Description

The present invention relates to a bottle gripping device.

FIG. 6 shows an example of a conventional bottle gripping device. As shown in FIG. 6, a plurality of conventional bottle gripping devices 101 are provided vertically and horizontally, and are used by being mounted on a moving device that grips and moves a plurality of bottles B at a time. Therefore, there is a demand for reducing the width of each gripping device 101.
A plurality of gripping devices 101 are attached to the transport device 100 in correspondence with the positions of a plurality of bottles B aligned vertically and horizontally at a predetermined gripping position PC shown in FIG. While the bottle B is transported by a transport means different from the transport device 100, each gripping device 1 stands by at a standby position above the gripping position PC. When the bottles B aligned vertically and horizontally are transported to the gripping position PC, the transport device 100 is lowered from the standby position, whereby the plurality of gripping devices 1 are lowered.
On the other hand, in recent years, coating such as resin coating has been performed on the outside of the bottle B other than the tip. In order to apply such a coating, a holder for holding the inside of the bottle B by inserting a holding rod made of rubber or synthetic resin into the inside of the bottle B has been proposed. (Patent Document 1).
JP-A-48-87987 (FIGS. 3 and 4)

However, in Patent Document 1, there is a possibility that the rubber or synthetic resin used for the holder deteriorates and adheres to the bottle B.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a compact bottle gripping device that can hold the tip of the bottle.

In order to achieve the above object, a gripping device of the present invention is a bottle gripping device for gripping a male screw portion formed at the tip of a bottle, and a central axis provided coaxially with the tip of the bottle. A cylindrical inner cylinder attached to the central shaft, three or more finger members which are attached to the outer peripheral portion of the inner cylinder and which form a space for gripping the male screw part and which can be opened and closed, and the finger members An opening holding means for biasing in the opening direction to hold an open state in which the front end portion of the bottle is allowed to enter the space, and the finger member is formed so as to surround the entire circumference, and the finger An outer cylinder that urges the finger member in the closing direction by moving with respect to the member, and is divided into inner circumferential surfaces of the finger members that are respectively divided in the circumferential direction and fitted into the male screw portion A female screw is formed, and the inner cylinder is the central axis Attached so as to be movable in both directions in the axial direction, when the finger member closes in the closing direction, the finger member can move in the axial direction and the split female screw can be fitted into the male screw portion. It is characterized by that.
According to the present invention, the male screw portion can be grasped regardless of the rotation angle of the bottle, that is, even if the split female screw is displaced from the male screw portion of the bottle. Further, since there is no need to insert rubber or synthetic resin into the mouth of the bottle, there is no possibility that foreign matter will adhere to the bottle.

In the present invention, on the outer periphery of the central shaft, a first coil spring that biases the inner cylinder in the first axial direction, and the inner cylinder in the second axial direction. A second coil spring for biasing is preferably provided.
According to this aspect, since the movement of the inner cylinder in the axial direction is smooth, the split female screw is smoothly fitted into the male screw portion of the bottle, so that the bottle can be reliably gripped.

In the gripping state in which the divided female screw is fitted in the male screw portion, the front end surface of the bottle is in contact with the front end surface of the central axis.
Thus, if the bottle and the tip surfaces of the central shaft are in contact with each other, the wobble of the bottle can be prevented.

Example 1:
Embodiment 1 of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
The gripping device 1 of the present invention is attached to, for example, the transport device 100 for transporting the bottle B shown in FIG. 6, grips the bottle B at a predetermined gripping position PC, and after the transfer by the transport device 100, the gripping device 1 The bottle B is released at a predetermined transfer position PR different from the position PC.

Gripping device 1:
FIG. 1 is a front sectional view showing the holding gripping device 1 in a non-gripping state.
As shown in FIG. 1, the gripping device 1 is a device for gripping the male screw portion B1 formed at the tip portion BS of the bottle B indicated by a halftone dot as shown in FIG. A cylinder 3, an outer cylinder 4, a central shaft 5 and an attachment portion 6 are provided.

FIG. 2A is a perspective view of the gripping device 1 as viewed from below. As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 (a), the outer cylinder 4 is formed in a cylindrical shape whose lower part is narrowed inward.
FIG. 2B is a perspective view of the gripping device 1 with the outer cylinder 4 removed. The attachment portion 6 is a member for attaching the gripping device 1 to the transport device 100 (FIG. 6) via an attachment member (not shown), and is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape.

