Description
The present invention relates to an automatic nesting method, which can automate a nesting operation in which members are arranged from a material such as a rectangular steel plate with a high yield, and is suitable for, for example, automatic nesting of members constituting a hull. .
Conventionally, nesting for allocating members to materials has been performed in various fields, for example, when cutting out members such as machines from materials such as steel plates and metal plates, or when cutting out members of clothes from cloths that are materials, etc. Nesting is done.
One of the things that require such nesting is the hull structure, which is composed of a large number of members, so there is little scrap after cutting the members from a rectangular steel plate (good yield), and a plasma cutting machine, etc. It is necessary to arrange members on the steel plate so that the can be operated efficiently.
Conventionally, this nesting work has been done manually, such as creating a member scaled with paper, preparing a scaled material and pasting it on it, and deciding the layout. Has also been developed to some extent.
As a method of automatic nesting so far, a method of programming an empirical rule, a method using a genetic algorithm ) , a method using an annealing method, and the like have been proposed.
Various patent documents have been proposed. For example,
However, since the hull structure members are generally complex in shape, it is very difficult to develop an automatic nesting method that satisfies the yield and NC cutting conditions at the same time and does not require any subsequent rework. The current situation is that no method or proposal has yet been developed that can be fully automated.
The present invention has been made in view of the present situation, and an object of the present invention is to provide an automatic nesting method capable of nesting with a good yield even in a complicated shape.
As a result of intensive studies on a new algorithm for nesting for arranging members on a material, the natural world generally approaches a state where the energy level is minimum by appropriately applying a disturbance.
For example, when an earthquake occurs, the gap in the soil is tightened, and the water filled in the gap is ejected, causing a liquefaction phenomenon.
In the same way, steel is made uniform in structure and internal stress is removed by appropriate temperature control.
Inspired by these phenomena, the state where the members are overlapped or scattered is defined as a state with a high energy level, and appropriate temperature control (that is, the range in which the member is freely moved and rotated stochastically) The present invention has been completed by finding an algorithm for arranging members without gaps by controlling the amount).
That is, according to the automatic nesting algorithm of the present invention, first, members are randomly arranged on a steel plate, and an appropriate repulsive force is virtually generated in the overlapping portion between the members so that the members are moved so that there is no overlap. Like that. Similarly, an appropriate repulsive force is generated for the portion that protrudes from the steel plate, and the member is moved so that the protrusion portion disappears.
By repeatedly repeating the movement of the member by such a repulsive force, it is possible to simulate the member arrangement in which the overlapping or protruding portion of the member is minimized from the initial random member arrangement.
Therefore, if the combination of the initial member arrangements is appropriate and the steel plate size is sufficient, it is possible to finally obtain a member arrangement without overlapping or protruding between the members.
However, when the initial member arrangement is inappropriate or the members are densely arranged, the members may be in a state of being held together, and there may be a case where overlap between members or protrusion from the steel plate remains.
Therefore, increase the coefficient of restitution with the member temperature as a parameter to make the member arrangement state unstable, and then move or replace the member in a state where the member temperature is high to make a transition to a new member arrangement state and repeat the simulation. It is to make.
A specific configuration of the present invention based on such an automatic nesting algorithm is as follows.
That is, in order to solve the above-described problem, the automatic nesting method according to
According to this automatic nesting method, when material data and member data for nesting are read and automatic nesting is performed, members are randomly placed on the material, and the overlapping part between the members and / or the part protruding from the material Is recognized as a lap, a virtual repulsive force is generated in the lap portion, and the member is moved so that the lap disappears. Automatic nesting is possible by eliminating overlapping or protruding wraps.

According to this automatic nesting method, when the lap portion does not disappear, after returning to the state where the lap is the smallest, another member is inserted and repeated to generate the repulsive force and move the member. Even when the wrap portion does not disappear, the automatic nesting can be efficiently performed by starting the nesting by the next member with the least number of wraps.

