Description
The present invention relates to a bag filter device that filters and collects dust (dust / powder) from a dust-containing airflow, and more particularly to a bag filter device that removes dust from a filter bag without stopping the airflow.
As shown in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 2-43460 (Patent Document 1), the conventional one applies a dust-containing air flow introduced from the front entrance of the bag housing to a baffle plate (impact plate), and relatively large coarse particles are Along with the descending airflow, the baffle plate is placed under the hopper inlet and passes through the holes in the collection plate and falls to the hopper. The air containing most of dust and fine particles (hereinafter referred to as dust) is decelerated. -Ascending air flow was introduced as a down flow from the upper part of the filtration chamber into the filtration chamber where many filter bugs were placed. The dust collected on the surface of the filter bag was removed by backwashing with compressed air, and it was dropped and collected by the hopper on the downflow.
In view of these drawbacks, the problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a bag filter device with improved dust collection efficiency and significantly improved performance.
The present invention is a bag filter device for introducing a dust-containing airflow from an intake port provided in front of the bag housing, the bag housing includes a dust-containing airflow introduction chamber, a filtration chamber in which a plurality of filter bugs are disposed, A baffle plate that collides with dust-containing airflow introduced from the air inlet, and a hopper that collects dust is disposed below the bag housing, and the dust-containing airflow that collides with the baffle plate and diffuses in the introduction chamber. Among them, there is an upper opening for sending upward airflow to the filtration chamber, and a lower opening for sending downward airflow to the hopper among the dusty airflow that collides with the baffle plate and diffuses. as a reference position set vertically distributed line according to the distribution ratio of the air flow and downdraft, distributes the dust containing air stream is introduced into the introduction chamber updraft and downdraft in said distribution ratio Characterized in that a vertical distributor plate in order to introducing
In the present invention, the amount of the air flow in the filtration chamber can be freely and actively controlled by the configuration in which the position of the vertical distribution line for the vertical air flow is moved up and down with respect to the intake port of the dust-containing air flow flowing into the introduction chamber. In addition, since the air flow and dust are distributed almost uniformly to the plurality of filter bugs, there is no load bias and stable dust collection is performed.
In the present invention, a distribution plate for upward airflow may be provided on the upper side of the distribution plate. According to this, it is possible to change the dust-containing airflow into a gentle, almost uniform ascending airflow and send it to the filter bag row of the filtration chamber beyond the introduction chamber. And the air volume of a filtration chamber can be freely controlled and it can be set as a substantially uniform downflow.
By making the filtration chamber downflow, the dust that has been wiped off does not reattach, but quickly drops and is recovered in combination with gravity. As a result, the pressure loss can be reduced, the processing air volume can be increased, the filter life can be extended, and the performance of the bag filter can be remarkably improved.
In the present invention, a distribution plate for a downward rising airflow may be provided below the distribution plate. According to this, since the descending airflow passing through between them is created and the dust is collected in the hopper, the airflow of the descending airflow can be freely adjusted, and the dust collecting effect is improved.
In addition, since the upflow that circulates to the filtration chamber side can be controlled and can be gently formed as a whole, it is possible to prevent recollection of recovered dust due to the inlet airflow in the hopper. Furthermore, the collection plate having the through holes covering the hopper inlet of the conventional example can be removed, and dust can be collected by opening the upper portion of the hopper.
In the present invention, the introduction chamber, to place the current plate extending vertically upward, raised along the rising air in the rectifying plate, the flow of ascending air that swirling flow in the filtration chamber may be substantially uniform updraft. In this case, it is possible to disperse the rising airflow rising along the airflow rectifying plate by arranging the upper end positions of the rectifying plates so as to reduce dust wear and prolong the life of the filter bug. .
In the present invention, a diffusion plate for further diffusing the airflow distributed and rising through the distribution plate may be disposed in the upper portion of the introduction chamber, and the diffusion airflow may be circulated to the filtration chamber. Thereby, the diffusion effect of dust can further be raised.
In the present invention, the air inlet may be arranged shifted from the front center of the housing so that the dust-containing airflow flows into the air inlet. In addition, by providing a plurality of air inlets on the front surface of the housing, it is possible to introduce a fine dust-containing air flow and to circulate a more uniform diffusion updraft into the filtration chamber.
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to freely and positively control the dust-containing airflow that circulates in the filtration chamber and becomes a downflow, so that the dust recovery efficiency can be increased and the performance can be remarkably improved. .

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. FIG. 1 is a front view including a main-portion cross-section of the first embodiment, and shows a cross-section AA in FIG. FIG. 2 is a side view including a cross-section of the main part of the first embodiment, and a cross section taken along the line BB is shown in FIG. As shown in the figure, in a bag filter device for introducing a dust-containing

In this example, the
As shown in FIG. 2 in detail, the
As shown in FIG. 2, the top of the

In order to determine the ratio of the
When the airflow in the
When the distribution is performed so that about 63% (10/16 division) is an updraft and 37% (6/16 division) is a downdraft, the
When the
In this way, the position of the upper and
Conventionally, relatively large coarse particles that have lost their energy due to collision diffusion using the action of nature fall to the hopper along with the descending airflow, and reduce most of the air containing dust and fine powder (hereinafter referred to as dust). There is a drawback that it is difficult to uniformly introduce the entire bag filter into the updraft, but in the present invention, the ratio of the updraft and the downdraft in the
In this way, the distribution of the air volume in the
An example will be described regarding the size of the distribution plate. In FIG. 3, if the diameter of the

The second upper and
The reason why the internal dimensions of the
In order to create a substantially uniform updraft and descending airflow, ascending
Here, the operation will be described. The dust-containing
For 25% of the descending portion, the
As described above, the rising amount of the dust-containing
The
In this embodiment, as described above, the size of the inner dimensions of the upper and
The ascending
These numerical values are reference numerical values, which vary depending on the contents of the dust-containing airflow, and may vary depending on fluid conditions and applications, and are not limited thereto.
In the
Dust removed from the
As shown in FIG. 1, by the
In another embodiment of FIG. 4, align the top end position of the current plate 20-1 and 20-2, since by whirling the
FIG. 5 shows another embodiment of the rectifying plate, and a diffusion plate for further diffusing the rising airflow is provided in the upper portion of the

FIG. 6 shows another embodiment, which is a modification in which the
In the embodiment of FIG. 1, although the
In this way, by connecting the
The concept of the upper and
Also in this embodiment, the upper end positions of the rectifying plates 20-1 and 20-2 may be aligned.
As another embodiment, an example in which the intake port is shifted from the center to the left or right will be described. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 7, the
Along the
The tongue-shaped
The descending airflow component flows into 25% of the
The 1/4 downward airflow is 34-1 on the left side of the
As shown by the flow of the chain line in FIG. 8, ascending air currents 33-1, 33-2 flowing between the distribution plate 15-distribution plate 10-
In this way, it is not necessary to provide the
In the above embodiment, the lateral insertion type envelope type was described as the
In the above embodiment, the case where there is one
The rectifying plates 50-2 and 50-2 are positioned above the intake port 2-1 and the intake port 2-2 between the wall of the
Thus, in this embodiment, for example, two intake ports are provided. For this reason, it is possible to cope with a case where a plurality of air inlets are necessary for the convenience of dust collection and dust, and a more uniform diffusion updraft can be circulated to the
In the above embodiment, the
In the above embodiment, an example in which the intake port is a cylinder has been described. However, the present invention can be applied even if the intake port is rectangular.
