Claims (3)
- 炭素複合体からなる分極性電極において、前記炭素複合体の炭素材料として単層カーボンナノホーンが球状に集合してなる単層カーボンナノホーン集合体を用い、前記炭素複合体の構造を、当該単層カーボンナノホーン集合体間の細孔が活性炭の細孔よりも大きな径を有する多孔質構造とし、
前記単層カーボンナノホーン集合体を構成する前記単層カーボンナノホーンの先端をカーボンナノファイバーに融合させることによって、前記単層カーボンナノホーン集合体を前記カーボンナノファイバーに担持させたことを特徴とする分極性電極。 - 前記単層カーボンナノホーン集合体間の細孔の直径分布のピークが50〜1000nmの間にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の分極性電極。
- 前記単層カーボンナノホーンが単層グラファイトナノホーンであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の分極性電極。
