、これを好適に阻止できなかった。

また前記球流路切換装置では、切換部材の作動手段として、リニアタイプやロータリータイプの電磁ソレノイドが実施されていた。しかるにリニアタイプのソレノイドでは、ロッドが直線的に往復動する形態であるため、該ロッドの直動変位を切換部材の回動変位に変換する連繋部材を必要とし、切換部材の作動系が複雑となって作動不良が発生し易くなると共に、装置全体が大型化する欠点があった。またロータリータイプの電磁ソレノイドでは、ロッドに前記切換部材を直結し得るので作動系が簡素となり作動不良等の不具合を防止し得る利点はあるが、その反面、円形の外郭体が大型で設置面積を多く要することにより、装置全体の小型化を困難にすることとなっていた。

更に従来のパチンコ遊技機では、前記貯留球通出規制部材を球払出装置の上流部位(球貯留排出経路部の下流部)に配設し、前記切換部材を含む球流路切換装置を球払出装置の下流部位に配設するのが一般的な構成とされていたから、前述した「球止め技術」と「球抜き技術」とは全く目的の異なった別々の技術として考慮されていた。すなわち従来では、前述した貯留球通出規制部材および切換部材(球流路切換装置)を機構セット盤の異なる部位に別々に設けるものであったから、機構セット盤の設置スペースの有効利用を図り得ないものとなっていた。しかも、貯留球通出規制部材は機構セット盤に直接的に装着されるようになっており、製造工程の簡素化や作業性の向上等を図るうえでも支障を来していた。

【発明の目的】
本発明は、前述した従来の技術に内在している前記課題に鑑み、これを好適に解決するべく提案されたものであって、球貯留排出経路部と球払出装置および球排出路の間に、球送出案内路および球抜案内路を形成した球送出路部を設け、前記球送出案内路内の貯留球が球払出装置へ通出するのを許容または規制する貯留球通出規制部材と、該球送出案内路内の貯留球が前記球抜案内路へ通出するのを規制または許容する貯留球通出切換部材とを前記球送出路部に配設することで、設置スペースの有効利用および不正球抜き獲得の防止等を図ったパチンコ遊技機における貯留球の通出・規制機構を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前述した課題を克服し、所期の目的を好適に達成するため本発明は、パチンコ遊技機の裏側上部に設けられて多数のパチンコ球を貯留球として貯留し得る球貯留排出経路部(14)と、上・下の球皿に連通する賞球払出路(Q)の上部に配設された球払出装置(L 1 ,L 2 )および機外に連通する球排出路(R)との間に設けられ、前記球貯留排出経路部(14)内の貯留球を前記球払出装置(L 1 ,L 2 )または前記球排出路(R)へ通出するのを許容したり規制したりするパチンコ遊技機における貯留球の通出・規制機構であって、

【作用】
球送出路部に設けた第1収容設置部に装着した貯留球通出規制部材は、該球送出路部に形成した球送出案内路の球送出口に臨んで配設され、球送出路部に設けた第2収容設置部に装着した貯留球通出切換部材は、該球送出路部に形成した球抜案内路の球通入口に臨んで配設される。
貯留球通出規制部材は、その係合片を球送出路部に設けた第1係合部に係合させることで、第1収容設置部に挿通した規制板部が第1位置に到来する。これにより、規制板部に形成した球通過口と球送出案内路の球送出口とが全面的に連通するので、球送出案内路内の貯留球が前記球送出口から球払出装置へ通出するのが許容される。一方、指先で操作片を押圧操作して係合片を第1係合部から離脱させて規制板部を第2位置へ到来させると、球通過口と球送出口とが部分的にのみ連通するので、球送出案内路内の貯留球が該球送出口から球払出装置へ通出するのが規制される。
貯留球通出切換部材は、その係合片を球送出路部に設けた第2係合部に係合させることで、第2収容設置部に挿通した規制板部が第1位置に到来する。これにより、規制板部に形成した球通過口と球抜案内路の球通入口とが部分的にのみ連通するので、球送出案内路内の貯留球が前記球通入口から球抜案内路へ通出するのが規制される。一方、指先で操作片を押圧操作して係合片を第2係合部から離脱させて規制板部を第2位置へ到来させると、球通過口と球通入口とが全面的に連通するので、球送出案内路内の貯留球が該球通入口から球抜案内路へ通出するのが許容される。
これにより、前記貯留球通出切換部材を前記第1位置に保持すると共に前記貯留球通出規制部材を前記第1位置に保持することで、前記球貯留排出経路部内の貯留球を前記球送出案内路を介して前記球払出装置へ通出させ得る。また、少なくとも前記貯留球通出切換部材を前記第2位置に変位させることで、前記球貯留排出経路部内の貯留球を前記球抜案内路を介して前記球排出路へ通出させ得る。
なお貯留球通出規制部材および貯留球通出切換部材は、第1球送出路内に貯留された貸球用の貯留球および第2球送出路内に貯留された賞球用の貯留球を、ワンタッチ操作で同時に通出許容または通出規制することが可能である。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、本発明に係るパチンコ遊技機における貯留球の通出・規制機構につき、好適な実施例を挙げ、添付図面を参照しながら以下詳細に説明する。なお本実施例では、貸球用のカードおよびカードユニットを利用して貯留球を貸出し得るカード式パチンコ機を例とし、後述する機構セット盤における球貯留排出経路部の下流側に、ユニット化された球払出装置が設置された形式を主に示す。

