Description
a) 底部ガラスセラミック基板層を所望の形状に形成し、
b) この基板層の少なくとも頂面に、炭化ケイ素、シリコンオキシカーバイド、窒化ケイ素、シリコンオキシニトライドおよび水素化非晶質炭素からなる群より選択される硬質材料の外部頂部コーティング層を形成する、
各工程を有してなることを特徴とする方法を提案する。
図1に示したように、平らなガラスセラミックプレート1を窒化ケイ素の頂部層2で真空スパッタリングにより被覆した。頂部層2の厚さは2μmであった。
平らなガラスセラミックプレートをプラズマ化学的気相成長法により窒化ケイ素の頂部層で被覆した。
2μmの厚さの水素化非晶質炭素コーティングを、プラズマ化学的気相成長法によりガラスセラミックプレートの頂面に付着させた。
例4の試料を図2に示した様式で得た。
被覆ガラスセラミックプレートの試料を図3に示した様式で得た。
底部ガラスセラミック基板層2の頂面を2μm厚の炭化ケイ素コーティングで被覆した。
ガス調理器具に適したガラスセラミック製ホットプレートを最初に製造した。

Claims (7)
- 底部ガラスセラミック基板層(2)および頂部コーティング層(1)を有してなるタイプのガラスセラミックプレートであって、
前記底部ガラスセラミック基板層(2)と前記頂部コーティング層(1)との間に、シリコンオキシニトライドの中間層(3,3’)をさらに含み、
前記頂部コーティング層(1)が、炭化ケイ素、シリコンオキシカーバイド、窒化ケイ素、シリコンオキシニトライドおよび水素化非晶質炭素からなる群より選択される硬質材料から形成されており、
前記シリコンオキシニトライドの中間層が炭素をさらに含むことを特徴とするガラスセラミックプレート。 - 前記中間層(3’)が、厚さ方向に炭素濃度勾配を持つシリコンオキシニトライドの層であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のガラスセラミックプレート。
- 前記中間層(3’)が、厚さ方向に前記底部ガラスセラミック基板層(2)から前記頂部コーティング層(1)に向かって増加する炭素濃度勾配を持つシリコンオキシニトライドの層であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のガラスセラミックプレート。
- 底部ガラスセラミック基板層(2)および頂部コーティング層(1)を有してなるタイプのガラスセラミックプレートを製造する方法であって、
a) 底部ガラスセラミック基板層(2)を所望の形状に形成し、
b) 前記基板層(2)の少なくとも頂面に、シリコンオキシニトライドの中間層(3,3’)を形成し、
c) 前記シリコンオキシニトライドの中間層(3,3’)の少なくとも頂面に、炭化ケイ素、シリコンオキシカーバイド、窒化ケイ素、シリコンオキシニトライドおよび水素化非晶質炭素からなる群より選択される硬質材料の外面頂部コーティング層(1)を形成する、
各工程を有してなり、
前記シリコンオキシニトライドの中間層が炭素をさらに含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記中間層(3’)が、厚さ方向に炭素濃度勾配を持つシリコンオキシニトライドの層であることを特徴とする請求項4記載の方法。
- 前記中間層(3’)が、厚さ方向に前記底部ガラスセラミック基板層(2)から前記頂部コーティング層(1)に向かって増加する炭素濃度勾配を持つシリコンオキシニトライドの層であることを特徴とする請求項4または5記載の方法。
- 前記外面頂部コーティング層(1)および/または前記中間層(3,3’)をプラズマ化学的気相成長法により形成することを特徴とする請求項4から6いずれか1項記載の方法。
