[0012]
In view of such a situation, the present invention has been made to provide a method for removing a viscous film on a hole wall during anchor drilling.
[0013]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a viscous film removing method at the time of anchor drilling described below.
[0014]
(1) After the anchor hole is drilled by the drilling means provided with the casing, the casing is moved to the rear of the anchor hole, so that the hole wall of the fixing portion in the anchor hole is exposed and the viscosity is higher than the tip of the casing. Viscous film removal method during anchor drilling, wherein the film removal bit is exposed, and the viscous film on the hole wall is removed by rotating the viscous film removal bit in the axial direction while rotating (Claim 1) .
[0015]
(2) The viscous film removing bit is pivotally attached to the bit body so that at least a pair of cutting blades can be rotated inward and outward with respect to the bit body with one end of each cutting blade as a rotation center. A viscous film removing bit provided with spring means for constantly urging the cutting blade outward, the viscous film removing bit being inserted into the casing, and the cutting blades rotating outward. the distance between the movement to the most distant part from the bit body in each cutting blade when opened is set to be larger than the outer diameter of the casing (claim 2).
[0016]
(3) When each of the cutting blades is rotated and opened outward, the front portion and the rear portion of the portion of the cutting blade that is farthest from the bit body are separated from each other. It is assumed that it inclines inward of the bit body from the portion toward the front and back (Claim 3) .
[0017]
In the present specification including the claims, “front” refers to the direction toward the depth of the anchor hole, and “rear” refers to the direction opposite to “front”.
[0018]
[Action]
[Viscous film removal method of claim 1 ]
In the viscous film removing method according to the first aspect, the viscous film existing on the hole wall of the fixing portion in the anchor hole is forcibly removed by the viscous film removing bit. Therefore, after the drilling, the viscous film on the hole wall is more reliably removed. As a result, the friction between the grout injected into the anchor hole and the hole wall becomes extremely large, and the tendon fixing body is placed in the anchor hole. Securely fixed.

[0020]
When each cutting blade of the viscous film removal bit is rotated outward and opened, the distance between the portions of the respective cutting blades farthest from the bit body becomes larger than the outer diameter of the casing, In other words, it protrudes outward from the bit body. In this state, if the viscous film removing bit is rotated and moved in the axial direction, the hole wall is cut into irregularities, and the viscous film on the hole wall is removed (see FIG. 14). When the hole wall is cut into an irregular shape, the grout injected into the anchor hole is firmly fixed by the hole wall.
