【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、複数の部材を組み合わせて、スペーサやワッシャなどの用途に使用し得る組合せ部品に関する。

【従来の技術】
例として、自動車の各部品をフレームなどに取付ける際に、フレームなどからの振動が、該部品に伝達されて性能の低下や特性の劣化などが進行することを防止するために、ゴムや金属メッシュなどの制振材を介在して部品を締結するようにしている。このような制振材を部品の取付に用いる場合、各種の締結用部品など、複数の部材を組み合わせて用いる組合せ部品が用いられる。

図19は、第1の従来技術の組合せ部品を説明する分解断面図である。この従来技術では、車載部品1をフレーム2に取付ける際に、前述したようなフレーム2からの振動が車載部品1に直接伝達しないように、例として金属メッシュなどを円筒状に形成した制振材3を用いる。車載部品1の取付穴4に金属製筒状のスペーサ5を挿通し、車載部品1の両側のスペーサ5にそれぞれ制振材3を装着する。制振材3の軸線方向両側に平板状のワッシャ6をそれぞれ配置し、これらにボルト7を挿通する。ボルト7をフレーム2のネジ穴8にねじ付けることにより、車載部品1がフレーム2に取付けられる。このとき、スペーサ5は、ボルト7のねじ付け時に制振材3が押し潰されないようにしている。本従来技術では、スペーサ5と一対のワッシャ6とが前記組合せ部品を構成している。

図19の従来技術のスペーサ5やボルト7に代えて、図20に示される締結用部品9が用いられることがある。以下、図19を併せて参照する。締結用部品9は、円柱状のスペーサ部10の両側にネジ部11がそれぞれ形成されている。図19の車載部品1の取付穴4に締結用部品9を挿入してスペーサ部10を取付穴4に位置させる。車載部品1の両側からスペーサ部10に前記制振材3とワッシャ6をそれぞれ装着し、一方のネジ部11をフレーム2のネジ穴8にねじ付け、他方のネジ部11にナットをねじ付ける。これにより、車載部品1は、フレーム2に取付けられる。

更に、図19の従来技術のスペーサ5やワッシャ6に代えて、図21に示される締結用部品12が用いられることがある。以下、図19を併せて参照する。締結用部品12は、スペーサ部材13とワッシャ14とから構成される。スペーサ部材13は、板状の座金部15に円筒状のスリーブ16が一体に形成され、スリーブ16の遊端部には、スリーブ16の径より小径の突部17が形成されて、両者の間に段差部18が構成される。前記ワッシャ14の透孔19は上記突部17が嵌着可能なサイズに形成される。

図19の車載部品1の取付穴4に、前記制振材3が装着されたスペーサ部材13のスリーブ16を挿入してスリーブ16を取付穴4に位置させる。取付穴4から突出したスリーブ16に制振材3を装着し、スリーブ16の突部17に前記ワッシャ14を装着する。これらにボルト7を挿通して、フレーム2のネジ孔8にねじ付ける。これにより、車載部品1は、フレーム2に取付けられる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記図19の従来技術では、締結用部品として、スリーブ5、少なくとも2個のワッシャ6及びボルト7が必要であり、部品点数が多いという問題点がある。更に、ボルト7のスリーブ5への挿入時にワッシャ6がスリーブ5から容易にずれ、或いは脱落する。また、これにより制振材3も脱落することが多い。このため、車載部品1をフレーム2に取付ける作業性が低いという問題点が有る。

上記図20の従来技術では、スリーブ5とボルト7に代えて、単一の締結用部品9を用いるので、図19の従来技術と比較して部品点数は削減されているが、車載部品1の取付時にはやはりワッシャが必要であり、この点でやはり部品点数が多く、また、上述したようにワッシャが脱落する恐れがあり、上記取付作業の作業性が低いという問題点がある。

更に、上記図21の従来技術では、スリーブ5と少なくとも一対のワッシャ6に代えて、締結用部品12であるスペーサ部材13とワッシャ14とを用いるので、部品点数は削減される。一方、車載部品1の取付時にはやはりワッシャ14が必要であり、上記取付作業の作業性が低い。また、使用される制振材3の厚さによっては、前記スリーブ16を比較的長く製造する必要が有る。このようなスペーサ部材13は、機械的強度の点から板厚t1=1mm以上などの鉄材を研削して製造する。これは、上記板厚の鉄材は、プレスによる絞り加工などではスリーブ16の長さに限界があるからである。

このため、この従来技術では、締結用部品12の製造工数が多く手間を要してコストアップを招くという問題点がある。更に、前記ワッシャ14がスペーサ部材13に着脱容易であるので、前述したように、ボルト7のスペーサ部材13への挿入時にワッシャ14がスリーブ16から容易にずれ、或いは脱落する。また、これにより制振材3も脱落することが多い。このため、車載部品1をフレーム2に取付ける作業性が低いという問題点が有る。

本発明は、上記問題点を解決しようとして成されたものであり、その目的は、部品点数が削減されると共に使用時の作業性が向上され、しかも製造工数を削減することができる組合せ部品及びその製造方法を提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項1記載の発明の組み合わせ部品の製造方法は、材料の金属板に複数の透孔を打抜いた後、挿通穴31a、32aが形成される金属板の該透孔の周縁部の一方側表面をプレス加工で減肉して環状凹部34aを形成し、挿通穴31b、32bが形成される金属板の該透孔の周縁部の他方側表面をプレス加工で減肉して環状凹部34bを形成し、

