Description
本発明による訓練制御方法及び装置は運動を行うか、休息しているユーザーがバイオフィードバックによる自己調節過程を通じて効果的に目標運動範囲、あるいは目標安定範囲に到達させることを目的とする。このために考慮されねばならない事項としては、休息中、または運動遂行中に着用する訓練制御装置がユーザーに最大限のユーザー便宜性を提供すること、目標運動範囲あるいは目標安定範囲に誘導するためのバイオフィードバックアルゴリズムが効果的に具現されることである。

Claims (6)
- ユーザーのバイオ信号を測定し、所定のバイオフィードバック情報をユーザーに提供するバイオ信号測定モジュールと、
前記バイオ信号測定モジュールから提供されるユーザーのバイオ信号とユーザー情報とを利用して前記ユーザーの目標運動範囲及び目標安定範囲を設定し、ユーザーの訓練モード選択によって前記バイオ信号を前記目標運動範囲及び前記目標安定範囲と比較し、比較結果によって前記選択された訓練モードでのポジティブバイオフィードバック情報とネガティブバイオフィードバック情報のうち何れか1つを前記バイオフィードバック情報として前記バイオ信号測定モジュールに提供するバイオ情報フィードバックモジュールと、を含み、
前記バイオ信号測定モジュールは、スピーカー、透過型光センサー、及び無線送受信部が具備されるヘッドセットで具現され、
前記バイオ情報フィードバックモジュールは運動訓練モード時に前記バイオ信号から得られる瞬時心拍数によって同じビートの複数の音楽ファイルあるいは相異なるビートの複数の音楽ファイルを前記ポジティブまたはネガティブバイオフィードバック情報に提供して前記瞬時心拍数を前記目標運動範囲に誘導するか、目標訓練範囲の離脱であることを知らせ、且つ、運動訓練モードで前記バイオ信号が一定時間にわたって前記目標運動範囲以下に低下した場合に、該一定時間に対する前記バイオ信号の平均よりも遅いビートのリズムを含む情報をフィードバックさせ、安定訓練モードで前記バイオ信号が一定時間にわたって前記目標安定範囲以上に上昇した場合に、該一定時間に対する前記バイオ信号の平均よりも速いビートのリズムを含む情報をフィードバックさせることを特徴とするバイオフィードバック情報を利用した訓練制御装置。 - ユーザーのバイオ信号を測定し、所定のバイオフィードバック情報をユーザーに提供するバイオ信号測定モジュールと、
前記バイオ信号測定モジュールから提供されるユーザーのバイオ信号とユーザー情報とを利用して前記ユーザーの目標運動範囲及び目標安定範囲を設定し、ユーザーの訓練モード選択によって前記バイオ信号を前記目標運動範囲及び前記目標安定範囲と比較し、比較結果によって前記選択された訓練モードでのポジティブバイオフィードバック情報とネガティブバイオフィードバック情報のうち何れか1つを前記バイオフィードバック情報として前記バイオ信号測定モジュールに提供するバイオ情報フィードバックモジュールと、を含み、
前記バイオ信号測定モジュールは、スピーカー、透過型光センサー、及び無線送受信部が具備されるヘッドセットで具現され、
前記バイオ情報フィードバックモジュールは安定訓練モード時に前記バイオ信号から得られる瞬時心拍数によって同じビートの複数の音楽ファイルあるいは相異なるビートの複数の音楽ファイルを前記ポジティブまたはネガティブバイオフィードバック情報に提供して前記瞬時心拍数を前記目標安定範囲に誘導するか、目標安定範囲の離脱であることを知らせ、且つ、運動訓練モードで前記バイオ信号が一定時間にわたって前記目標運動範囲以下に低下した場合に、該一定時間に対する前記バイオ信号の平均よりも遅いビートのリズムを含む情報をフィードバックさせ、安定訓練モードで前記バイオ信号が一定時間にわたって前記目標安定範囲以上に上昇した場合に、該一定時間に対する前記バイオ信号の平均よりも速いビートのリズムを含む情報をフィードバックさせることを特徴とするバイオフィードバック情報を利用した訓練制御装置。 - ユーザーのバイオ信号を測定し、所定のバイオフィードバック情報をユーザーに提供するバイオ信号測定モジュールと、
前記バイオ信号測定モジュールから提供されるユーザーのバイオ信号とユーザー情報とを利用して前記ユーザーの目標運動範囲及び目標安定範囲を設定し、ユーザーの訓練モード選択によって前記バイオ信号を前記目標運動範囲及び前記目標安定範囲と比較し、比較結果によって前記選択された訓練モードでのポジティブバイオフィードバック情報とネガティブバイオフィードバック情報のうち何れか1つを前記バイオフィードバック情報として前記バイオ信号測定モジュールに提供するバイオ情報フィードバックモジュールと、
前記バイオ情報フィードバックモジュールから伝送されるバイオ信号及びバイオ情報を受信し、ユーザーの期間別健康情報を分析及び管理し、前記期間別健康情報を前記バイオ情報フィードバックモジュールに提供してユーザーに伝送させる健康情報管理サーバーと、を含み、
前記バイオ信号測定モジュールは、スピーカー、透過型光センサー、及び無線送受信部が具備されるヘッドセットで具現され、
前記バイオ情報フィードバックモジュールは、運動訓練モードで前記バイオ信号が一定時間にわたって前記目標運動範囲以下に低下した場合に、該一定時間に対する前記バイオ信号の平均よりも遅いビートのリズムを含む情報をフィードバックさせ、安定訓練モードで前記バイオ信号が一定時間にわたって前記目標安定範囲以上に上昇した場合に、該一定時間に対する前記バイオ信号の平均よりも速いビートのリズムを含む情報をフィードバックさせることを特徴とするバイオフィードバック情報を利用した健康管理システム。 - 前記バイオ情報フィードバックモジュールは、移動型の携帯通信機器、無線データ通信が可能なPDA、腕時計型の情報端末機のうち何れか1つで具現されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバイオフィードバック情報を利用した健康管理システム。
- 前記健康情報管理サーバーは、データセンターと基地局のうち何れか1つに設置されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバイオフィードバック情報を利用した健康管理システム。
- 前記健康情報管理サーバーから前記バイオ情報フィードバックモジュールに提供される健康情報は音声メッセージ、文字メッセージ及び電子メールのうち何れか1つの形態に伝送されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバイオフィードバック情報を利用した健康管理システム。
