Claims (5)
- 空気ばねと、この空気ばねを介して除振支持される基台と、この基台に多孔質空気ベアリングを介して浮遊支持されると共に除振対象物を支持する支持台とを具備しており、基台は、支持台の下面に対面して配された底板部と、この底板部に固着されていると共に支持台の側端面を囲繞した側板部と、この側板部に固着されていると共に支持台の周縁部の上面に対面して配された上板部とを具備しており、空気ばねは底板部と振動源との間に介在されるようになっており、多孔質空気ベアリングは、支持台の下面に対面する底板部の上面に固着された多孔質上面ベアリング板と、支持台の側端面を取り囲むように当該支持台の側端面に対面する側板部の側面に固着された多孔質側面ベアリング板と、支持台の周縁部の上面に対面する上板部の下面に固着された多孔質下面ベアリング板とを具備しており、多孔質上面ベアリング板、多孔質側面ベアリング板及び多孔質下面ベアリング板の夫々は、基板と、この基板の一方の面に焼成された多孔質金属焼結層とを具備しており、多孔質金属焼結層は、金属粉末と無機質粉末とを混合、焼結してなる除振装置。
- 空気ばねは、ゴム製の空気袋を具備している請求項1に記載の除振装置。
- ゴム製の空気袋は蛇腹状になっている請求項2に記載の除振装置。
- 多孔質空気ベアリングは、支持台を多孔質空気ベアリングに対して20μmから3μmの隙間をもって浮遊支持するようになっている請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の除振装置。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の除振装置に用いるための多孔質空気ベアリング。
