【産業上の利用分野】
本発明は、コンピュータに関し、特に、再生媒体に関する関連情報を再生媒体の再生にあわせて表示などで告知する機能を有するコンピュータに関する。

【従来の技術】
近年、ＣＤメディアを利用した色々な種類の情報再生媒体が市場に登場するようになってきた。
ＣＤは当初音楽用のＣＤオーディオを中心に普及したが、現在ではＣＤ−ＲＯＭもコンピュータ用途を中心に普及している。ＣＤ−ＲＯＭはフォトＣＤ、エンハンスドミュージックＣＤ（以下ＣＤエクストラと称する）、ビデオＣＤなどを含み、特にＣＤエクストラ、フォトＣＤは複数のリードインエリアを持つマルチセッションＣＤにも含まれる。
また、近年のパーソナルコンピュータは、フォトＣＤ，ビデオＣＤの再生のための再生プログラムのみならず音楽ＣＤの再生も可能なようにＣＤオーディオの再生プログラムをも有するものが多く多機能化が著しい。

他方、パーソナルコンピュータと外部機器とをネットワークで接続し相互に情報のやりとりを行うことも比較的容易に行えるようになってきた。
インターネットを例にとると、使用者はブラウザーソフトを起動して希望する情報を有するサーバのアドレスを入力することで自由に該当するサーバにアクセスできる。
また、キーワードから前述のアドレスを検索する機能を有するサーバもあり、仮に求めるアドレスが直接的にわからなくても、まず、検索機能を有するアドレスのサーバにアクセスし、そのサーバの検索機能を用いて間接的に求めるアドレスを得ることもできる。

さらに、処理の高速化に伴い、複数のプログラムを時分割で起動させ、複数の機能を並列的に実現することも可能となっている。
例えば、音楽ＣＤの再生プログラムとブラウザープログラムとを起動させ、音楽ＣＤを聞きつつ、さらに音楽ＣＤに関連する情報の表示を行うことができる。

