BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an anti-tampering seal having an image formed based on image data used for a portable medium such as an identification card such as an ID card or a passport, and in particular against fraudulent acts such as forgery, alteration, and falsification. The present invention relates to a tamper-proof seal having an effective identification means and having excellent decorativeness.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, there has been an increasing tendency to incorporate a face photograph of the owner as image information for a portable medium such as a card. Generally, portable media include credit cards, cash cards, members cards, ID cards, and other cards, passports, bankbooks, and the like. In such portable media used as identification, attribute information such as personal name and address is recorded on the medium as collation information, and a face photo is attached or a direct image is formed by a printing method, a transfer method, In some cases, authentication marks or stamps indicating the authentication of the media may be provided. By verifying the authentication stamp or the face photo of the owner based on the verification information, the accuracy of verification can be improved and However, a method of forming such images and attribute information on a medium such as a card is disclosed in JP-A-6-67592. A method for forming an image or the like is disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 6-106743.
Further, as disclosed in JP-A-6-183184, as a means for preventing forgery of these images and the like, a hologram or a fluorescent layer is added to a protective sheet arranged on the image to be authentic. Can be confirmed visually.
As shown in FIG. 8A, this image or the like is obtained by forming an image s and / or visual information u on a card base material r such as polyvinyl chloride by sublimation transfer means or the like as shown in FIG. 8B. As shown, there is a laminate of a white light reproduction type hologram image t on an image s, and in order to prevent forgery or alteration, this hologram is a monochromatic light reproduction type hologram.
[0003]
As described in JP-A-5-139024, the image display body having the above-described structure transfers an image to an intermediate transfer body having an image receiving layer, and transfers the image receiving layer from the intermediate transfer body to the transfer body. Further, as described in JP-A-6-71850, a layer having a hologram is laminated on a part of this intermediate transfer body, and the image of the formed image display body is a hologram. Some of them are made recognizable through
[0004]
The transfer body having the hologram needs to be supplied in large quantities and at low cost for commercial use. In particular, an emboss replication method is used as a method suitable for the hologram. In this embossing replication method, a hologram original image is exposed to a photoresist to produce an uneven relief surface, and this is used as a master to form a hologram made of synthetic resin, etc. Relief holograms that form uneven hologram images by heating and pressing according to the layers, and more recently, not only recording a single hologram image but also forming multiple hologram images into one by multiple exposure Is used to make counterfeiting difficult due to the presence of a plurality of hologram images and to prevent fraud.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the configuration in which the intermediate transfer body on which the collation information such as the image, the attribute information, and the authentication information is formed by the above transfer method is transferred to the base material, the above collation information is formed between the base material and the intermediate transfer body. Therefore, compared to conventional photo pasting and stamping methods, it is difficult to falsify or alter the collation information of the portable media after it is created, and it is difficult to forge the portable media itself. When additional information indicating authentication is added later, a new intermediate transfer body is pasted or a new page is pasted. In the former case, the peeled intermediate transfer body or the latter is pasted. When affixing newly, it is necessary to destroy the information and layer structure formed on the intermediate transfer member so that the remaining old intermediate transfer member cannot be removed and reused. Or just an intermediate transfer Peeled, it is also similar to prevent illegal use such as re-attached to another medium. In particular, the collation information described must be falsified so that it cannot be reused as a legitimate portable medium.
Also, as an example, it can be used for proof of passport visa (visa) issuance, but due to transfer formation, the visa part is peeled off and pasted on another medium for illegal reuse There is a need for certainty and high safety that can be applied to passports in various countries.
[0006]
Therefore, portable media with high usability such as forgery, alteration, tampering, etc., high security that cannot be illegally reused, and mechanization of additional recording of information indicating the issuance and authentication of media An object of the present invention is to provide a tamper-proof seal that can be formed.
[0007]