Center axis 5:
A central shaft 5 is fixed to the bottom of the mounting portion 6 shown in FIG. The central shaft 5 is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape, and is fixed to the mounting portion 6 by screwing the upper portion of the central shaft 5 to the bottom portion of the mounting portion 6. The central shaft 5 is fixed substantially at the center in the radial direction R of the attachment portion 6 and is provided coaxially with the tip portion BS of the bottle B. The distal end surface 50 of the central shaft 5 is in contact with the distal end surface of the bottle B during the gripping operation from the start of the gripping operation.

Inner cylinder 3:
An inner cylinder 3 is provided around the side surface of the central shaft 5. The inner cylinder 3 is slidable in the axial direction (vertical direction) Z of the central shaft 5 with respect to the central shaft 5. A spring seat 31 is formed inside the inner cylinder 3 so as to protrude toward the central shaft 5.

A first coil spring S1 is inserted in a compressed state between the spring seat 31 and the lower end portion of the central shaft 5, and the inner cylinder 3 is moved in the second direction (upward direction) Z2 by the first spring S1. It is energized. On the other hand, the second coil spring S2 is inserted in a compressed state between the spring seat 31 and the lower end portion of the attachment portion 6, and the inner cylinder 3 is moved in the first direction (downward) by the second spring S2. It is biased to Z1.
Thus, the inner cylinder 3 is attached so as to be movable in both directions in the axial direction Z of the central shaft 5 by the first and second springs S1 and S2.

Finger member 2:
As shown in FIG. 2 (b), four finger members 2 for gripping the tip portion BS of the bottle B are provided on the outer peripheral portion of the inner cylinder 3. On the inner peripheral surface of each finger member 2, a split female screw 21 that fits into the male screw portion B1 of the bottle B is formed.

FIG. 3A is a perspective view of the gripping device 1 drawn on its side, and FIG. 3B is a perspective view of the outer cylinder 4 and part of the finger member 2 removed.
As shown in FIG. 3 (b), a notch recess 30 into which the attachment portion 26 of each finger member 2 is fitted is formed on the outer peripheral portion of the inner cylinder 3. Mounting holes 24 and 33 are drilled in the outer periphery of the mounting portion 26 of the finger member 2 and the inner cylinder 3, respectively. As shown by the broken lines in FIG. 2B, the mounting holes 24 and 33 support the mounting holes 24 and 33, respectively. A pin 22 is inserted. Accordingly, each finger member 2 is attached to be rotatable about the support pin 22.

Open holding means:
As shown in FIG. 1, in each finger member 2, a ring 23 is stretched over an end portion (upper end portion) opposite to the end portion where the divided female screw 21 is formed. The ring 23 is formed of, for example, an elastic member such as a coil spring. Due to the contraction force of the ring 23, each finger member 2 opens in the opening direction around the support pin 22, that is, the divided female screw of the finger member 2. The lower part in which 21 is formed is urged away from the outer periphery of the bottle front end BS. Therefore, the ring 23 constitutes an open holding means for holding the finger member 2 in an open state (non-gripping state).

Outer cylinder 4:
The outer cylinder 4 is formed so as to surround the finger member 2 over the entire circumference. The outer cylinder 4 is provided so as to be slidable in the axial direction Z along the outer periphery of the cylindrical mounting portion 6. As shown in FIG. 2B, a long hole 61 is opened in the attachment portion 6, and the outer cylinder 4 is attached to the attachment portion 6 by a bolt 60 that passes through the long hole 61.

As shown in FIG. 1, a tapered portion 25 is formed on the outer surface of the lower end portion of the finger member 2 so as to be narrowed toward the first direction Z <b> 1 (end-squeezing). On the other hand, an inclined portion 45 is formed on the inner side surface of the lower end portion of the outer cylinder 4 so as to be substantially along the tapered portion 25 of the finger member 2. Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the outer cylinder 4 rises relatively with respect to the finger member 2, and the tapered portion 25 of the finger member 2 extends along the inclined portion 45 of the outer cylinder 4. By rotating toward the center (rotating around the support pin 22), the lower portions of the finger members 2 are moved in a closing direction in which the finger members 2 approach each other.