しかし、この場合、使用者がまず再生しようとする音楽ＣＤから歌手名といったキーワードを想定し、ブラウザープログラムを起動させそのキーワードを入力して前述の検索する機能を有するサーバから対応するアドレスを得、さらにそのアドレスを指定して関連する情報を得るという繁雑な操作が必要であるという問題があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、かかる問題を解決すべくなされたものであり、その目的とするところは、再生媒体がセットされると、そのセットされた再生媒体の種別に応じた再生を行うと共に、その再生媒体に関連する関連情報を自動的に表示などで告知するコンピュータを提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項１に記載の発明は、再生媒体に記憶されている記憶情報を再生する情報再生装置と、インターネット上に設けられ、再生媒体に関連する関連情報を有するホームページを備えた情報サーバとを具備し、前記情報再生装置が前記インターネットを介して前記情報サーバと相互に通信可能に接続される情報再生システムであって、前記情報再生装置は、再生媒体が装填されたか否かを検出する検出手段と、装填された再生媒体に記憶されている記憶情報を読み取る読取り手段と、前記読取り手段により読み取られた前記記憶情報を再生する再生手段と、前記読取り手段により読み取られた前記記憶情報に含まれている識別情報に基づいて、前記装填された再生媒体がＲＯＭ再生媒体か楽曲の記憶されたオーディオ再生媒体かの種別判断を行う識別手段と、前記ホームページをアクセスするためのアドレス情報を前記識別情報と対応付けた検索情報として有する検索テーブルと、前記識別手段によって前記オーディオ再生媒体が種別判断されると、前記識別手段によって前記オーディオ再生媒体が種別判断された際の前記記憶情報内の識別情報に基づいて前記検索テーブルを検索することにより、当該識別情報に対応付けられた前記ホームページのアドレス情報を取得すると共に、当該取得したアドレス情報に基づいて検索ソフトを起動して前記情報サーバの前記ホームページをアクセスし、前記オーディオ再生媒体に関連する関連情報を検索して取得する関連情報取得手段と、前記関連情報取得手段によって取得された関連情報を表示する表示手段と、前記読取り手段と再生手段と識別手段と関連情報取得手段及び表示手段を制御する起動手段と、を具備し、前記起動手段は、前記検出手段により再生媒体の装填を検出されるのに従って前記読取り手段と再生手段を起動させ、更に前記識別手段により当該装填された再生媒体をオーディオ再生媒体と種別判断されると、前記関連情報取得手段に前記検索テーブルからのアドレス情報の取得と前記検索ソフトによる前記情報サーバからの関連情報の取得を自動的に行わせて、前記再生手段に前記オーディオ再生媒体に記録されている楽曲の記憶情報を再生させると共に、前記取得された関連情報を前記表示手段に表示させ、前記関連情報取得手段は、前記アドレス情報の取得ができないと判断した場合に、前記アドレス情報の取得のための追加情報の入力を要求する画像を前記表示手段に表示させる制御を行うことを特徴とする。
請求項３に記載の発明は、再生媒体に記憶されている記憶情報を再生する情報再生装置と、インターネット上に設けられ、再生媒体に関連する関連情報を有するホームページを備えた情報サーバと、インターネット上に設けられ、前記ホームページをアクセスするためのアドレス情報を検索情報として有する検索サーバとを具備し、前記情報再生装置が前記インターネットを介して前記情報サーバと検索サーバとに通信可能に接続される情報再生システムであって、前記情報再生装置は、再生媒体が装填されたか否かを検出する検出手段と、装填された再生媒体に記憶されている記憶情報を読み取る読取り手段と、前記読取り手段により読み取られた前記記憶情報を再生する再生手段と、前記読取り手段により読み取られた前記記憶情報に含まれている識別情報に基づいて、前記装填された再生媒体がＲＯＭ再生媒体か楽曲の記憶されたオーディオ再生媒体かの種別判断を行う識別手段と、前記識別手段によって前記オーディオ再生媒体が種別判断されると、前記検索サーバをアクセスし、前記識別手段によって前記オーディオ再生媒体が種別判断された際の前記記憶情報内の識別情報に対応付けられている前記ホームページをアクセスするためのアドレス情報を取得すると共に、当該取得したアドレス情報に基づいて検索ソフトを起動して前記情報サーバの前記ホームページをアクセスし、前記オーディオ再生媒体に関連する関連情報を検索して取得する関連情報取得手段と、前記関連情報取得手段によって取得された関連情報を表示する表示手段と、前記読取り手段と再生手段と識別手段と関連情報取得手段及び表示手段を制御する起動手段と、を具備し、前記起動手段は、前記検出手段により再生媒体の装填が検出されるのに従って前記読取り手段と再生手段を起動させ、更に前記識別手段により当該装填された再生媒体がオーディオ再生媒体と種別判断されると、前記関連情報取得手段に前記検索サーバからのアドレス情報の取得と前記検索ソフトによる前記情報サーバからの関連情報の取得を自動的に行わせて、前記再生手段による記憶情報の再生と共に、取得された前記関連情報を表示手段に表示させ、前記関連情報取得手段は、前記アドレス情報の取得ができないと判断した場合に、前記アドレス情報の取得のための追加情報の入力を要求する画像を前記表示手段に表示させる制御を行うことを特徴とする。
