Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a building foundation suitable for, for example, a steel structure simple building and a foundation unit used for the construction.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The construction of a fabric foundation using a foundation unit made of precast concrete is already known and has also been proposed by patent 2785063. Although these can save on-site work compared to the case where foundation concrete is cast on-site, each of them is based on the premise of transmission of force between the foundation units when joining individual foundation units. The construction of the joint for establishing the transmission mechanism is troublesome, and this is a factor that hinders the shortening of the construction period.
[0003]
In addition, concrete is cast on the joint between the base part and the rising part of the precast concrete foundation unit or filled with grout material as described in Japanese Patent No. 2785063, which establishes a force transmission mechanism. Although it is effective in making it possible to disassemble and recycle the basic units, they are difficult to dismantle and reuse.
[0004]
Japanese Laid-Open Patent Publication No. 9-60005 discloses a foundation of a building in which a steel foundation beam is bolted on a foundation base made of precast concrete. Forming with cast-in-place concrete is clearly a fabric foundation in view of what is described as another example. Therefore, the joint between the foundation bases made of precast concrete is premised on the transmission of force, as in the conventional example such as the above-mentioned Japanese Patent No. 2785063, and it takes time to construct the joint for establishing the force transmission mechanism. It is a big difference in that it is expensive and difficult to dismantle and reuse.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in consideration of the above points, and the purpose of the present invention is to shorten the construction period, and to construct and construct a building foundation that can be easily dismantled and reused. It is to provide a suitable basic unit.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the technical means taken by the present invention are as follows. That is, the foundation of the building according to the first aspect of the present invention is a steel foundation in which precast concrete foundation slabs designed as independent foundations are arranged without being connected to each other and bolted on the foundation slab. It is a foundation of a building configured to transmit force between foundations by beams, and is set on a foundation slab made of precast concrete to a length corresponding to the foundation slab, with bolt holes at both ends. It is characterized in that the formed steel foundation beams are arranged by laying foundation units constructed by bolt connection in a state where both ends coincide with both ends of the foundation slab, and the foundation beams are bolted together .
[0007]
The above foundation is a precast concrete foundation slab, set to a length corresponding to the foundation slab, and a steel foundation beam with bolt holes formed at both ends. Both ends coincide with both ends of the foundation slab. It is constructed using a foundation unit constructed by connecting bolts in a fixed state, and it is designed as a continuous independent foundation, not a cloth foundation , and considers the transmission of force between foundation slabs. First, the transmission of force between the foundations is performed by steel foundation beams installed on the foundation slabs. By dividing the roles of the foundation slabs and foundation beams into each other, force transmission between the foundation slabs is performed. It is not necessary to consider the mechanism and there is no need for connection, so the construction period can be shortened.
[0008]
In addition, since the foundation slabs are not connected to each other by cast-in-place concrete or grout material, no lifting work is required, and dismantling and reuse are easy. In particular, since the steel foundation beam is bolted on the foundation slab, the foundation beam and the foundation slab can be separated and easily stocked for reuse.