According to this automatic nesting method, the wrap portion is determined based on whether or not the intersections and vertices of the constituent edges between the members are internal points included in other members, and the wrap portion can be easily determined. Automatic nesting is possible.
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in addition to the structure according to any one of the first to third aspects, an area connecting the intersection and the internal point of the wrap portion or this area is replaced with a convex polygon. The region is a wrap shape, and the repulsive force is applied to the center of gravity of the wrap shape.
According to this automatic nesting method, a region connecting the intersection and the internal point of the wrap portion or a region obtained by replacing the region with a convex polygon is formed into a wrap shape, and the repulsive force is applied to the center of gravity of the wrap shape. In addition, by using the wrap shape replaced with the convex polygon regardless of the shape of the wrap region, the center of gravity can be easily obtained and the repulsive force can be applied.
Furthermore, in the automatic nesting method according to
According to this automatic nesting method, the repulsive force is added as a vector to the wrap constituent side included in the other member between the members constituting the wrap shape, and acts on the direction rotated 90 degrees from the addition direction. In this direction, the size is determined according to the distance from the center of gravity to the intersection with the lap shape, and the unit movement amount in the X, Y direction and rotational direction of the wrap shape member with respect to the repulsive force in which the direction and the size are determined The direction and magnitude of the repulsive force can be determined from the wrap shape, and the amount of movement based on this repulsive force can be easily obtained and moved. .
By moving the member in this manner, the moving direction and rotation of the member can be restricted and can be easily set.
The automatic nesting method of
According to this automatic nesting method, when a repulsive force is generated in a direction that cancels against one of the members, the internal temperature using the member temperature of the member that stores the repulsive force generated in the direction of canceling as a parameter. It is regarded as energy, and the movement amount is changed by using a coefficient of restitution that parameters the member temperature, and the movement is repeated so that the lap portion disappears , and one of the members like the middle member of the three members. Even when repulsive force in the direction of canceling occurs and the amount of movement of the member becomes small and wrapping is not resolved, the amount of movement of the members on both sides is increased by using the coefficient of restitution with the member temperature as a parameter. Easily removes wraps and allows automatic nesting.
According to a seventh aspect of the present invention, in addition to the configuration according to the sixth aspect , in the case where the lap portion is not eliminated even by repeatedly increasing the coefficient of restitution based on the member temperature, the automatic nesting method of the member Look for the member with the highest temperature, move it to another location or replace it with another member, and move the member repeatedly. The member is moved by increasing or decreasing the coefficient of restitution of the member.
According to this automatic nesting method, when the lap portion is not eliminated even after repeatedly increasing the coefficient of restitution based on the member temperature, the member having the maximum temperature of the member is searched and moved to another place or Replacing with other members and moving the member is repeated, and if it is not solved further, it returns to the state with the least number of laps, and the members are moved by increasing or decreasing the coefficient of restitution of all members. Even if the lap part does not disappear even if the coefficient of restitution with the member temperature as a parameter is used, automatic nesting can be performed by moving to another place or replacing with another member, and the coefficient of restitution of all members By increasing or decreasing the value, it is possible to perform more optimal automatic nesting.

According to this automatic nesting method, when a plurality of wrap portions are generated, the movement due to the repulsive force is divided into components in the X, Y direction, and the rotation direction, and there are a plurality of wrap portions. Even if it occurs, the member can be moved by the repulsive force by simply coping with it.
According to the automatic nesting method of the first aspect of the present invention, when material data and member data to be nested are read and automatic nesting is performed, members are randomly arranged on the material, and overlapping portions between the members and Since the part that protrudes from the material is recognized as a lap and a virtual repulsive force is generated in the wrap part and the member is moved so that the wrap disappears, the virtual repulsive force is applied. Thus, it is possible to eliminate a wrap portion that overlaps or protrudes from a member on the material, thereby enabling automatic nesting.
