Description
While pulling the filmstrip wound on a reel used for packaging or the like, are those related to the film bonding apparatus for bonding a film to which the remaining amount is separately wait upon decreasing the film currently drawer .
Conventionally, to support the reel by winding the filmstrip, but withdrawal of the film from the reel while feeding the al packaging machine or the like, the remaining amount of the reel is reduced, drawn from the reel that separately wait 2. Description of the Related Art Generally, a film bonding apparatus is known in which a film can be continuously supplied by superimposing the leading end of a film on a preceding film and heat-sealing (for example, Patent Document 1).
As described above, in the conventional apparatus (method) in which the deviation of the film with respect to the reference position is detected by an individual sensor for each film and the deviation is corrected, if there is an assembly error of the sensor with respect to the reference position, It becomes difficult to detect a shift.
Therefore, in reality, after the sensor is assembled precisely, a correction value is set by checking the detection error of the sensor in advance by repeatedly performing a film bonding test before use (before operation). (Operating) corrects the detection value of the sensor based on this correction value, but during feeding, the film swings in the width direction, so its position is difficult to stabilize, and a highly reliable correction value is used. To set it up, it is necessary to repeat the joining test many times during the production stage. Therefore, there is a problem that it takes time to collect data in the production process. Moreover, if the sensor is replaced due to failure or damage, it is necessary to repeat the above-mentioned joining test at the site of a packaging factory or the like to set a correction value, and it cannot be said that the maintainability is good. It was.
This invention is made | formed in view of said situation, Comprising: While performing the joining of a film appropriately, it aims at providing the film joining apparatus excellent in productivity and maintainability.
In order to solve the above-described problems, a film bonding apparatus according to the present invention is a film bonding apparatus in which the leading end of the same belt-shaped subsequent film is overlapped and bonded to the belt-shaped film fed in advance, A film moving means for moving the succeeding film relatively in the film superimposing direction and the film width direction, a light irradiating part and a light receiving part thereof, and a superposing part of the preceding film and the succeeding film. A detecting means for detecting the light receiving width or the light blocking width of the light in the overlapping portion of both films by irradiating light from one side of the overlapping direction to the other side and receiving the light; The storage means for storing the detection width of the detection means when the light is irradiated only on the film as a reference value and the overlapping portion of both films are joined. And Irumu joining means, a timer means for counting a preset time, said film moving means and film joining means and control means for controlling driving, the control means, subsequent film against leading film After the overlapping, based on the detection width by the detection means, an alignment operation is performed to move both films relatively in the width direction so that the detection width becomes equal to the reference value stored in the storage means. Driving the film moving means and the film bonding means so as to bond the films from each other, and after the start of the alignment operation, if the alignment is not completed within the time counted by the timing means, After the alignment operation has been completed once the time has elapsed, the film moving means is driven to control the alignment operation again. In which are configured to (claim 1).
According to the film bonding equipment, overlapped portion definitive light receiving width of both films, or to detect the light blocking width, the detection width equal to the detection width of one film detected in advance (reference value) Thus, since the alignment is performed by moving both films relatively in the width direction, it is not necessary to detect the relative positional relationship between the two films exactly as in the prior art. For this reason, if the transmitted light or reflected light at the overlapping portion of the two films can be detected, it is not required to attach a light irradiation part or a light receiving part (sensor part). In addition, since the data required in advance is only the light receiving width or the light shielding width (the above-mentioned reference value) when light is irradiated on one film, the work of acquiring the prior data becomes extremely simple. In addition, even if the light irradiation part or light receiving part (sensor part) is replaced due to failure or damage, the mounting accuracy is not required as described above, so replacement is easy, and prior data is reacquired. Since only the above reference value is required, it can be performed very quickly.
In addition, when the alignment is not completed within a predetermined time, the alignment operation is once ended, and then the alignment operation is started again, so that overshoot at the time of film alignment is effective. Can be prevented. That is, the film moving means may be continuously driven until the film alignment is finally completed. In this case, for example, the film shifts to the opposite side due to a time lag until the film moving means stops. It is possible to cause overshoot. On the other hand, in the configuration as described above, for example, if a minute time is set, it is possible to effectively prevent overshooting by performing alignment while driving the film moving means in small increments.
The detection means may be one for receiving light of the reflected light, but in this case, the distance from the irradiation portion of the light to the reflecting surface of the film is different between the preceding film and the subsequent film, both the film Depending on the interval, the reliability of the detection width decreases. Therefore, it is preferable to receive transmitted light that is not affected by the distance between the two films.
On the other hand, in the above-described film bonding apparatus, the detection means includes a first detection means for receiving the light while irradiating the light at an end portion on one side in the width direction of the overlapping portions of the two films, and the other And a second detection means for receiving the light while irradiating the light at the end portion on the side, and the storage means is configured to detect each of the detection means when only one film is irradiated with the light. The total value of the light receiving widths by the control means is stored as a reference value, and the control means uses the total value of the light receiving widths of the light by the respective detecting means as the detection width, and both films so that the detection width becomes equal to the reference value. Is preferably configured to move in the width direction (Claim 2 ).
For example, the light receiving width or the light shielding width of the overlapped portion of both films may be detected using a single detecting means having a light irradiation portion sufficiently wider than the width of the film and a light receiving portion. However, in this configuration, when the film width is increased, the vigorous detection means is increased in size. On the other hand, according to the configuration in which a pair of detection means is provided as described above to receive light while irradiating light at the end portions of the film, each detection means can be compact regardless of the film size. For this reason, it is advantageous to suppress the enlargement of the apparatus when viewed in total.
According to the film bonding equipment of the present invention, the light receiving width of overlapped portion of both films, or to detect the light blocking width, the detection width, pre-detection width of one film was detected (reference value) and Since both films are moved relative to each other in the width direction so that they are equal to each other, as long as the transmitted light or reflected light from the overlapped portion of both films can be detected, the light irradiator and light receiver (sensor part) ) Is not required for accuracy. In addition, since the data required in advance is only the light receiving width or the light shielding width (the above-mentioned reference value) when light is irradiated on one film, the work of acquiring the prior data becomes extremely simple. In addition, even if the light irradiation part or light receiving part (sensor part) is replaced due to a failure or damage, the replacement is easy because no special high mounting accuracy is required as described above. Re-acquisition can be performed very quickly because only the reference value is required. Therefore, while maintaining the bonding reliability of the subsequent film with respect to the preceding film, the productivity and maintainability of the film bonding apparatus can be improved.
A film bonding apparatus according to the present invention (a film bonding apparatus to which the film bonding method of the present invention is applied) will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 schematically shows an overall configuration of a film sticking apparatus to which the above-described film bonding apparatus is applied.