(パチンコ機)
そこで、先ず本実施例に係る貯留球の通出・規制機構が実施されるパチンコ機について、図16および図17を参照して要約説明する。本実施例のパチンコ機Pは、その基本的な概略構成として、外枠Aの開口前面側に対して前枠Bが、連結支持手段および施錠手段を利用して着脱および開放可能に組付けられている。そして前枠Bの内外部分には、横開き式のガラス扉Dを組付けた窓枠Cと、ガラス扉Dの下部において前枠Bに対して着脱および開放可能に組付けられる開閉セット板の前側に上球皿Eが組付けられると共に、該開閉セット板の後側に電動式の球送り装置(図示せず)等がセットされている。また、前記前枠Bの下部に下球皿Fおよび打球発射装置H等が設置されると共に、裏側に機構セット盤G等が装備され、更に該前枠Bの後側に設けた保持枠10の正面内部に、所要の遊技領域Jaを構成した遊技盤Jが着脱交換可能にセットされる。一方、貸球の払出し制御に必要とされる球貸しユニット(カバー式)Kが、パチンコ機Pの側方(外枠Aの隣接部位)に設置されて各電子制御部と接続されている。

(機構セット盤)
前記機構セット盤Gは、前枠B裏側に位置する前記遊技盤Jセット用の保持枠10の裏側に着脱可能に装備され、該保持枠10に対応し得る方形サイズに樹脂成形された本体11の中央部に遊技盤裏面の点検用の窓口12が開口され、これに裏カバー部材13が開閉および着脱可能に取着されており、この窓口12の上部から右側部に亘る外周囲部に球貯留排出経路部14等が配設されている。また、この球貯留排出経路部14の下側に、カセット形態とされる電動制御式の球払出装置L1,L2が設置される一方、これら球払出装置L1,L2の下方に該装置L1,L2から払出された貸球および賞球を前記上球皿Eまたは下球皿Fへ排出する賞球払出路Qが形成されており、前記球貯留排出経路部14に貯留された所定数のパチンコ球(貯留球)が、球払出装置L1,L2の作動により貸球または賞球として払出されるようになっている。一方、機構セット盤Gの右端には、前記球払出装置L1,L2の右側方に上端開口すると共に機外へ下端開口した球排出路Rが垂下形成されており、後述するように球抜きに際して球貯留排出経路部14内の貯留球を機外へ通出案内するようになっている。

なお、機構セット盤Gのその他の構成として、前記窓口12の下方に、アウト球およびセーフ球を機外へ排出する球通出経路が形成される他に、球抜き装置,セーフ球検出処理装置,賞球満杯検出装置および貸球用の検出スイッチ(何れも図示せず)等が夫々設置され、そして本体11の上方隅端部にターミナル基盤(集中基盤ともいう)15が設置されている。また前記窓口12の下方背面には、パチンコ機Pを全体的に制御するメイン基板を収容した主制御装置16や、前記打球発射装置Hを制御する発射制御基板を収容した発射制御装置17、前記球払出装置L1,L2を制御する払出制御基板を収容した払出制御装置18、前記遊技盤Jでのパチンコゲームに応じた効果音を発生制御する音制御基板を収容した音制御装置19、球貸しユニットKと接続して各種データの入力および出力を行なうためのコネクタを備えたインターフェース20等が所要位置に設置固定される一方、前記裏カバー部材13の背面に電源基板21が設置固定されている。

(球貯留排出経路部)
前記球貯留排出経路部14は、機構セット盤Gの上部に上方開口状態で設置される球容器(「球タンク」ともいう)22と、この球容器22底面の下流端に開口された球出口に合わせた下部に取着される斜状レール形の整流路部23と、左右蛇行状に形成されて前記整流路部23の下流端に連絡するように取着される球送出路部24とから構成され、相当量(例えば500個程度)のパチンコ球を貯留球として一時的に貯留し得るようになっている。そして実施例のパチンコ機Pでは、図1および図2等に示す如く、前記球貯留排出経路部14における球送出路部24の下端と、上球皿Eおよび下球皿Fに連通する賞球払出路Qの上部に配設された前記各球払出装置L1,L2および前記球排出路Rとの間に設けた設置部26に、貯留球通出規制部材60および貯留球通出切換部材75を球送出路部28に装着して貯留球の通出・規制機構を構成する貯留球通出ユニットMが、後付装着形態で着脱可能に配設されている。

