Description
The present invention relates to a non-embedded column base used for standing a steel column in steel structure (S structure) or steel reinforced concrete structure (SRC structure).
Conventionally, in the case of standing up a column in S or SRC construction, there is an embedded column base structure in which the lower part of the steel column is embedded in the foundation part and a non-embedded type in which the steel column is not embedded in the foundation part. Are known. The present invention relates to the latter non-embedded type column base, and includes a S-type root-winding type and an SRC type non-embedded type column base. The strength of the column base in the case of this non-embedded type column base is generally determined by the pulling strength of the anchor bolt against the bending moment acting on the column base through the column, the compression strength of concrete, and the like. This non-embedded type column base is in great demand because it has better workability on the bar arrangement of the foundation beam compared to the embedded type column base in which the lower part of the steel column is embedded in the foundation part. However, the strength weakness of the column base is due to the small amount of iron in the anchor bolts that form the column base below the base plate relative to the amount of steel in the column head above the base plate. It has been reported that it was exposed in an earthquake, and this is a major reason for the recent refusal to apply non-embedded column bases. Therefore, in order to compensate for the lack of proof strength of the column base part, a method of increasing the overall proof strength by increasing the amount of reinforcement of the column main bars surrounding the anchor bolts has also been adopted. And there was a limit from the point of deterioration of workability. By the way, in the structural-related technical standards manual for buildings (Nippon Building Center), when non-embedded type column base is adopted, the amount of iron in the axial direction of the column base (main bar cross-sectional area + anchor bolt cross-sectional area) Guides the design to avoid sudden changes in tensile rigidity and proof stress with the same amount or more as the amount of iron in the axial direction of the column head (steel cross-sectional area + main bar cross-sectional area). Are abandoned).
By the way, as the external force acting on the column base during an earthquake, not only the bending moment derived from the column base based on the external force of the lateral component acting on the column, but also gravity acting on the column in the axial direction, The axial external force acting on each column acts on the column base as it is due to the rotational moment acting around the center of gravity of the frame due to the external force of the vertical component acting on the earthquake or the lateral component acting on the frame. Needless to say. In addition, when a large tensile force is applied via the column head, there is a problem in that the casing portion above the base plate is lifted as it is, and deformation tends to concentrate on the column base below the base plate. In the case of the conventional non-embedded column base structure, as described above, the rotational moment acting around the center of gravity of the frame due to the external force acting in the vertical direction during the earthquake and the lateral component acting on the frame. As a result, the upward axial force acting on the front column became a problem. In other words, in addition to the tensile force due to the bending moment acting through the column, the above-described tensile force due to the upward axial force is applied to the anchor bolt constituting the non-embedded column base, so both tensile forces are added. In some cases, the building was collapsed due to insufficient strength.
In view of the conventional technical circumstances as described above, maintaining good workability possessed by non-implantable column base structure, set with its non-implantable put the column base structure behenate Supureto and anchor bolt It is an object of the present invention to provide a construction technique for a non-embedded type column base that can reinforce the strength of the column base more efficiently while utilizing the strength characteristic of the combination.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention is characterized in that in the inventions of
According to the present invention, a combination of a base plate and an anchor bolt is adopted, and the steel frame having the flange portion in the region below the base plate by the anchor bolt and the main reinforcing bars arranged around it, and in the region above the base plate. distribution Rutotomoni is against the rotational moment by the main reinforcement that Haisuji pillars and its surroundings, the sides of a quadrilateral obtained by a straight line passing through the axis of the anchor bolt within the range obtained by reducing to 1/3 or less, respectively Since the technical means of reinforcing the tensile strength against the axial force by the reinforced reinforcing bars is adopted, the following effects can be obtained by combining these two means.
(1) Workability is good because non-embedded column bases that do not embed steel columns in the foundation are adopted.
(2) Since the reinforcing bars are arranged so that the sides of the quadrilateral obtained by the straight line passing through the axis of each anchor bolt are within the range reduced to 1/3 or less, the base plate The bending strength can be reliably maintained without substantially affecting the conventional efficient bending strength by the combination of the anchor bolt and the anchor bolt.
(3) A column base portion is formed by anchor bolts and main bars arranged around the base plate in a region below the base plate, and a steel column having the flange portion and main bars arranged therearound in the region above the base plate. It is possible to accurately counter the rotational moment acting on the.
(4) Moreover, since the flange portion of the steel column is arranged in a direction along a straight line connecting adjacent anchor bolts, the anchor bolt can be installed in the peripheral portion of the base plate without restricting the installation position of the flange portion. Therefore, it is possible to more effectively counter the rotational moment.