The laminated film supply apparatus 2 incorporates a

The
As shown in FIG. 4, the
On the
The
As shown in FIG. 2, the
The film sticking device is provided with a cartridge transport device 132 (see FIG. 5) for transporting the
On the other hand, the
The
More specifically, the
The
That is, the first
The film adsorbing / pressurizing
The
The
The
These
The
The
The
The
The
The

As shown in this figure, the control device

Next, film bonding operation control by the control device 65 (main control unit 75) will be described according to the flowchart of FIG. 7 with reference to FIGS.
As a premise, it is assumed that the

Returning to FIG. 7, when the remaining amount of the
Specifically, as shown in FIG. 8A, the leading end of the subsequent film Fb is held by operating the air chuck 46 (that is, the subsequent film Fb is picked by the parallel claws 47), and then the ball screw The
Note that cut marks are written at regular intervals on the edge of the subsequent film Fb. For example, the
Returning to FIG. 7, when the drawing of the succeeding film Fb is completed, the feeding of the preceding film Fa is stopped, and the
Next, after the initial value “0” is set to the counter value n for detecting the light receiving width by the
Specifically, when the
When the total light receiving width N 0 is obtained, it is next determined whether or not the total light receiving width N 0 is equal to the reference value N stored in advance (step S6). In short, when there is no shift in the width direction between the films Fa and Fb, the process proceeds to step S14, and a film bonding operation described later is executed. That is, since the reference value N is the total light receiving width of one film F as described above, when the total light receiving width N 0 with the films Fa and Fb overlapped is equal to the reference value N, both films There is no deviation in Fa and Fb. Therefore, in this case, the film bonding operation is immediately started.
On the other hand, when it is determined that the total light receiving width N 0 is not equal to the reference value N, that is, when it is determined that both films Fa and Fb have a deviation in the width direction, the following alignment is performed. The action is executed.
First, the
Then, after the counter value is incremented by “1”, the light receiving widths (α 1 , β 1 ) by the
When the moving direction is determined in this way, the
In step S12, it is determined whether or not the timer time has elapsed. If NO is determined here, it is further determined whether or not the detected total light receiving width N 1 (N n ) is equal to the reference value N. Is done. That is, it is determined whether or not the deviation between the two films Fa and Fb has been eliminated. If it is determined NO, the process moves to step S12 and the subsequent film Fb is continuously moved. On the other hand, if YES is determined in the step S13, the process proceeds to a step S14 and a film bonding operation described later is executed.
On the other hand, if it is determined as YES in step S12, that is, if the timer time elapses before the shift between the films Fa and Fb is eliminated, the driving of the
It should be noted that, as described above, only when the deviation between the two films Fa and Fb is resolved within a predetermined timer time, that is, until the
Thus, when it is finally determined YES in step S13, the driving of the
Specifically, first, when the heating table 50 is driven forward in the
When the joining of the succeeding film Fb to the preceding film Fa is completed in this way, the
Then, although not shown in the figure, the
As described above, in the
Therefore, when the
Further, even when the
By the way, the
For example, in the
In the above embodiment, the
In the above embodiment, the
In the above embodiment, the overlapping portion of the preceding film Fa and the succeeding film Fb is irradiated with laser light from one side to the other side in the overlapping direction, and the following is performed based on the light receiving width of the transmitted light. Although the alignment of the film Fb is performed, of course, the subsequent film Fb may be aligned based on the light receiving width by receiving the reflected light reflected by the films Fa and Fb. However, in this case, since the distance from the laser light irradiation portion to the reflection surface of the film F is different between the preceding film Fa and the succeeding film Fb, the detection reliability of the light receiving width depends on the distance between the films Fa and Fb. Is considered to be reduced. Therefore, in order to ensure the reliability of alignment, it is preferable to receive transmitted light that is not affected by the distance between the films Fa and Fb as in the embodiment.