According to the automatic nesting method of
Furthermore, according to the automatic nesting method according to
According to the automatic nesting method of
Furthermore, according to the automatic nesting method according to
By moving the member in this manner, the movement direction and rotation of the member can be restricted and set easily.
According to the automatic nesting method of
According to the automatic nesting method of
Further, according to the automatic nesting method of
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
1 to 3 relate to one embodiment of the automatic nesting method of the present invention, FIG. 1 is an overall flow diagram, FIG. 2 is a flow diagram of an automatic nesting processing part by member movement, and FIG. 3 is lap recognition and repulsion. It is a flowchart of a force setting.
In this automatic nesting method, as shown in FIG. 1, when nesting is started, material data such as a steel plate to be a nesting target and member data of a member to be a nesting target are read (Steps 1-1, 1- 2).
For example, when it is applied to the construction of a ship, since construction is generally carried out for each of several parts called blocks, processing is performed in units of blocks even in the nesting process. Is read.
The member shape used in this automatic nesting method, as shown in FIG. 4, adds a cutting allowance width according to the groove shape in order to consider the cutting allowance, and also computes the member motion on the computer (simulation) In order to simplify the process, the arc or spline curve included in the member shape is approximated by a straight line so as to be within an allowable error range, so that a counterclockwise loop is formed.
On the other hand, the steel plate shape needs to recognize the part where the member protrudes from the steel plate, so it is configured to be a clockwise loop contrary to the member shape and recognizes the overlap with the outer area of the steel plate (lap described later) Like to do.
Next, the steel nesting priority is set (see step 1-3).
This priority is set, for example, in the order of increasing area from a steel plate having a low grade and a thin plate thickness.
The priority of a member nested in a specific steel plate is set, for example, in the following order.
1) The steel plate is explicitly specified.
2) Little difference in plate thickness from steel plate.
3) There is little difference in material grade.
4) Large area.
And after a priority is defined, as shown in FIG. 1, the selection of the object member to a steel plate and the setting of a nesting priority are performed (refer step 1-4).
Based on these settings, automatic nesting is performed as described later. That is, in automatic nesting, nesting is tried in the order of priority set for each member by selecting members to be nested according to conditions such as the grade and thickness of the steel plate.
However, nesting can be attempted by lowering the priority order of members whose grades and thicknesses specified for the members are less than the allowable range.
Next, a pairing process is performed (see step 1-5).
In manual nesting, an arrangement called pairing in which 2 to 4 members having similar shapes are arranged in combination may be performed. By pairing, the number of holes for starting member cutting called a piercing point can be reduced, and the outer peripheral shape of the paired member is close to a rectangle, so that the nesting operation is facilitated.
Therefore, also in this automatic nesting method, in order to facilitate the arrangement of the members, the two members are paired and handled and arranged as one member.
After preprocessing such as reading of data for automatic nesting, priority setting and pairing processing is performed in this way, automatic nesting processing by member motion simulation is performed (see step 1-6).
This automatic nesting process is started by first inserting a member as shown in the flow in FIG. 2 (see step 2-1).
First, the throwing member is arranged (see step 2-2).
As for the arrangement of the input members, the nesting is tried for each member in the order of nesting priority, or in a state where the pairing is kept if effective pairing is possible.
The members to be thrown in are arranged as follows.
From the left end of the steel plate, the empty space where no other member is arranged is searched for and the member is inserted.
In this way, when the empty space is searched and the members are thrown in, the members may overlap with each other depending on the arrangement of the members or may protrude from the steel plate.
Therefore, a member movement simulation by repulsive force is performed (see step 2-3).
In this member motion simulation, the overlap between the members and the protruding region from the steel plate (hereinafter referred to as a lap) are recognized, and a virtual repulsive force is generated on the wrap to move the member so that there is no wrap.
Such member movement is performed for all members, and is repeated until no decrease in the lap amount and member temperature described below is recognized.