請求項６に記載の発明は、再生媒体に記憶されている記憶情報を再生する情報再生装置と、インターネット上に設けられ、再生媒体に関連する関連情報を有するホームページを備えた情報サーバとを具備し、前記情報再生装置が前記インターネットを介して前記情報サーバと相互に通信可能に接続される情報再生システムであって、前記情報再生装置は、再生媒体が装填されたか否かを検出する検出手段と、装填された再生媒体に記憶されている記憶情報を読み取る読取り手段と、前記読取り手段により読み取られた前記記憶情報を再生する再生手段と、前記読取り手段により読み取られた前記記憶情報に含まれている識別情報に基づいて、前記装填された再生媒体がＲＯＭ再生媒体か楽曲の記憶されたオーディオ再生媒体かの種別判断を行う識別手段と、前記ホームページをアクセスするためのアドレス情報を前記キーワード情報と対応付けた検索情報として有する検索テーブルと、前記識別手段によって前記オーディオ再生媒体が種別判断されると、前記識別手段によって前記オーディオ再生媒体が種別判断された際の前記記憶情報内のキーワード情報に基づいて前記検索テーブルを検索することにより、当該キーワード情報に対応付けられた前記ホームページのアドレス情報を取得すると共に、当該取得したアドレス情報に基づいて検索ソフトを起動して前記情報サーバの前記ホームページをアクセスし、前記オーディオ再生媒体に関連する関連情報を検索して取得する関連情報取得手段と、前記関連情報取得手段によって取得された関連情報を表示する表示手段と、前記読取り手段と再生手段と識別手段と関連情報取得手段及び表示手段を制御する起動手段と、を具備し、前記起動手段は、前記検出手段により再生媒体の装填が検出されるのに従って前記読取り手段と再生手段を起動させ、更に前記識別手段により当該装填された再生媒体をオーディオ再生媒体と種別判断されると、前記関連情報取得手段に前記検索テーブルからのアドレス情報の取得と前記検索ソフトによる前記情報サーバからの関連情報の取得を自動的に行わせて、前記再生手段に前記オーディオ再生媒体に記録されている楽曲の記憶情報を再生させると共に、前記取得された関連情報を前記表示手段に表示させ、前記関連情報取得手段は、前記アドレス情報の取得ができないと判断した場合に、前記アドレス情報の取得のための追加情報の入力を要求する画像を前記表示手段に表示させる制御を行うことを特徴とする。
請求項８に記載の発明は、再生媒体に記憶されている記憶情報を再生する情報再生装置と、インターネット上に設けられ、再生媒体に関連する関連情報を有するホームページを備えた情報サーバと、インターネット上に設けられ、前記ホームページをアクセスするためのアドレス情報を検索情報として有する検索サーバとを具備し、前記情報再生装置が前記インターネットを介して前記情報サーバと検索サーバとに通信可能に接続される情報再生システムであって、前記情報再生装置は、再生媒体が装填されたか否かを検出する検出手段と、装填された再生媒体に記憶されている記憶情報を読み取る読取り手段と、前記読取り手段により読み取られた前記記憶情報を再生する再生手段と、前記読取り手段により読み取られた前記記憶情報に含まれている識別情報に基づいて、前記装填された再生媒体がＲＯＭ再生媒体か楽曲の記憶されたオーディオ再生媒体かの種別判断を行う識別手段と、前記識別手段によって前記オーディオ再生媒体が種別判断されると、前記検索サーバをアクセスし、前記識別手段によって前記オーディオ再生媒体が種別判断された際の前記記憶情報内のキーワード情報に対応付けられている前記ホームページをアクセスするためのアドレス情報を取得すると共に、当該取得したアドレス情報に基づいて検索ソフトを起動して前記情報サーバの前記ホームページをアクセスし、前記オーディオ再生媒体に関連する関連情報を検索して取得する関連情報取得手段と、前記関連情報取得手段によって取得された関連情報を表示する表示手段と、前記読取り手段と再生手段と識別手段と関連情報取得手段及び表示手段を制御する起動手段と、を具備し、前記起動手段は、前記検出手段により再生媒体の装填が検出されるのに従って前記読取り手段と再生手段を起動させ、更に前記識別手段により当該装填された再生媒体をオーディオ再生媒体と種別判断されると、前記関連情報取得手段に前記検索サーバからのアドレス情報の取得と前記検索ソフトによる前記情報サーバからの関連情報の取得を自動的に行わせて、前記再生手段による記憶情報の再生と共に、取得された前記関連情報を表示手段に表示させ、前記関連情報取得手段は、前記アドレス情報の取得ができないと判断した場合に、前記アドレス情報の取得のための追加情報の入力を要求する画像を前記表示手段に表示させる制御を行うことを特徴とする。
請求項１３に記載の発明は、再生媒体に関連する関連情報を有するホームページを備えインターネット上に設けられた情報サーバと前記インターネットを介して相互に通信可能に接続され、再生媒体に記憶されている記憶情報を再生する情報再生装置であって、再生媒体が装填されたか否かを検出する検出手段と、装填された再生媒体に記憶されている記憶情報を読み取る読取り手段と、前記読取り手段により読み取られた前記記憶情報を再生する再生手段と、前記読取り手段により読み取られた前記記憶情報に含まれている識別情報に基づいて、前記装填された再生媒体がＲＯＭ再生媒体か楽曲の記憶されたオーディオ再生媒体かの種別判断を行う識別手段と、前記ホームページをアクセスするためのアドレス情報を前記識別情報と対応付けた検索情報として有する検索テーブルと、前記識別手段によって前記オーディオ再生媒体が種別判断されると、前記識別手段によって前記オーディオ再生媒体が種別判断された際の前記記憶情報内の識別情報に基づいて前記検索テーブルを検索することにより、当該識別情報に対応付けられた前記ホームページのアドレス情報を取得すると共に、当該取得したアドレス情報に基づいて検索ソフトを起動して前記情報サーバの前記ホームページをアクセスし、前記オーディオ再生媒体に関連する関連情報を検索して取得する関連情報取得手段と、前記関連情報取得手段によって取得された関連情報を表示する表示手段と、前記読取り手段と再生手段と識別手段と関連情報取得手段及び表示手段を制御する起動段と、を具備し、前記起動手段は、前記検出手段により再生媒体の装填が検出されるのに従って前記読取り手段と再生手段を起動させ、更に前記識別手段により当該装填された再生媒体をオーディオ再生媒体と種別判断されると、前記関連情報取得手段に前記検索テーブルからのアドレス情報の取得と前記検索ソフトによる前記情報サーバからの関連情報の取得を自動的に行わせて、前記再生手段に前記オーディオ再生媒体に記録されている楽曲の記憶情報を再生させると共に、前記取得された関連情報を前記表示手段に表示させ、前記関連情報取得手段は、前記アドレス情報の取得ができないと判断した場合に、前記アドレス情報の取得のための追加情報の入力を要求する画像を前記表示手段に表示させる制御を行うることを特徴とする。

