Claims (5)
- 粒子状骨材、水溶性バインダおよび水を攪拌して得た発泡混合物を、加熱された金型のキャビティに圧入方式によって充填して鋳型を造型する鋳型造型装置において、直方体を成すとともに上下に貫通する中空を有する中空直方体の下端開口部を底板で閉鎖しかつこの底板に前記混合物を射出する射出孔を透設して、前記粒子状骨材、水溶性バインダおよび水を攪拌する攪拌槽としての機能と、前記混合物を圧入すべくこれを収納する圧入筒としての機能を併せ持つ混合物収納手段を設け、この混合物収納手段の上方にはモータと連結した回転羽根を前記混合物収納手段に対し相対的に昇降可能にして設け、前記混合物収納手段の上方における前記回転羽根と隣接する位置には、前記混合物収納手段内の混合物を押圧して前記射出孔から射出する押圧機構を設け、前記混合物収納手段を前記回転羽根の真下位置と前記押圧機構の真下位置との間を往復移動可能に構成し、さらに、前記射出孔を閉鎖可能な栓手段を設けたことを特徴とする鋳型造型装置。
- 請求項1に記載の鋳型造型装置において、前記底板を断熱材で構成しおよび/または前記底板に冷却手段を付設したことを特徴とする鋳型造型装置。
- 請求項1または2に記載の鋳型造型装置において、前記圧入方式は、前記混合物収納手段内の前記混合物をピストンまたは圧縮空気によって圧入するように構成したものであることを特徴とする鋳型造型装置。
- 請求項3に記載の鋳型造型装置において、前記ピストンにこれを上下に貫通する排気孔を穿設したことを特徴とする鋳型造型装置。
- 請求項1に記載の鋳型造型装置において使用する金型装置であって、気体を通すが前記粒子状骨材を通さない範囲内で鋳型用キャビティ内と外気とを連通する連通手段を設けたことを特徴とする鋳型造型用金型装置。