For this reason, as shown in the flow in FIG. 3, first, lap recognition is performed (see step 3-1).
In this lap recognition, for example, as shown in FIG. 5, it is determined whether the intersections and vertices of the constituent edges between the members are internal points included in the other member (see step 3-2).
In addition to the points included in the other member, the internal point includes a member shape composing point that protrudes from the steel plate.
The shape of the wrap region can be obtained by connecting these intersections and internal points. Similarly, a region protruding from the steel plate is also recognized as a lap region (see step 3-3).
If the wrap region due to the overlap between these members and the wrap region protruding from the steel plate is a concave shape, the wrap region in which this is replaced with a convex polygon is redefined as a wrap shape (see step 3-4).
As a result, as shown in FIG. 5, when part of the members A and B overlap, the wrap region becomes a hexagonal a1c2b1b2b3c1, but for automatic nesting, the convex pentagonal a1c2b1b3c1 is redefined. And use.
Next, an appropriate repulsive force is generated at the center of gravity of the lap shape to move the member (see step 3-5).
For this reason, first, the position of the center of gravity of the lap region (the point where the repulsive force is generated) is obtained (see step 3-6).
Next, the direction in which the repulsive force is generated is defined as follows (see step 3-7).
A wrap-shaped component side included in the other member is added as a vector, and the direction rotated 90 degrees counterclockwise.
For example, in the case shown in FIG. 5, the direction of the repulsive force acting on the member A is the direction obtained by rotating the vector c1 → a1 and the vector c2 → c1 obtained by adding the vector a1 → c2 by 90 degrees. Suppose a repulsive force works in the opposite direction.
The distance between the intersection points of the wrap shape and the repulsive force vector is defined as the wrap length, and this wrap length is defined as the magnitude of the repulsive force (see step 3-8).
Therefore, in the case shown in FIG. 5, the length of the white arrow indicates the magnitude of the repulsive force.
After obtaining the direction and magnitude of the repulsive force in this way, the member is moved by the repulsive force as follows.
The acceleration (Ax, Ay, ω ″) around the position of the center of gravity generated in the member A is obtained by solving the equation of motion of Equation (1), where M is the weight of the member A and C is the moment of inertia.
Fx and Fy are vector components in the X and Y directions of the repulsive force repelling the lap, and Mxy is a moment around the center of gravity of the member due to Fx and Fy, which can be expressed by the following equation (3).
rx,ry…
here,
rx, ry: Vector component from the center of gravity position of the member A to the lap center of gravity position.
Here, since the mass difference between the members is not taken into consideration (assuming that the movement amount at the lap center of gravity position is the same regardless of the size of the member), the acceleration obtained by the equation (1) is virtually calculated by the acceleration at the lap center of gravity position. The unit acceleration component (Aex, Aey, ωe ″) with respect to the member A is obtained by dividing by the movement amount R.
R=Ax+Ay+r×ω”
here,
R = Ax + Ay + r × ω ”
r: Distance between the center of gravity position of the member and the center of gravity position of the lap Similarly, the unit acceleration component can be obtained for the member B.
In this automatic nesting method, when the repulsive force is generated between the members and moved, the repelling forces generated on the members may cancel each other out. In addition, the coefficient of restitution using the member temperature of the members A and B as a parameter is used. Here, the motion of each member is defined as follows using the coefficient of restitution.
Unit movement amount of member = lap length × repulsion coefficient × unit acceleration Such a unit movement amount of the member is obtained, the member is moved so that there is no lap portion, and automatic nesting is performed (see step 2-3).
Then, when there is no wrap portion, the placement of the throwing member is completed, and the next priority member is thrown (see step 2-4).
In the process of the member motion simulation, a plurality of repulsive forces are generated in one member and repelling forces are also generated in the direction of canceling each other. In such a case, the amount of movement becomes small and the lap portion cannot be eliminated.
