Claims (6)
- 流量を調整すべくハウジング内に配置され、調整装置により調整可能な羽根を備えた重油燃料式往復動内燃機関の排気駆動過給機のラジアルタービン用案内装置において、
羽根(5)の軸(4)が、案内装置における排気駆動過給機の圧縮機側のハウジング部分(1)に支持され、羽根軸(4)の先端前にばね要素(7)が設けられ、該要素(7)が前記軸(4)を反対側ハウジング部分(2)の接触支持面(14)に、羽根(5)の端面(13)を支持すべく押し付け、
前記ばね要素(7)を羽根軸(4)から熱絶縁すべく、ばね要素(7)と羽根軸(4)のばね要素(7)側端との間に圧力部材(6)がはめ込まれ、かつ前記圧力部材(6)が、羽根軸(4)の端面直径より小さい直径の軸方向孔を有することを特徴とする装置。 - 調整装置の調整レバー(10)が、ばね要素(7)と羽根(5)の間で羽根軸(4)に連結されたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 羽根(5)の端面(13)に対する接触支持面(14)が、ハウジング部分(2)に結合されたはめ込み部材(15)により形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の装置。
- ばね要素(7)が円板ばねからなることを特徴とする請求項1から3の1つに記載の装置。
- 羽根軸(4)の軸受として、ハウジング部分(1)にはめ込み部材(3)が設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1から4の1つに記載の装置。
- はめ込み部材(3)が羽根軸(4)と同じ材料で作られたことを特徴とする請求項5記載の装置。