上記組合せ部品を構成する際には、材料の金属板に複数の透孔を打抜いた後、複数の透孔の周縁部の相互に反対側表面にそれぞれ環状凹部をプレス加工で形成し、各透孔の該環状凹部を含む範囲を絞り加工して、略円板状の座金部と、該座金部の一方側に配置された筒状のスペーサ部を有する複数の部材を得て、各部材を組み合わせて組合せ部品を構成する。

また、本発明の組合せ部品は、前記一対の部材を用いて構成されるので、必要とされる介在材の厚さが大きくなっても、各締結用部品の前記筒状のスペーサ部の軸線方向の長さは、介在材厚さ未満の長さでよい。従って、上記各締結用部品を研削加工以外のプレス加工などの製法で製造することが可能になり、製造工数を削減することができ、コストダウンを図ることができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明を実施例について以下に説明する。図1〜図8に本発明の第1の実施例を示す。図1は本実施例の組合せ部品である組合せワッシャ21の分解状態の正面図であり、図2はワッシャ部材23の平面図であり、図3は組合せワッシャ21の断面図であり、図4は組合せワッシャ21の使用状態を説明する正面図であり、図5は組合せワッシャ21の正面図であり、図6は組合せワッシャ21の変形例を示す断面図であり、図7は組合せワッシャ21の他の変形例を示す断面図であり、図8は組合せワッシャ21に関連する構成の分解斜視図である。

以下、図4を参照して、本実施例について説明する。本実施例は、例として、自動車のエンジン24のシリンダブロック25に固定されているシリンダヘッド26に連結されているエキゾーストマニホールド(以下、エキマニ)27に関連して説明される。内部をエンジン24からの高温の燃焼排ガスが通過しているエキマニ27には、遮熱カバー28が装着され、遮熱カバー28に内蔵されている断熱材(図示せず)などが、エキマニ27からの輻射熱を遮断し、更に、エキマニ27からの騒音を吸収するなどして、外部に放散される熱や騒音を抑制する機能を実現している。

このような遮熱カバー28をエキマニ27に取付ける際に、後述するような組合せワッシャ21を用いる。以下、図5及び図8を併せて参照する。組合せワッシャ21は、鉄板などの金属板を後述するようにプレス加工して形成される第1部材及び第2部材を含む複数の部材であるワッシャ部材22、23を用い、これらを相互に組み合わせることにより構成される。組合せワッシャ21は、第1座金部及び第2座金部である一対のワッシャ部29a,29bと、これらと一体で長さL1の円筒状のスペーサ部30とを備えている。

以下、組合せワッシャ21の使用法について説明する。図4及び図7に示されるように、前記ワッシャ部材22、23を準備する。前記遮熱カバー28のボルト穴42に対して、各ワッシャ部材22、23の遊端部を対向させ、遮熱カバー28とワッシャ部材22、23との間、少なくとも遮熱カバー28とエキマニ27側のワッシャ部材22、23との間に、例としてワイヤメッシュなどからなり挿通穴を有する円環状の制振材41、42を挟み、各制振材41、42の間に遮熱カバー28を挟む。これにより、組合せワッシャ21に制振材41、42及び遮熱カバー28が挟まれた組立体が構成される。この組立体にボルトを挿通して前記エキマニ27に遮熱カバー28を取り付ける。

このような組合せワッシャ21を用いる場合、締結用の部品として必要なのは、ボルトなどの締結手段以外には、上記組合せワッシャ21のみである。このため、スリーブやワッシャなど他種の締結用部品を組合せて用いる必要が解消される。これにより、締結時に使用される部品の点数を削減することができる。

このような組合せワッシャ50は、以下のようにして形成される。例として、板厚1.6mmの鉄板などの金属板を、前記ワッシャ部55、60の外形に対応する形状に切断し、スペーサ部56、61の挿通穴64、65に対応する形状の穴を形成する外形加工処理(ブランキング)を施す。次に、圧縮加工などで金属板の両面に前記環状凹部57、62を構成すべく減肉部を形成する。次に、絞り加工などでワッシャ部55、60からスペーサ部56、61を立ち上げ、平板部53、58から外周壁部54、59を立ち上げるように変形加工する。このようにして、組合せワッシャ50が形成される。このとき、組合せワッシャ50が、前記絞り加工などのプレス加工工程で製造可能なのは、組合せワッシャ50のワッシャ部材51、52の前記スペーサ部56、61を、図11に示す組合せワッシャ50のスペーサ部63の長さL6より短い、絞り加工が可能な長さに選ばれているからである。

以下、組合せワッシャ50の使用法について説明する。図4を併せて参照する。本実施例では、一対のワッシャ部材51、52を含む複数組の組合せワッシャ50を準備する。前記遮熱カバー28のボルト穴42に対して、各組合せワッシャ50のスペーサ部56、61を対向させ、遮熱カバー28と各ワッシャ部材51、52のワッシャ部55、59との間、少なくとも遮熱カバー28とエキマニ27側のワッシャ部55、59との間に、例としてワイヤメッシュなどからなり挿通穴69を有する円筒状で軸線方向の長さL7(>L6/2)の制振材70を挟み、各ワッシャ部材51、52の各環状凹部57、62を相互に噛み合わせる。
