本発明は、ブラジャー等のカップ部を有する衣類において用いられるパッド、詳しくは、バストへのフィット性及びバストの造形性に優れるパッドに関するものであり、特にカップ部周縁にワイヤーを配設してなるカップ部を有する衣類に装着して用いられるのに好適なパッドに関する。

【従来の技術】
ブラジャー等のカップ部を有する衣類には、バストの造形性を高めるための補整部材として、カップ部に取付ける、あるいはカップ部そのものを形成するパッドを用いることが多い。パッドとしては、一定の厚みを持つ弾性体を成形したものが多く用いられ、従来、バージス最下点近傍は、特に厚めにパッドが設けられていた。

このようなパッドは、着用者の身体に違和感無くフィットすることが望ましい。しかしながら、所定の厚みを有するパッドを装着したカップ部を有する衣類は、着用後、時間の経過に伴って下バストの押し出しによりカップ部がずり下がったり、運動等の身体の動作によりカップ部が横ずれしたりするなど、違和感が生じるようになる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】

そこで本発明は、上記問題点を解決し、バストのバージスライン最下点近傍部分に生み出された空間部に、バストの一部が入り込んで保持されることにより、バージスラインのカップ部へのフィット性が高まり、カップ部のずり下がりや横ずれを軽減でき、優れたバスト補整機能及び造形性を発揮しつつ、カップ部のずれによる着用時の違和感を軽減できる構造を有するパッド及びそれを用いたカップ部を有する衣類を提供することを目的する。特に、カップ部周縁にワイヤーを配設してなるカップ部を有する衣類に装着して用いられるのに好適なパッドを提供することを目的とする。

すなわち本発明は、カップ部を有する衣類のカップ部に装着して使用するパッドであって、着用時のバージスライン最下点で、着用時内側となる部分に窪み部を有し、前記窪み部におけるパッドの厚みが５ｍｍ以下であり、前記窪み部の高さｈの最大値が１．５ｃｍ〜４．２ｃｍであり、前記窪み部の長さｌの最大値が５．０ｃｍ〜１０．０ｃｍであることを特徴とするパッドである。

図１に示すように、本実施形態におけるパッド１は、着用時のバージスライン最下点近傍に切り欠き部Ｎを有している。パッド１に設けられた切り欠き部Ｎの大きさは、パッドを装着するカップのサイズによって異なるが、図６に示す垂直方向の高さｈの最大値が１．５ｃｍ〜４．２ｃｍであることが好ましい。また、同図の水平方向の長さｌの最大値は５．０ｃｍ〜１０．０ｃｍであることが好ましい。ここで、本願発明において、「垂直方向の高さｈの最大値」とは、パッドを着用した際に鉛直方向となる方向を「高さ」方向と定義したときに、未着用の状態で切り欠き部又は窪み部においてその高さｈが最大になる位置での値をいい、「水平方向の長さｌの最大値」とは、パッドを着用した際に水平方向となる方向を「長さ」方向と定義したときに、未着用の状態で切り欠き部又は窪み部においてその長さｌが最大になる位置での値をいう。切り欠き部Ｎの形状は、図１に示したように、切り欠き部Ｎの上縁部が円弧状の他に、例えば、図５に示すように、切り欠き部Ｎの平面形状が略台形状又は略三角形状のものなどが挙げられる。
