Claims (2)
- 排ガスセンサの素子抵抗に基づき該排ガスセンサを加熱するヒータの抵抗値を推定する第一ヒータ抵抗推定手段と、
前記ヒータのヒータ電流に基づき該ヒータの抵抗値を算出するヒータ抵抗算出手段と、
前記第一ヒータ抵抗推定手段と前記ヒータ抵抗算出手段により推定された二つの抵抗値を比較して当該排ガスセンサが劣化したか否かを判定する劣化判定手段と、
を有することを特徴とする排ガスセンサの劣化検出装置。 - 前記素子抵抗と当該素子の素子温度との関係を記録した素子温度−素子抵抗マップと、前記ヒータの温度と前記ヒータの抵抗値との関係を記録したヒータ温度−ヒータ抵抗マップと、を有し、
前記第一ヒータ抵抗推定手段は、
前記排ガスセンサの前記素子抵抗に基づき、前記素子温度−素子抵抗マップから素子温度を抽出し、抽出した素子温度に基づき前記ヒータの温度を推定し、
推定した前記ヒータの温度に基づき、前記ヒータ温度−ヒータ抵抗マップから前記ヒータの抵抗を抽出する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の排ガスセンサの劣化検出装置。