After performing such exposure processing, the photosensitive material is developed to produce a master hologram having a relief pattern, and a stamper is produced by a known electroforming means based on the master hologram. A relief pattern is formed on the hologram forming layer by this stamper.
[0048]
In addition, a hologram such as a grating hologram or a Lippmann hologram formed with a fine concavo-convex shape made of a known two-bundle interferometry method or a diffraction grating (grating) by an electron beam (EB) can be used, and the present invention is limited to these. It can be used in various ways depending on the application.
[0049]
Next, the transparent thin film layer11As the material for forming, a material having a refractive index higher than that of the hologram forming layer 10 (refractive index n = 1.3 to 1.6) and having a high transmittance in the visible light region is used. When a transparent thin film layer having a high refractive index is provided along the relief pattern surface of the hologram forming layer, the light in the transparent thin film layer is within the reproducible angle range of the hologram image due to the angular dependence of reproduction, which is a characteristic of the hologram. This is because the reflectance of the light beam is maximized and functions as a “reflection hologram”, while it functions only as a transparent body outside the reproducible angle range of the hologram image and allows the
Examples of the material constituting such a permeable thin film layer include inorganic materials shown in Table 1.
[0050]
[Table 1]
[0051]
Moreover, as a method for forming the transmissive thin film layer, known film forming means such as a vacuum deposition method, a sputtering method, and an ion plating method can be used, and the film thickness is suitably in the range of 10 to 1000 nm. .
Further, a plurality of transparent thin film layers may be superposed, a combination of transparent thin film layers having different refractive indexes, and a multilayer film structure in which high refractive index layers and low refractive index layers are alternately stacked may be employed.

In the case of a reflective thin film layer, for example, there are Al, Sn, Au, Ag, TiN, etc. Unlike the transmissive thin film layer, light is not transmitted to the lower layer, so the information of the lower layer cannot be read, but the reflection A hologram image is reproduced by light.

Further, the tamper-

Materials used for the fluorescent ink include an ultraviolet light emitting phosphor and an infrared light emitting phosphor, which are added and mixed in the printing ink. First, an ultraviolet light emitting phosphor is excited by ultraviolet light and has a spectrum peak emitted when returning to a lower energy level, such as blue, green, red, etc.2 BFive O9 Cl: Eu2+, CaWOFour , ZnO: Zn2 SiOFour : Mn, Y2 O2 S: Eu, ZnS: Ag, YVOFour : Eu, Y2 OThree : Eu, Gd2 O2 S: Tb, La2 O2 S: Tb, YThree AlFive O12: Ce, etc., used alone or in combination with several selected from these. The fluorescence spectrum has peaks outside the blue, red, and green wavelength ranges. It is desirable that the amount of the ultraviolet light emitting phosphor added in the ink is such that the fluorescence of the light receiving element of the detector can be detected.
[0056]
In addition, the infrared light emitting phosphor has a wavelength λ1 Receiving the excitation light of wavelength λ2 Of visible light, λ1 = Λ2 And λ1 > Λ2 For example, the composition is YF.Three : Yb, Er, ZnS: CuCo, etc. Λ1 ≠ λ2 And λ1 <Λ2 The composition is, for example, LiNd0.9 Yb0.1 PFour O12, LiBi0.2 Nd0.7 Yb0.1 PFour O12, Nd0.9 Yb0.1 NdFive (MoOFour )Four , NaNd0.9 Yb0.1 PFour O12, Nd0.8 Yb0.2 NaFive (WOFour )Four , Nd0.8 Yb0.2 NaFive (Mo0.5 WO0.5 )Four , Ce0.05Gd0.05Nd0.75Yb0.25NaFive (W0.7 Mo0.3 OFour )Four , Nd0.9 Yb0.1 AlThree (BOThree )Four , Nd0.9 Yb0.1 Al2.7 Cr0.3 (BOThree )Four , Nd0.6 Yb0.4PFive O14, Nd0.8 Yb0.2 KThree (POFour )2 Etc., both of which are excitation light (λ1 ) Infrared light having a visible peak of emission spectrum at 980 nm to 1020 nm upon receiving 800 nm infrared light (λ2 ). It is desirable that the amount of the infrared light emitting phosphor added in the ink is such that the fluorescence of the light receiving element of the detector can be detected.

