本発明は、収納箱体の内側上部に照明装置を取り付ける収納ユニットの照明取付構造に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来から、例えば、建物の壁に埋設され設置される壁面収納ユニットにおいて、収納箱体内部を明るく照らして収納作業を容易にするための照明装置を備えたものがある。この場合、収納箱体の施工の容易化を図るため、照明装置は、その光源への電源供給用配線の施工を省くのに最適な、電池式のものが多くの場合採用されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記従来の技術においては、収納箱体内部を明るく照らして、使用者が収納物の選択等の作業に際しての照明演出性を高めるために、より明るいダウンライト等の交流電源による照明装置を使用する場合、光源から発せられる熱が収納箱体の内部にこもってその一部が温度上昇することが問題となる。

ところで、収納ユニットが露出型のときは、収納箱体の内側上部に幕板及び同幕板後側に略水平に照明取付板を設けて照明装置を取り付け、収納箱体の側板等に換気用の開口を設けることも考えられるが、この場合、収納ユニットの外観の美観低下の恐れがあった。また、壁に埋設される壁面収納ユニットにおいては、壁内空間と収納箱体内部とが連通することとなる。したがって、こ気密性低下によって、例えば湿気等が流入して収納物を劣化させて収納性を低下させるという問題も想定された。

本発明は、上記事由に鑑みてなしたもので、その目的とするところは、光源からの熱がその内部の一箇所にこもることが無くて、また、収納箱体の収納性を低下させることの無い収納ユニットの照明取付構造を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、本発明の収納ユニットの照明取付構造にあっては、収納箱体の内側上部に幕板及び同幕板後側に略水平に照明取付板を設けて照明装置を取り付ける収納ユニットの照明取付構造であって、幕板は、その横幅が収納箱体より小さい寸法を有するとともに、その両側を、収納箱体の天板にその上部が固着された、側部に通気開口を有する支持具の前片に、収納箱体の側板から間隔をもって固着され、照明取付板が、該支持具に設けられた支持片に取着され、幕板後側から収納箱体内部の側方下方へ連通する通気路を設けてなることを特徴としている。

詳しくは、この収納ユニットの照明取付構造は、例えば図2に示すような、建物の壁Wに埋設され設置される飾り棚等の壁面収納ユニット1に使用され、この壁面収納ユニット1は、内部に交流電源にて点灯される光源をもった照明装置5と、複数の棚板7を有する収納箱体2を備えてなり、収納箱体2の前面には扉体8が設けられている。

収納箱体2は、図1に示すような、上下に長く奥行きの浅い角箱状であり、両側の側板2a、背板2b、上板2c、及び底板2dにて形成されている。この収納箱体2は前面を開口しており、前面開口に扉体8が蝶番9にて開閉自在に取り付けられている。

収納箱体2の両側の側板2aの内側には、ガラス、またはアクリル樹脂等の透過性樹脂材料製の板材にて形成された複数の棚板7を支持するための、棚受けダボを差し込んで装着するためのダボ孔2eを上下に多数段になるように等間隔に設けてあり、また、その前方の上下部及び中間位置に、後述する蝶番9を構成する蝶番台座金具91固定用の固定孔(図示せず)が設けてある。なお、ダボ孔2eは、各段には各々前後に位置するように設けてある。また、背板2bの上部には、後述する幕板3の設けられる位置の後側に、その裏面側から照明装置5へ向けての配線を引き出すための電線引き出し孔を適宜穿設しても良い。

幕板3は、例えば合板、金属板等にて形成されたものであり、この幕板3の側部下部へと通気路Aが形成されるように収納箱体2の横幅より短い長さの長尺板材にて形成され、長手方向の両側に、後述する支持具6の前片6bへねじ止めするための固定孔(図示せず)が2つずつ設けられている。この幕板3は、後述する照明取付板4とともにこの幕板3支持用の支持具6に着脱可能に取着され支持される。

照明取付板4は、後述する照明装置5を取り付けるためのもので、合板、金属板等でなり、その略中央に、この場合、丸形のダウンライトの本体部分を貫挿し取着する取付開口が適宜形成され、また長手方向の両側に、後述する支持具6の支持片6dへねじ止めするための固定孔が2つずつ設けられている。なお、この照明取付板4は、上記幕板3とは一体形成しても良いが、幕板3のみを取り外して、その後側の照明装置5への外部電線を収納箱体2の背板2bの裏側から引き込んで接続工事が容易に行えるよう、その幕板3を分離させて支持具6へ着脱自在に固定されるようになっている。