Here, Fig.2 (a) shows the closed state which the outer cylinder 4 moved to the 2nd direction Z2. As shown in FIG. 2 (a), the divided female screw 21 of the finger member 2 is formed so as to constitute a female screw when the divided female screws 21 are substantially connected to each other spirally in such a closed state. The female screw is formed to match the male screw part B1 of the bottle B. Therefore, in the closed state, the split female screw 21 of the finger member 2 is fitted into the male screw portion B1 of the bottle B, and the tip portion BS of the bottle B can be firmly held by each finger member 2.

Gripping method:
FIG. 5 is a partial end view of the vicinity of the finger member 2 showing a method of gripping the finger member 2.
As shown in FIG. 5 (a), when the split female screw 21 of the finger member 2 and the male screw portion B1 of the bottle B are in a position where they match, the finger member 2 rotates around the support pin to rotate the male screw portion B1. The bottle B is gripped by the finger member 2.
On the other hand, depending on the rotation angle of the bottle B in the circumferential direction C (FIG. 2 (b)), the finger member 2 can be used as shown by the solid lines in FIGS. The split female screw 21 and the male screw part B1 of the bottle B may not mesh with each other. In such a case, the finger member 2 is moved in the first or second direction Z1, Z2 to a position where the split female screw 21 fits into the male screw portion B1.

That is, in the case of FIG. 5B, when the finger member 2 rotates in the closing direction around the support pin 22, the second and first springs S2 and S1 (FIG. 1) expand and contract, As indicated by the arrow Z1, the finger member 2 rotates in the closing direction while descending with respect to the bottle B, and the split female screw 21 of the finger member 2 is fitted into the male screw portion B1 of the bottle B.
On the other hand, in the case of FIG. 5C, when the finger member 2 rotates in the closing direction around the support pin 22, the first and second springs S1 and S2 (FIG. 1) expand and contract, As indicated by an arrow Z2, the finger member 2 rotates in the closing direction while being raised with respect to the bottle B, and the split female screw 21 of the finger member 2 is fitted into the male screw portion B1 of the bottle B.

Thus, regardless of the rotation angle of the bottle B, the split female screw 21 of the finger member 2 can be fitted into the male screw portion B1 of the bottle B.

Transport operation for bottle B:
The holding device 1 of FIG. 1 is lowered so that the front end surface 50 of the central shaft 5 is in contact with the front end surface of the bottle while keeping the open state.
At the time of the lowering, as shown in FIG. 1, each gripping device 1 has the finger member 2 held in an open state, so that the front end BS of the bottle B is inserted into the finger member 2.

When each bottle B is inserted into the finger member 2, only the outer cylinder 4 is moved in the second direction Z2 of FIG. 4 by a lifting tool (not shown). As the outer cylinder 4 moves, each finger member 2 rotates around the support pin 22, and each finger member 2 is moved in the closing direction. By such rotational movement (swing), the split female screw 21 of the finger member 2 is fitted into the male screw portion B1 of the bottle B, and the gripping device 1 grips the bottle B.

Here, as described above, the divided female screw 21 is rotated in the closing direction so that the female screw corresponding to the male screw portion B1 of the bottle B is fitted. Therefore, the split female screw 21 of the finger member 2 is securely fitted to the male screw portion B1 of the bottle B, and the tip portion BS of the bottle B is gripped by the finger member 2, so that the bottle B is prevented from wobbling.

As shown in FIGS. 5B and 5C, when the split female screw 21 of the finger member 2 is in a position where it does not fit into the male screw portion B1 of the bottle B, as described above, the split female screw 21 is used. The finger member 2 rotates in the closing direction while moving in the first or second direction Z1, Z2 to the position where the male screw portion B1 is fitted.

When the bottle B is gripped by the gripping device 1, the gripping device 1 is raised by a transport device (not shown). Thereafter, the bottle B is transferred to a predetermined transfer position by the transfer device. At the transfer position, the outer cylinder 4 in FIG. 4 is moved relative to the mounting portion 6 in the first direction Z1, and each finger member 2 is rotated in the opening direction by the contraction force of the ring 23 in FIG. Then, the bottle B is released and the transfer of the bottle B is completed.
When the transfer of the bottle B is completed, the transfer device 100 moves, returns to the standby position, and waits.

As described above, the gripping device 1 can firmly grip only the tip portion BS of the bottle B. Therefore, a resin coating or the like can be easily applied to the outside of the bottle B.
In addition, since the gripping device 1 grips the bottle B only by the movement (vertical movement) of the outer cylinder 4, the width of each gripping device 1 becomes compact, and even when a plurality of gripping devices 1 are attached, the transport device The entire 100 can be reduced in size.
