Description
【0001】

[0006]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems in a flexible touch panel that is flexible for input and to protect a screen such as an LCD from pressing of the input. An object of the present invention is to provide a touch panel that hardly warps even when exposed.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the touch panel according to the present invention is configured such that a pair of upper electrode sheet and lower electrode sheet having a transparent electrode on a transparent film made of polyethylene terephthalate are opposed to each other via a spacer made of an insulator. A transparent holding plate made of a polycarbonate plate is adhered to the lower surface of the lower electrode sheet through a transparent adhesive layer, and further, the lower surface of the transparent holding plate is made of the same polyethylene terephthalate film as the transparent film of the lower electrode sheet. The transparent warpage correction sheet was configured to be adhered to the entire surface via a transparent adhesive layer.

[0015]
【Example】
A transparent electrode made of ITO or the like having a thickness of 200 mm was formed on one side of a roll-shaped polyethylene terephthalate film having a thickness of 200 μm by sputtering, and then cut into a rectangular shape having a length of 142 mm and a width of 78 mm to prepare an upper electrode sheet.
[0016]
A transparent electrode made of ITO or the like having a thickness of 200 mm was provided on one side of a roll-shaped polyethylene terephthalate film having a thickness of 200 μm by sputtering, and then cut into a rectangular shape having a length of 142 mm and a width of 78 mm to prepare a lower electrode sheet. Further, a urethane-based transparent resin was printed in a dot shape on the transparent electrode of the lower electrode sheet, and spacers having a diameter of 50 μm and a height of 10 μm were arranged at intervals of 1 mm.
[0017]
The upper electrode sheet and the lower electrode sheet were bonded with an acrylic adhesive having a thickness of 20 μm and a width of 5 mm outside the area of the display surface with the electrode surfaces facing each other.
[0018]
On the other hand, a low reflection treatment was performed by forming a metal multilayer film on one side of a transparent warpage correction sheet made of a polyethylene terephthalate film having a length of 142 mm, a width of 78 mm, and a thickness of 75 mm.
[0019]
Next, a transparent adhesive layer made of an acrylic adhesive was applied to one side of a transparent holding plate made of a polycarbonate plate having a length of 142 mm, a width of 78 mm, and a thickness of 1.5 mm, and a transparent warp correction sheet was bonded. Next, a transparent adhesive layer made of an acrylic adhesive was applied and formed on the surface of the transparent holding plate opposite to the surface on which the transparent warp correction sheet was bonded, and was bonded to the lower surface of the lower electrode sheet to obtain a touch panel.
[0020]
When such a touch panel was left in an environment of a temperature of 60 ° C. and a humidity of 90% RH for 240 hours, and further left at room temperature for 24 hours, the warpage was measured. Only, almost no warping occurred.
[0021]
On the other hand, for the comparative example in which a 75 μm thick triacetyl cellulose film subjected to the same low reflection treatment instead of the transparent warp correction sheet was adhered to the lower surface of the transparent holding plate, the same environmental test as in the above example was performed. As a result, the center part of the touch panel protrudes 1.5 mm upward, and warping that is three times as large as that of the example occurred.
[0022]
【The invention's effect】
Since the touch panel according to the present invention is configured and operated as described above, the following effects are exhibited.
[0023]
That is, a lower electrode sheet using a polyethylene terephthalate film and a transparent warpage correction sheet are bonded to the transparent holding plate across the transparent holding plate made of a polycarbonate plate. Therefore, even when the touch panel is exposed to a severe temperature environment or humidity environment, there is almost no difference in dimensional change between the lower electrode sheet side and the transparent warp correction sheet side of the transparent holding plate, and the touch panel hardly warps.