For example, as shown in FIG. 6, in a state where three members are arranged so as to overlap with each other, the middle member receives a repulsive force from the members on both sides and hardly moves.
That is, under such conditions, member movement in a state in which the sign of the movement direction in equation (7) described later is different greatly reduces the efficiency of member motion simulation.
Therefore, the repulsive force generated in the direction of canceling out is regarded as internal energy stored in the member, and defined as a member temperature parameter.
This member temperature is reflected in the amount of movement of the member as a coefficient of restitution between the members.
dc = MIN(abs(dmin),abs(dmax))
here,
t i + 1 : Member temperature after movement α: Member temperature attenuation coefficient (0.8)
t i : Member temperature before movement
d c : The amount of movement to cancel out For each component (dx, dy, dω) generated by (d max > 0 & d min <0) in conditional expression (7) described later
d c = MIN (abs (d min ), abs (d max ))
However, for the rotational component, dω is r × ω (r: member inertia radius).
By introducing such a member temperature parameter, as shown in FIG. 6, in the next member movement, the middle member temperature is increased, and the movement amount of the members on both sides having a relatively low member temperature is increased. The amount of lap can be greatly reduced.
ta、tb …
ta, tb ... member temperatures of the members A and B In the above description, the member movement with respect to the repulsive force by one lap has been described. The movement due to the repulsive force is considered separately for each translational and rotational movement component, the maximum value and the minimum value for each component are obtained, and the movement amount is determined by the following conditional expression (7).
d : Movement amount of component
d max : Maximum movement amount of the component
d min : Minimum movement of components
A repulsive force is generated between such members, or automatic nesting is repeatedly performed using a restitution coefficient based on the member temperature so as to eliminate the wrap portion (see step 2-4).
If the wrapping is not resolved even by such repeated automatic nesting, another member is inserted, the empty space is searched for, and the member is inserted to repeat the automatic nesting.
Such lap cancellation by repetition is repeated about 60 times, for example, by changing the conditions, but ends when the lap amount does not decrease.
If the wrap does not disappear, a member arrangement search is performed as shown in FIG. 2 (see step 2-5).
This member arrangement search is performed when nesting cannot be performed by the above-described throwing member placement (see steps 2-2 to 2-4), and nesting has already been performed after returning to the state where the wrap amount is the smallest in the throwing member placement. Attempt automatic nesting by changing the member arrangement.
This member arrangement search is performed in the following order.
1) Find the member with the highest member temperature.
2) Move the member with the maximum member temperature to another place or replace it with another member.
3) Perform automatic nesting by member motion simulation to eliminate wrapping (see step 2-6).
4) If the wrapping is not resolved, the automatic nesting is repeated several times (about 60 times) from 1) above (see step 2-7).
5) If the lap is not resolved by repeating the steps so far, the lap amount is returned to the smallest in the arrangement of the members tried so far, and this state is set to the initial state several times (about 10 times) 1) Repeat from.
At this time, the coefficient of restitution of all members is increased or decreased in order to control the randomness of the arrangement state according to the lap amount.
6) If the automatic nesting does not eliminate the lap, nesting to another steel plate is attempted as an “extrusion member” (member that could not be nested) (see step 2-9).
In this way, as shown in FIG. 2, the member arrangement search (see step 2-5), the member motion simulation by the repulsive force (see step 2-6) is performed, and the lap is eliminated by the lap determination (see step 2-7). When the throwing member arrangement is completed (see step 2-8) and the lap is not removed, the protruding member is set (see step 2-9).
Such automatic nesting is performed, and as shown in FIG. 1, the process is repeated until the target member is exhausted (see step 1-7), and further, the process is repeated until there is no more steel material (see step 1-8). (Refer to Step 1-9).
Next, a case where the automatic nesting of the ship block member is performed by applying the automatic nesting method of the present invention will be described.
