Description
前記スラリー調整槽の電気伝導率を測定し、前記スラリー調整槽の電気伝導率が所定の範囲となるように、前記スラリー調整槽への有機性廃棄物供給量及び/又は希釈水供給量を制御すると共に、前記メタン発酵槽の電気伝導率を測定し、前記メタン発酵槽の電気伝導率と前記スラリー調整槽の電気伝導率との差が所定値を超えないように、前記メタン発酵槽への希釈水供給量を制御することを特徴とする。
有機性廃棄物は、粉砕処理槽10にまず貯蔵され、破砕、粉砕され、ペースト化される。ペースト化された有機性廃棄物はペースト供給ポンプ20を介してスラリー調整槽12に貯留される。ここで水道水タンク11からの適度な水で希釈されてスラリー化される。
図1に示すような処理装置を用い、本発明の参考例に示すメタン発酵処理方法によって連続運転を行った。
図5に示すような処理装置を用い、本発明のメタン発酵処理方法を用いて連続運転を行った。

Claims (2)
- ペースト状の有機性廃棄物をスラリー調整槽にてスラリー化してメタン発酵槽内に投入し、嫌気性微生物によりメタン発酵させてバイオガスを発生させた後、発酵液を取り出して廃液処理槽にて処理するメタン発酵処理方法において、
前記スラリー調整槽の電気伝導率を測定し、前記スラリー調整槽の電気伝導率が所定の範囲となるように、前記スラリー調整槽への有機性廃棄物供給量及び/又は希釈水供給量を制御すると共に、前記メタン発酵槽の電気伝導率を測定し、前記メタン発酵槽の電気伝導率と前記スラリー調整槽の電気伝導率との差が所定値を超えないように、前記メタン発酵槽への希釈水供給量を制御することを特徴とするメタン発酵処理方法。 - 前記電気伝導率の差が9mS/cm以上の場合に、前記メタン発酵槽内に希釈水を供給する請求項1記載のメタン発酵処理方法。