請求項２５に記載の発明は、再生媒体に関連する関連情報を有するホームページを備えインターネット上に設けられた情報サーバと前記インターネットを介して相互に通信可能に接続され、再生媒体に記憶されている記憶情報を再生する情報再生装置における情報再生方法であって、再生媒体が装填されたか否かを検出する検出工程と、装填された再生媒体に記憶されている記憶情報を読み取る読取り工程と、前記読取り工程により読み取られた前記記憶情報を再生する再生工程と、前記読取り工程により読み取られた前記記憶情報に含まれている識別情報に基づいて、前記装填された再生媒体がＲＯＭ再生媒体か楽曲の記憶されたオーディオ再生媒体かの種別判断を行う識別工程と、前記識別工程によって前記オーディオ再生媒体が種別判断されると、前記識別工程によって前記オーディオ再生媒体が種別判断された際の前記記憶情報内の識別情報又はキーワード情報に基づいて、前記ホームページをアクセスするためのアドレス情報を前記識別情報と対応付けた検索情報又は前記ホームページをアクセスするためのアドレス情報を前記キーワード情報と対応付けた検索情報として具備する検索テーブルを検索することにより、前記識別情報又はキーワード情報に対応付けられた前記ホームページのアドレス情報を取得すると共に、当該取得したアドレス情報に基づいて検索ソフトを起動して前記情報サーバの前記ホームページをアクセスし、前記オーディオ再生媒体に関連する関連情報を検索して取得する関連情報取得工程と、前記関連情報取得工程によって取得された関連情報を表示手段に表示する表示工程と、前記読取り工程と再生工程と識別工程と関連情報取得工程及び表示工程を制御する起動工程と、を具備し、前記起動工程では、前記検出工程で再生媒体の装填が検出されるのに従って前記読取り工程と再生工程を起動させ、更に前記識別工程により当該装填された再生媒体をオーディオ再生媒体と種別判断されると、前記関連情報取得工程に前記検索テーブルからのアドレス情報の取得と前記検索ソフトによる前記情報サーバからの関連情報の取得を行わせて、前記再生工程に前記オーディオ再生媒体に記録されている楽曲の記憶情報を再生させると共に、前記取得された関連情報を前記表示工程により表示手段に表示させ、前記関連情報取得工程では、前記アドレス情報の取得ができないと判断した場合に、前記アドレス情報の取得のための追加情報の入力を要求する画像を前記表示手段に表示させる制御を行うことを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施例を図面を参照しつつ詳細に説明する。
図１は、本発明の一実施例であるＣＤ（コンパクトディスク）自動起動機能並びに関連情報の自動呼び出し機能を有するコンピュータの概略構成を示している。

図１において、コンピュータ１には、セットされたＣＤの再生プログラムを自動的に起動するための自動起動プログラムとＣＤエクストラの優先再生プログラムを決定するための選択情報決定プログラム及び関連情報の自動呼び出しプログラムを少なくとも有する制御部２、ＣＤオーディオ用の再生プログラム３、フォトＣＤ用の再生プログラム４、ビデオＣＤ用の再生プログラム５といった複数のプログラムが既に用意されている。

また、後述の選択情報や上記以外のＣＤ−ＲＯＭの再生プログラムをＣＤ−ＲＯＭからロードし保持するためのＲＡＭ６、セットされたＣＤ８から情報を読み出すための読取り部７を備えている。読取り部はピックアップといったハード機器並びにそれを駆動するドライバを含んでいる。
さらに、各種情報の入力並びに表示を行うための入力部９、表示部１０、検索のためのデータベース１８を有している。
なお、各部はバスライン１１を介して相互に通信可能となっており、外部のサーバ１３、１４、１５、１８には通信路１２を介して相互に通信可能となっている。
以上が、コンピュータ１の概略構成である。

次に、まず、再生プログラムの自動起動機能について以下に詳細に説明する。