支持具6は、この場合、鋼板などの板金材料にて形成され、例えば図3に示すように、収納箱体2の天板2cに固着される上部の固着片6aの一縁から垂下された垂下片6cの前端を内側に折曲して前片6b、該垂下片6cの下端を正面視L字状となるように内側に折曲して支持片6dがそれぞれ設けられ、また、その垂下片6cの内側を支持片6dを前後に2分するように中程まで切り欠いて、この支持具6にて固定される、幕板3後側から収納箱体2内部の側方下方へ連通する通気路Aを形成するための通気開口6eを設けて形成されている。固着片6aには、この支持具6を天板2cに固定するための貫通孔6f、6fが前後に穿設され、また、前片6bには上下、2分された支持片6d、6dのそれぞれには、幕板3あるいは照明取付板4をこの支持具6にねじ固定する固定孔6gがそれぞれ設けられている。

なお、支持具6は、上記による形状以外に、例えば全体をパンチングメタル等で形成したり、あるいは如何なる形状であってもよく、板金材料によれば、その薄型化が容易となって収納スペースをより広く設けることが出来るが、この鋼板材料以外に合成樹脂材料にて形成することが可能である。

扉体8は、収納箱体2の前側全面にわたって設けられており、例えば所定の大きさの長尺状合板材表面に樹脂製の化粧シートが貼着され形成され、その長手方向一縁部裏面側の上下部及び中間位置に、後述する蝶番9を構成する、上記蝶番台座金具91に着脱自在に係止されてこの扉体8を開閉自在とならしめる蝶番本体が(図示せず)が設けてある。なお、扉体8は、本実施の形態にて説明する壁面収納ユニット1以外の、内部照明用の照明装置5を有しない、同一モジュール寸法をもった他の一般の壁面収納ユニットと同一構成のものが使用される。すなわち、この壁面収納ユニット1においては、収納箱体2の側板2a及び上部の幕板3間に蝶番9を設ことにより扉体8の共用化設計を図ることができる。また、扉体8は、上記によるもの以外に、略全面にミラーを配設したミラー扉であっても良い。

なお、蝶番9は、良く知られた、収納箱体2に固定された蝶番台座金具91と、扉体8に固定された別体の、その一端部に蝶番部をもった蝶番本体を、互いに設けられている嵌合構造を介して分離不能に組み付けて連結し、扉体8を開閉自在に装着するもので、上記の如く3箇所に設けることによって扉体8の周縁が収納箱体2の前縁に確実に密着される。

上記の壁面収納ユニット1を、住宅等の廊下等の壁Wに埋設する場合、予め、収納箱体2の背板2bの、上記電線引き出し孔へ向けて屋内電気配線を埋設しておき、まず、収納箱体2を壁Wに埋設する。次いで、両側の側板2aの上記の適宜位置のダボ孔2eへ棚受けダボ及び、一側の所定位置へ蝶番台座金具91を装着した後、棚板7をその棚受けダボ間に懸架させ配設する。

また、幕板3、照明取付板4を設けて照明装置5を取り付ける際には、まず、支持具6を、その固着片6aを貫通孔6f、6fに木ねじを挿通し天板2cの両側に、それぞれの前片6bが内側となるように木ねじ固定させた後、その両側に固定された支持具6の、支持片6dの固定孔6gへ照明取付板4の両側をねじ固定する。このとき、予め、照明装置5を照明取付板4へその所定の取付手段を用いて取り付け、その照明装置5へ屋内電気配線を接続したておいても良い。その後、幕板3をその上記固定孔を介してその前片6bに前側からねじ固定するが、支持具6の垂下片6cに通気開口6eが設けられているので、幕板3後側から収納箱体2内部の側方下方へ連通する、入り口と出口とをもった通気性の良好な通気路Aが形成されるのである。

そして、上記の後、扉体8を、その長手方向一縁部裏面側に設けられた蝶番本体の他端部を収納箱体2に設けられている蝶番台座金具91へ嵌合させて収納箱体2へ装着する。

本発明の収納ユニットの照明取付構造は、上述の実施態様の如く実施されて、収納ユニットの収納箱体の内側上部に、幕板及び同幕板後側に略水平に照明取付板を設けて取り付けられた照明装置の取付箇所が、幕板後側から収納箱体内部の側方下方へ連通する通気路を介して通気されるので、光源からの熱がその内部の一箇所にこもることが無くて、また、収納箱体の収納性を低下させることも無い。