なお実施例の整流路部23は、図2または図3に示すように、幅方向中央部で上方へ突出しかつ長手方向へ延在する仕切板25により、貯留球を2列整列状態で球送出路部24へ送出案内する第1整流路23aおよび第2整流路23bとを並設した「4条タイプ」が例とされ、例えば第1整流路23aを貸球用、第2整流路23bを賞球用として実施に供される。また前記球送出路部24は、貯留球を1列整列状態で通出案内する「2条タイプ」として、第1球送出路24aおよび第2球送出路24bがパチンコ機Pの前後方向へ並列的に画成され、この第1球送出路24aが前記第1整流路23aに整合連通すると共に第2球送出路24bが前記第2整流路23bに整合連通している。すなわち、第1整流路23aおよび第2整流路23bを夫々流下した貯留球は、その出口部で2列から1列に整列されながら対応の第1球送出路24aおよび第2球送出路24b内へ流入するようになる。

(球払出装置)
本実施例のパチンコ機Pでは、貸球の払出し専用に実施される第1球払出装置L1と、賞球の払出し専用に実施される第2球払出装置L2とを有し、機構セット盤Gに設けた設置部27に対して、前後に整合セットした第1球払出装置L1および第2球払出装置L2をビス着することで、両球払出装置L1,L2を前後2段に装着するようになっている(図9)。なお、第1球払出装置L1および第2球払出装置L2は、図14および図15に示すように、ケース体86の内部に球払出し機構部88を内蔵した同一タイプとされ、貯留球が通過する球通路87が該ケース体86内に垂直に形成されている。

次に、本実施例に係る貯留球の通出・規制機構につき説明する。実施例の貯留球の通出・規制機構は、図1〜図3等に示すと共に前述したように、前記球貯留排出経路部14における球送出路部24の下端と、前記各球払出装置L1,L2および前記球排出路Rとの間に設けた設置部26に、組付固定ビス53を利用して取外し可能に組付けられる貯留球通出ユニットMから構成されている。すなわちこの貯留球通出ユニットMは、図4〜図6に示すように、前記球送出路部24における第1球送出路24aおよび第2球送出路24bと前記各球払出装置L1,L2の各球通路87,87とを連通接続する第1球送出案内路29aおよび第2球送出案内路29b、および夫々の球送出案内路29a,29bの途中から分岐して前記球排出路Rに連通接続する球抜案内路30を内部に画成して球送出路部とされる球送出路部材28と、この球送出路部材28における夫々の球送出案内路29a,29bの出口部位臨んで配設された貯留球通出規制部材60と、該球送出路部材28における夫々の球送出案内路29a,29bと前記球抜案内路30との分岐部位に臨んで配設された貯留球通出切換部材75とから構成され、全体が単一のユニット部材として取扱い得るようになっている。なお第1球送出案内路29aは、前記第1球送出路24aと前記第1球払出装置L1とを連通接続し、第2球送出案内路29bは、前記第2球送出路24bと前記第2球払出装置L2とを連通接続するようになっている。

(球送出路部)
貯留球の通出・規制機構における球送出路部を形成する前記球送出路部材28は、図5および図6に示すように、前後方向へ互いに組付け可能に合成樹脂成形された第1基体31および第2基体32から構成されている。このうち前記第1基体31は、機構セット盤Gに設けた前記設置部26に接触する矩形状の台座部33と、この台座部33に蛇行状に形成されて前記第1球送出案内路29aの一部を画成する第1壁部34と、この第1壁部34に段差を以て一体形成されて両球送出案内路29a,29bの間に延在するようになる仕切壁部35とが一体的に成形されている。そして、第1球送出案内路29aの球送出口29cに隣接する部位には、前記貯留球通出規制部材60の挿通および摺動変位を許容する横長矩形状の第1挿通口36が開口形成されると共に、該第1球送出案内路29aと球抜案内路30との分岐部に対応する部位には、前記貯留球通出切換部材75の挿通および摺動変位を許容する略J字形状の第2挿通口37が開口形成されている。また、前記第1挿通口36の右上端縁部には、前記貯留球通出規制部材60に係合して該通出規制部材60の抜止めを図る第1フック片(第1係合片)38が立設形成されていると共に、前記第2挿通口37の右上端縁部には、前記貯留球通出切換部材75に係合して該切換部材75の抜止めを図る第2フック片(第2係合片)39が立設形成されている。なお台座部33の略中央には、第2基体32との組付用のビス54が螺着されるボス40が立設形成されていると共に、左端中央部や下端中央部および右上隅角部等には、当該第1基体31を機構セット盤Gに組付けるための組付固定ビス53(図3)の挿通を許容する挿通口41が開設されている。
