Description
The present invention relates to a vehicle test system for testing the performance of a vehicle.
。 As a vehicle performance test, a wind tunnel test is performed to measure the performance of the vehicle in the presence of air flow. The wind tunnel test is performed, for example, on a test room equipped with a chassis dynamometer equipped with a blower mechanism that circulates the air in the test room in a closed circuit shape, for a vehicle that is running on a chassis dynamometer. This is a test in which the performance of the vehicle in the driving state is measured while supplying an airflow or the like corresponding to an aerodynamic load (running wind) that is received if the vehicle is actually running (for example, Patent Documents). 1).
However, the opening area of the air outlet is changed by installing or removing a restricting member that partially blocks the air flowing through the flow path in the vicinity of the air outlet. When the area is reduced and the air flow is increased), it takes time to attach and detach the regulating member, which may cause a reduction in work efficiency. Further, when a regulating member is provided, there is a risk that turbulent airflow may be generated or the airflow may be lost due to the air flow hitting the regulating member.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and provides a vehicle test system capable of accurately measuring the performance of a vehicle by supplying a desired air flow without causing a reduction in work efficiency. That is one purpose.
In the following, each means suitable for solving the above-mentioned purpose will be described in terms of items. In addition, the effect etc. peculiar to the means to respond | correspond as needed are added.
Means 1. A vehicle test system having a blower mechanism for supplying wind to a test vehicle,
The air blowing mechanism includes a cylindrical body having a blowout port,
An air blowing means for generating an air flow toward the outlet in the cylindrical body;
The cylindrical body has a substantially plate-shaped movable member extending along the flow path so as to constitute a part of the inner wall of the internal flow path;
Slide means for sliding the downstream end portion located on the downstream side of the flow path of the movable member so that the opening area of the outlet is variable;
The position of the upstream end located on the upstream side of the flow path in the movable member varies according to the slide operation of the downstream end,
A vehicle test system characterized in that the downstream end is slidable along the opening surface of the outlet.
According to the means 1, the opening area of the outlet can be changed relatively easily by sliding the downstream end of the movable member. Further, since the movable member is provided, the air flow generated by the air blowing means can be guided relatively smoothly to the outlet side.
Generally, the opening surface of the blowout port is provided so as to be substantially orthogonal to the air flow path direction (in most cases, it extends in the vertical direction). This is because if there is a part where the airflow is blown out early from the outlet and a part where the airflow is blown out late, turbulence will occur near the outlet, or the airflow will be applied to the test object which is the target. This is because there is a possibility that it cannot be supplied sufficiently. Here, if the downstream end of the movable member is slid in a state where the position of the upstream end is fixed, the downstream end is not positioned on the opening surface of the outlet, There is a concern that such problems will occur. In this regard, in this means, the downstream end can be slid along the opening surface of the outlet by changing the position of the upstream end. Therefore, the possibility that turbulent airflow is generated can be prevented as much as possible, and the airflow can be efficiently and reliably sent toward the test body.
In addition, the position of the upstream end varies depending on the sliding operation of the downstream end. That is, the upstream end is configured to be interlocked with the sliding operation of the downstream end. Therefore, the upstream end can be moved incidentally by simply sliding the downstream end. For this reason, it is not necessary to separately adjust the position of the downstream end, and it is not necessary to provide a slide device for moving the upstream end alone. As a result, it is possible to simplify the adjustment work of the movable member, and it is possible to suppress a complicated configuration, an increase in installation space, and a decrease in work efficiency during loading and installation.
Note that “substantially plate-like” means that there is no step, and includes a flexible sheet-like material, a highly rigid plate, and the like. In addition, “the cylindrical body may be provided with the air outlet facing the front side of the vehicle”. In that case, the wind corresponding to the traveling wind of the vehicle can be supplied to the front side of the vehicle, and the traveling test of the vehicle can be performed more appropriately. In addition, the “opening surface” is a virtual surface formed so as to connect the ends of the outlet, and means the boundary surface between the flow path in the cylindrical body and the outlet (test room space). To do. Incidentally, “the opening area of the blowout opening” means the area of the portion of the opening surface of the cylindrical body that is allowed to blow airflow. Further, “the cylindrical body is configured to have a substantially square cylindrical section, the movable member extends along the inner surface of the upper wall portion or the lower wall portion of the cylindrical body, and the slide means includes the The downstream end portion of the movable member may be configured to slide up and down ”(the same applies to each means hereinafter).
Mean 2. The vehicle test system according to claim 1, wherein the upstream end slides substantially along the flow path direction.
