Description
Claims (7)
- 少なくとも2つの層から成り、熱負荷に曝されるようになっている壁構造(2)であって、第1層(5)および第2層(6)は、前記第2層(6)が、前記第1層(5)よりも前記熱負荷の熱源の近くに位置し、かつその熱が、第2層(6)から第1層(5)まで伝導されるように前記層(5、6)が配置されており、各々の前記第1および第2の層(5、6)は、構造上の負荷のかかる重要な部分を支えるように前記壁構造(2)の軸方向に形成され、かつ熱が第2層(6)から第1層(5)まで伝導されるように、前記層(5、6)が互いに接合されており、第2層(6)は、第1層(5)よりも、より高い熱伝導率および/またはより低い熱膨張を示すことを特徴とする壁構造。
- 前記壁構造(2)が、第2層(6)における前記熱源の反対側の位置に冷却チャンネル(7)を備えており、前記冷却チャンネル(7)が、冷却用媒体を通過させることに適していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の壁構造。
- 前記冷却チャンネル(7)が、第2層(6)から少し離れた位置に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の壁構造。
- 前記冷却チャンネル(7)は、第1層(5)に結合する位置に配置され、好ましくは前記冷却チャンネル(7)が、第1層(5)の範囲内の少なくとも一部に位置することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の壁構造。
- 第1層(5)が、実質的に第1金属材料から形成され、そして、第2層(6)が、実質的に第2金属材料から形成されており、前記第2金属材料は、第1金属材料よりも、より高い熱伝導率および/またはより低い熱膨張を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の壁構造。
- 第2層が、セラミック粒子を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の壁構造。
- 請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の壁構造(2)を備えたことを特徴とするロケットエンジン構成部品(1)。
