Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a skin lotion or cosmetic using reduced water that can prevent or recover from skin troubles such as spots, freckles and aging caused by ultraviolet rays.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Ultraviolet rays are classified into three types, UV-A, UV-B, and UV-C, in order of increasing wavelength. Among these, UV-C is absorbed by the ozone layer in the atmosphere, hardly reaches the surface of the earth, and does not affect the skin. However, UV-B causes sunburn, and it causes inflammation when exposed in large quantities. Sunburn. Furthermore, most of UV-B is scattered and absorbed in the epidermis, and only about 10% reaches the dermis, but it activates pigment cells (melanocytes) in the basal layer of the epidermis, producing a lot of melanin pigments, Causes spots and freckles.
[0003]
UV-A penetrates the epidermis and reaches the dermis. In the dermis layer, oxygen is changed to active oxygen, and the collagen fiber layer is cut, causing sagging and wrinkles on the skin, leading to accelerated aging.
[0004]
Conventionally, various cosmetics and drugs have been used in order to prevent or recover from skin problems such as spots, freckles and aging caused by ultraviolet rays as described above.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the conventional cosmetics and medicines have a problem that skin problems caused by ultraviolet rays cannot be sufficiently solved.
[0006]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems. Reduced water (alkali ion water) obtained by electrolyzing pure water in a three-chamber electrolytic cell is used as a lotion, or the reduced water. As a raw material water for cosmetics, reducing water with a large amount of electrons prevents skin oxidation and suppresses generation of active oxygen to prevent skin troubles. Is to provide.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention relates to a reduced water obtained pure water by electrolyzing with 3 compartment cell, a pH of about 11 at the time of generation, and an ORP - 8 00 mV (vs.Ag/ The above-mentioned problem has been solved by adopting a means in which reduced water of the order of AgCl) is used as skin lotion or cosmetic raw material water.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. The reduced water (alkali ion water) used in the present invention uses reduced water produced by electrolyzing pure water. Conventionally, in a two-chamber electrolytic cell that has been widely used, since electrolysis is difficult to occur, salt is put into raw water for electrolysis. However, since salt remains in the produced water obtained in the two-chamber electrolytic cell, it cannot be employed in the present invention.
[0009]
The reduced water used in the present invention is the reduced water produced using the three-chamber electrolytic cell A shown in FIG. That is, the electrolytic cell shown in FIG. 1 is provided with an intermediate chamber 5 between the cathode chamber 1 and the anode chamber 2 by disposing the diaphragms 3 and 4 with a space therebetween, and the cathode chamber 1 and the anode chamber. 2 are formed by disposing a cathode electrode 6 and an anode electrode 7 respectively. When pure water is put into the cathode chamber 1 and the anode chamber 2 and sodium chloride is put into the intermediate chamber 5 and electrolysis is performed, reduced water (alkali ion water) is generated in the cathode chamber 1, while Acidic water is produced in
[0010]
In the present invention, reduced water generated in the cathode chamber 1 is used. Then, when the pH and oxidation-reduction potential (ORP) at the time of the production of the reduced water were measured, the pH was 10.5 to 12.5 and the ORP was -700 to -900 mV (vs. Ag / AgCl). It was found to be highly pure and excellent in cleaning ability, and suitable as a raw water for cosmetics and cosmetics. In particular, from the results of tests described later, it was found that reduced water having a pH of about 11 at the time of generation and an ORP of about −800 mV is most suitable as the raw water for the present invention and cosmetics.
[0011]
FIG. 2 is a diagram showing the change in pH value of reduced water every month, but the reduced water used in the present invention maintains a stable quality for a long period only when the pH drops by 1 after 10 months. It turns out that you can. In addition, pH at the time of the first measurement of the reduced water which measured the said time-dependent change was 12.
