The image sensor module of the present invention can be additionally provided with various elements for enhancing its function. For example, by additionally providing an infrared shielding film, the image sensor chip can receive light that does not contain infrared light or has reduced infrared light, and the quality of the captured image can be improved.

開口部を有するケース状をしているとともに、上記複数の導体を支持し、かつ上記イメージセンサチップを内部に収容している樹脂成形部と、
上記樹脂成形部の上記開口部を閉塞し、少なくとも一部分が上記受光部に対向するレンズとされたカバー体と、