(5) Since the influence of the rotational moment on the reinforcing bar is greatly reduced as described above, the reinforcing bar functions efficiently with respect to the tensile axial force, and the tensile strength can be strengthened accurately. In particular, if the steel columns are arranged in a cross shape, all the reinforcing bars function efficiently with respect to the tensile axial force regardless of the direction of the external force, so that the tensile strength is further enhanced more accurately.
(6) Cross-sectional area of each iron member at the top of the column above the base plate x total iron member strength with respect to the total strength of the steel member plus the design standard strength Even if the total iron member strength at the column base below the base plate is kept below 1 Sufficient resistance to external force can be obtained. Therefore, it is effective in reducing material costs and downsizing the column base.
The present invention can be widely applied to an S-made root-winding type and an SRC-made non-embedded type column base. A square plate is used as the base plate, and a square plate or a rectangular plate is used depending on the specific arrangement of the steel columns. Here, the square shape may be a substantially square or rectangular shape, and each corner may be chamfered or rounded. Furthermore, an irregular polygonal shape in which inclined portions are included on both sides of one side constituting a rectangle is also included. As the anchor bolts, four or more anchor bolts are used to fasten and fix at least four corners of the square base plate. In addition to the four corners of the base plate, anchor bolts may be added to the middle part of each side, or two anchor bolts may be used at the four corners. In short, any quadrilateral can be obtained by a straight line passing through the axis of each anchor bolt. Incidentally, the quadrilateral mentioned here is not strictly technical and need only be a quadrilateral. With regard to the specific form of the base plate and anchor bolts, the shape and thickness of the base plate and the anchor bolts can be used as long as they have a strength capable of handling the rotational moment transmitted to the base plate via a steel column during an earthquake. Arbitrary settings can be made for the specific form of each part, such as the diameter and the number of installations. In addition, regarding the specific configuration on the steel column side, the steel column can be widely applied as long as the flange portion is arranged in a direction along a straight line connecting adjacent anchor bolts . Furthermore, with regard to reinforcing bars that are arranged to penetrate the base plate up and down, the axial force acting on the column base during an earthquake, etc. in combination with the strength of each anchor bolt due to the increase in tensile strength due to the reinforcing bars Can be arbitrarily set with respect to the diameter, the surface shape, the number of installations, and the like. The reinforcing bars are arranged so that the axis passes through the base plate vertically within a range in which each side of the quadrilateral obtained by the straight line passing through the axis of each anchor bolt is reduced to 1/3 or less. . Incidentally, with respect to the length of the reinforcing bars, it is appropriate to set the length embedded at least above and below the base plate to about 20 to 40 times the diameter of the reinforcing bars due to the fixing action with the concrete. Further, as described above, in the column base section immediately below the base plate, it may be set so as to satisfy the condition of (Aa · Fa + Ar · Fr + As · Fs) / (Ac · Fc + As · Fs) ≧ 0.7. Even if it is set to 1 or less, the required proof strength can be ensured even if it is set to 1 or less, without satisfying the condition of equivalent or more generally recommended in the related technical standard explanation manual. . Of course, it goes without saying that one or more may be used . In order to maintain the positional relationship between the lower and upper portions of the reinforcing bars, it is also effective to provide a reinforcing plate accessory plate.

Next, a specific example of the construction method will be schematically described. FIG. 5 is a construction state diagram illustrating a state in which the

When the
After that, as shown in FIG. 13, a
As described above, when the
Next, a specific experimental example will be described. FIG. 19 is a cross-sectional view showing a column portion directly above a base plate according to another embodiment of the present invention used in the experiment. 20 and 21 are cross-sectional views showing the column portion directly above the base plate of the comparative example used in the experiment. As shown in FIG. 19, in the example used in this experiment, four
As shown in FIG. 20, the comparative example 1 has a form in which the use of the reinforcing
Using the Example and Comparative Examples 1 and 2 as test specimens, conducting a tensile bending load experiment in which a horizontal alternating load is applied while applying a predetermined tensile axial force from above, measuring strain of each part and breaking The properties were observed. In the tensile bending load test, a horizontal force is applied at a height of 2 m from the upper end of the foundation beam, and an alternating load is applied while gradually increasing the magnitude of the load, focusing on the displacement angle of the column base at that time. The load method was adopted. The observation of the destructive property was made by observing the state of the
In the tensile bending load test, horizontal cracks were generated at the column part and the boundary part between the column part and the foundation beam in all the test specimens, and vertical cracks along the column