According to the
Means 3. The vehicle test system according to
According to the
Means 4. When the downstream end slides so as to narrow the opening area of the outlet, the upstream end slides downstream of the flow path,
The upstream end is configured to slide to the upstream side of the flow path when the downstream end slides so as to widen the opening area of the outlet. The vehicle test system according to any one of 1 to 3.
Means 5. 5. The vehicle test system according to any one of means 1 to 4, wherein the movable member has flexibility.
According to the means 5, since the movable member is flexible, distortion and displacement are allowed to some extent when the position of the downstream end and the upstream end is changed, and the sliding operation can be performed without difficulty. it can. Further, manufacturing errors of the movable member can be absorbed when the movable member is assembled. Therefore, the assembling work of the movable member becomes easy and the productivity can be improved.
Means 6. The movable member is configured to bend in the sliding direction of the downstream end along the flow path direction,
The angle formed with respect to the flow path direction of the flow path side surface in a predetermined section in the flow path direction including at least the downstream end is downstream of the flow path regardless of the slide position of the downstream end. 6. The vehicle test system according to any one of means 1 to 5, wherein the vehicle test system is arranged so as to become gradually gentle toward the side.
According to the
Mean 7 The vehicle test system according to any one of means 1 to 6, wherein the slide means is configured to be capable of adjusting a slide amount of the downstream end portion.
According to the
Means 8. The cylindrical body includes guide means,
The guide means is configured to guide the slide of the upstream end in the flow path direction while restricting the movement of the upstream end in a direction parallel to the slide direction of the downstream end. The vehicle test system according to any one of means 1 to 7, characterized in that:
According to the means 8, the upstream end can be more reliably slid in the direction along the flow path direction by the guide means. As a configuration of this means, for example, a pair of elongated holes as guide means extending along the flow path direction are formed on the inner wall of the cylindrical body so as to face each other, and the width of the upstream end of the movable member Protruding portions extending in the width direction may be provided at both end portions in the direction, and the upstream end portion may be slid in a state where the protruding portions are inserted into the corresponding elongated holes. Moreover, it is good also as a flange protruding from the inner wall of the said cylindrical body instead of the said long hole. When the former configuration is adopted, the movable member can be configured to be rotatable according to the slide with the upstream end as an axis, and the movable member maintains a reasonable shape when sliding. can do. In accordance with the above-described configuration, for example, the movable member is provided with an extending portion extending in the width direction at both ends in the width direction of the downstream end, and the cylindrical body. Has a pair of slits extending along the sliding direction of the downstream end portion on the inner wall so as to face each other, and the extension portion is inserted into the corresponding slit, and the downstream side The end may be configured to be slidable.
Means 9. The cylindrical body is configured in a substantially square cylindrical section,
9. The vehicle test system according to claim 1, wherein the movable member is configured to slide while substantially contacting an inner wall of the cylindrical body parallel to the sliding direction of the downstream end portion. .
According to the means 9, it is possible to suppress the formation of a gap in the flow path and reduce the leakage of the air flow. In addition, airflow design, simulation, and the like can be performed relatively easily.
According to the
According to the
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a vehicle test system will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram showing a configuration of a vehicle test system. As shown in the figure, a
The test chamber 1 is connected to a
In addition, a cooler 10 that cools air (air) sent from the blower 5, a
As described above, the
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the
Further, the left and
In addition, slits 28 extending in the vertical direction are formed in the left and
The elevating
A connecting
Furthermore, a
Further, a
The operation of the
The downstream end of the
On the other hand, when moving the
As described in detail above, in the present embodiment, the opening area of the
In the present embodiment, the flow direction of the air flow is substantially horizontal, and the opening surface of the
Further, the position of the upstream end of the
Further, the upstream end portion of the
In addition, the
In addition, since the
Furthermore, the angle formed by the surface of the
The lifting
In addition, since the
In addition, it is not limited to the description content of the said embodiment, For example, you may implement as follows.
(A) In the above-described embodiment, the

(C) The shape of the nozzle portion 6 (outer cylinder 21) in the above embodiment is not particularly limited, and various shapes can be employed. However, it is desirable to have a shape that tapers toward the downstream side of the flow path. For example, the
(D) In the said embodiment, it is good also as providing the obstruction | occlusion member as an obstruction | occlusion means which obstruct | occludes the clearance gap between the
Further, when the above configuration is employed, the upstream end of the
(E) In the above-described embodiment, the slide amount at the downstream end of the
(F) The structure for attaching the