The material used for the infrared absorbing ink is, for example, Fe2+And Cu2+There is a glass-based powder material containing one or both of the above. This glass-based powder material is phosphorus pentoxide (P2 OFive ) As a main component and containing at least 1.0% by weight of either or both of iron oxide and copper oxide, more preferably 35.0-80.0% by weight of phosphorus pentoxide, iron oxide and oxidation It contains 0 to 3.0% of copper respectively.
[0059]
In addition, there are white crystal materials such as phosphate white crystal powders and sulfate white crystal powders that absorb less in the visible region than the glass powder materials and have excellent infrared absorption ability. For example, this phosphate-based white powder is phosphorous pentoxide (P2 OFive ) As the main component and Fe2+And Cu2+Is contained in an amount of 20% by weight or more, preferably phosphorus pentoxide (P2 OFive 40-70%) and Fe2+And Cu2+It is desirable to contain either 30% or 70% of either.
In addition, the above-mentioned glass type powder material and phosphate type white powder may contain the following compounds as needed.
Al2 OThree 2.0 to 10.0% by weight
B2 OThree 1.0 to 30.0% by weight
MgO 3.0 to 10.0% by weight

Infrared absorbing materials include dye-based materials. For example, a white reaction product containing any one or both of tungsten hexachloride and phosphoric acid ester and phosphorous acid can be used.
[0061]
According to these methods, information can be read by absorbing and reflecting infrared rays by irradiation with infrared rays at the time of verification of a tamper-proof seal formed and mixed in printing ink and formed as a
[0062]
Further, magnetic materials used for magnetic ink include, for example, Fe, Ni, Mn, Zn, Co, Permalloy, Sendust, Mn—Zn ferrite, Ni—Zn ferrite, Mn ferrite, Zn ferrite, FeS, magnetite, γ-iron oxide, Co-deposited γ-iron oxide, barium ferrite, strontium ferrite, chromium dioxide, and other metals alone or their alloys and metal compounds can be used.

【The invention's effect】
According to the fraud prevention sheet of the present invention, when the attached fraud prevention sheet is peeled off from the adherend by the notch provided in the base material or the hologram layer, the cut shape formed in the base material or the hologram layer is partially formed. In particular, brittle fracture occurs from the base material or the hologram layer, and image information such as a facial photograph, identification information, etc. displayed on the fraud prevention seal is destroyed, and the fraud prevention seal cannot be restored by this layer destruction. It is extremely difficult to reuse the tamper-proof seal and to alter or modify the display information, so that it is possible to prevent fraud, and it is easy to see these from the outside because there is evidence of destruction due to peeling.
[0079]
Further, by using a hologram layer as a base material, it is possible to improve the decorativeness as well as the above-described fraud prevention effect, and in particular, authenticate an adherend, for example, a passport or the like with a fraud prevention seal attached. It is possible. Furthermore, by making the hologram layer a transparent hologram, it is possible to recognize visible information on the lower layer, and it is possible to further improve convenience.
[0080]
Furthermore, by providing a hologram layer between the anti-tampering seals, it is possible to improve the decorativeness as well as the anti-tampering effect described above. Can be performed. Further, by providing two holograms together with the hologram layer provided instead of the base material, the same or separate hologram images are arranged so that the reproduction directions are different, and a plurality of hologram images are arranged so as to overlap each other. In this way, it is possible to prevent fraudulent acts such as forgery, alteration, tampering, and to improve decoration.
[0081]
Furthermore, by forming a printing layer with fluorescent ink, infrared absorbing ink, magnetic ink between layers, it is possible to verify the presence or absence by black lamp irradiation, infrared scope, magnetic sensor, etc. It is possible to determine the authenticity of an adherend, for example, a passport, etc. with the label attached, and the verification means can be mechanized, so that the verification work can be made efficient.
In other words, it is difficult to reuse anti-tampering seals, altering or altering display information due to layer breakage due to cuts, and to prevent fraudulent acts and to perform normal authenticity judgment. -Each has an effect to prevent alteration.
[0082]
As described above, the fraud prevention seal of the present invention can record an image or information on the image receiving layer, and can paste it on a blank page such as a passport or passbook, and can record new information or updated information as needed. Because it is not necessary to fill in information with a conventional printer, handwriting, or stamp, and it is difficult to reuse for fraudulent acts such as peeling of the anti-fraud seal and tampering / modification associated therewith It has extremely high security, and it becomes possible to form a portable medium with high usability by mechanization.