[0012]
Then, 100% reduced water having a pH of 11 at the time of generation and an ORP of −800 mV is applied as it is (with no added ingredients such as fragrances) to a 20-year-old woman on a dry skin. And tested. And the progress was investigated for changes and sustainability of stains and wrinkles with the brand name "Beauty Scope EX-400" (the latest compact high-performance video loupe 40 magnification lens) manufactured by IT Corporation. A result as shown in the photograph of FIG. 3 was obtained. That is, before applying the reducing water, the skin is turned up like a scale (white part) and is dry (dry).
[0013]
In the morning of the first day, the overall dryness (dryness) has improved, but in the evening it has become dry again. On the morning of the second day, you can see that most of the scabbard has been cured, although large scabbard remains. Also, in the evening, a small lump appears, but it can be seen that the lump is smaller than the first day. On the morning of the third day, it can be seen that the dryness is almost completely cured, and that moisture is absorbed into the skin. Even on the evening of the 4th day, the rusted portion did not appear again, and it was confirmed that the texture was further fine.
[0014]
From the above tests, it was found that the reduced water has the power to heal not only to get rid of rust, spots and wrinkles, but also to change the skin condition. In addition, eliminating the stuffiness once has the effect of preserving the original quality of the skin, so once the skin has been reduced, the skin surface will not become stuffy again, and the skin will be changed to a stuffy material that is less stuffy. I found out that
[0015]
From the above, it was confirmed that the reduced water used in the present invention has durability and immunity. The test described above is for the case where the reduced water is used as it is as the skin lotion, but it is considered that the same effect can be obtained even if the reduced water is used as the raw material water for cosmetics such as cream.
[0016]
And like the result of the said test, when reducing water is used, it is useful for the trouble of the skin for the following reasons. That is, the generated reduced water is water having a large amount of electrons. On the other hand, when ultraviolet rays hit the skin, electrons jump out of the skin and the skin becomes oxidized. Then, when reducing water with a large amount of electrons is applied to the oxidized skin, electrons are supplied to the skin and the original state is restored. Therefore, if reducing water is applied before hitting ultraviolet rays, skin oxidation is prevented.
[0017]
Moreover, the test result is shown in the photograph of FIG. The test method is to coat the back of the hand with mascara (oil-based), impregnated with generated water obtained by electrolysis using a general-purpose two-tank electrolytic cell, the pH at the time of production is 11, and the ORP is -800 mV. It was wiped with a cotton soaked with a certain amount of reduced water, and the difference was evaluated. The upper photograph in FIG. 4 is a photograph before wiping, the middle photograph is a photograph after wiping with generated water cotton, and the lower photograph is a photograph after wiping with reduced water cotton.
[0018]
As can be seen from the above photographs, the generated water disappears slightly as it grows, but does not drop much. On the other hand, it can be seen that the reduced water is solidified and dropped without extending. That is, from the above test, it was proved that the reduced water was excellent in cleaning ability, so even if it is soiled on the skin and does not easily fall off with a face-wash cream, soap, etc., naturally using the reduced water makes it dirty. Is considered to fall off very easily.
[0019]
Monitor to women in their 20s and 30s by spraying 100% of reduced water having a pH of 11 and ORP of −800 mV at the time of production having the above-mentioned characteristics as a lotion (trade name Micron Water). The results of taking a questionnaire are shown in Figs. In addition, after washing the face in the morning and evening after spraying the entire face, put it lightly on the skin and apply a moisturizing ingredient such as an emulsion (because the moisturizing ingredient is not included in the test water). There were some monitors who did not apply moisturizing ingredients.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention is as described above, by using reduced water with a large amount of electrons as skin lotion or as raw material water for cosmetics, electrons are supplied to the skin oxidized by ultraviolet rays, and the oxidized Applying reduced water before the skin returns to its original state and before it is exposed to ultraviolet rays prevents the skin from being oxidized, and prevents or restores skin problems such as spots, freckles and aging caused by ultraviolet rays. Can be planned.
