Description
Claims (2)
- 電子を放出する電子源と、前記電子の入射によりX線を生成する材料で全体的に構成されるキャリアと、内部軸受部材と外部軸受部材とを有する動的溝軸受とを含み、前記キャリアは、回転軸に対して回転可能であるよう、前記内部軸受部材及び前記外部軸受部材によって軸支され、前記外部軸受部材は、前記キャリアに接続され、液体滑剤を収容する軸受ギャップが、前記内部軸受部材と前記外部軸受部材との間に存在するX線生成装置であって、
前記軸受ギャップを少なくとも部分的に覆う前記外部軸受部材の少なくとも一部と、前記キャリアとは、当該装置の一体構成部を共に形成し、前記外部軸受部材の前記少なくとも一部と、前記キャリアとは、1つの材料から製造されることを特徴とする、X線生成装置。 - 前記外部軸受部材の前記少なくとも一部は、前記軸受ギャップを実質的に完全に覆うことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のX線生成装置。