As shown in FIG. 7, an example of a system that performs this automatic nesting is to read the parts table data that is member data , the one-
It should be noted that when creating this data, it is possible to make a nomination arrangement or the like forcibly assigning a designated member to a specific steel plate as necessary.
Thereafter, automatic nesting is performed by the
After automatic nesting is performed in this way, data is converted and sent to the
FIG. 8 shows an example of the result of automatic nesting of a member of a ship block with a constraint added by such an automatic nesting system. In this example, the elongated member FB in the figure is forcibly arranged in the longitudinal direction of the steel plate, and is added with a restriction to prevent falling from the surface plate during NC cutting. In this automatic nesting system, conditions can be added to the arrangement of members by limiting the movement direction of the members, and such restrictions can be easily added.
Examples of the automatic nesting method of the present invention will be described below, but the present invention is not limited to these examples.
In this example, the automatic nesting method was performed on the 4D32 block that is the engine room block of the 7500TEU large container ship. There are 20 sheets shown in FIGS. 9-1 to 9-20.
In this example, members of 3M or more were nominated for specific materials.
FIG. 10 is an example of the result of manual nesting.
As can be seen from Table 1, it was confirmed that the result of the automatic nesting was the same yield as the result of manual nesting.
In addition, in the result of the automatic nesting of this embodiment, one member is an overhanging member, and in the case of manual nesting, 11 members are overhanging members. The yield rate is higher.
Looking at the results of automatic nesting for each steel plate, in FIG. 9-1, rectangular members are regularly nested.
In FIG. 9-2, it is possible to confirm that the three members A, B, and C that have been nominated are nested to the limit of the material width, and the nominated members have been nested without protruding.
For other materials, it was confirmed that the members nominated for this time were nested without protruding.
In the material plate shown in Fig. 9-5, the yield is worse than that of hand nesting, but with this automatic nesting, the material thickness is allocated as a priority, and the performance of automatic nesting is assured. Therefore, in manual work, automatic nesting has been completed for the member with a thickness of 11 mm, which has been attracted to the material plate of FIG. 9-5, with the plate of FIGS. 9-2 to 9-4. This is because the number of members made has decreased.
In FIG. 9-6 to FIG. 9-8, since many 12.0 mm members are prepared, the yield rate rises again, which is better than the nesting result by hand.
In the arch-shaped D member shown in FIG. 9-9, a bridge is generally provided in the opening. In this embodiment, since the bridge processing is performed in advance by one-piece processing, the member is also nested in the opening. .
In FIG. 9-10, a large member and a small member are randomly nested, including the wanted member, and the yield rate is higher than the result of manual nesting.
In FIGS. 9-12 to 9-16, the plate thickness is 14 mm. Since the nesting is performed at random in the first direction without any gap, the allocation is made in FIGS. 9-15 and 9-16. There are fewer members and the yield rate tends to be poor.
In FIGS. 9-19 and 9-20, the minimum plate size that can be ordered is 1000 mm in the width direction and 3000 mm in the length direction, but the yield rate is poor because the number of members to be allocated is small. In the case of FIGS. 9-19, the same members are allocated and the yield rate is the same in automatic nesting and manual nesting.
In FIG. 9-20, the members are nested on the left side, and the material is left on the right side. However, this is not scrap and can be used effectively as a storage material in the future.
FIG. 10 shows the result of manual nesting.
When this is compared with the result of automatic nesting, it can be seen that automatic nesting tends to focus on nesting in a regular manner, whereas nesting is not exhaustive.
From these results, it can also be seen that the yield tends to be higher when randomly arranged without a gap as in the automatic nesting method of the present invention.
As described above, according to this automatic nesting method, it was confirmed that automatic nesting capable of withstanding practical use can be performed.
In the above embodiment, the case of automatically nesting the ship block members has been described as an example. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and nesting of machine parts from a metal plate or nesting of clothing parts from a fabric is possible. It can be widely applied to the case of cutting out.
