図1〜図7に本発明の第1例について説明する。リフィルを押圧操作によって出没させる、所謂、ノック式ボールペンである。軸筒1の内部には、コイルスプリングなどの弾撥部材2によって、常に後方に付勢されたリフィル3が前後動可能に挿着されている。そのリフィル3の後方には、カム部材や回転子、摺動子からなるカム機構4を介して押圧部材5が配置されている。その押圧部材5の上方部は、前記軸筒の後端から突出しており、その突出した部分には、シリコーンゴムやNBR、スチレン系やオレフィン系、ウレタン系、ポルエステル系などの熱可塑性エラストマーなどからなる軟質部材6が取り付けられている。
