Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention has a cartridge containing a first spring for urging the core chuck holding the bar-shaped cosmetic material in the front, a mounting hole for mounting the cartridge, and resists the urging force of the first spring. In addition, the present invention relates to a cartridge-type bar-shaped feeding container including a container body containing a push bar that pushes the core chuck forward, and in particular, bar-shaped cosmetics such as eyeliner, eyebrow, lip liner, and eye shadow are used. The present invention relates to a cartridge-type bar-shaped feeding container that is suitable for a cosmetic delivery container.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Attach stick-shaped cosmetics such as eyeliner, eyebrow, lip liner, and eye shadow to the core chuck, and then assemble the core chuck into the tip tube to form a cartridge. There is also a cartridge-type bar-shaped feeding container for feeding bar-shaped cosmetics.
[0003]
Such a cartridge-type bar-shaped feeding container is configured to feed the core chuck and the bar-shaped cosmetic material by moving the push bar in the container main body in the axial direction by relatively rotating the conventional cartridge and the container main body. A cartridge-type bar-shaped feeding container has been proposed.
[0004]
For example, the cartridge-type cosmetic container disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 5-13307 has an operation main body (container main body) containing a driving body (push bar) movable in the axial direction and a support for supporting the bar-shaped cosmetic. The cartridge has a body (core chuck) and a cartridge that can be attached to the container body. The bar-shaped cosmetic material is fed and retracted in cooperation with the front end of the push bar and the rear end of the core chuck. Is. In this cartridge type cosmetic container, the male screw provided at the base of the push rod and the female screw formed on the inner surface of the operation main body are screwed together so that the push rod is axially moved inside the container main body. It is configured to be operable.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, the conventional cartridge-type bar-shaped feeding container generally holds the cartridge with one hand, holds the container body with the other hand, and feeds the bar-shaped cosmetic using screw fitting by relative rotation. .
Therefore, since the rotary cartridge-type rod-shaped feeding container uses both hands for the feeding operation, there is a problem that the hands are blocked and cosmetic tools such as a hand mirror and an applicator cannot be used at the same time.
[0006]
This invention is made | formed in view of the said subject, and makes it a subject to provide the cartridge-type rod-shaped feeding container which can be easily operated with one hand.
[0007]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the cartridge-type bar-shaped feeding container of the present invention employs the following means. That is, the cartridge type bar-shaped feeding container of the present invention has a cartridge containing a first spring for biasing the core chuck holding the bar-shaped cosmetics in the front, a mounting hole for mounting the cartridge, and the first. A container body containing a push rod for pushing the core chuck forward against the biasing force of the spring of 1.,A rack provided on the push rod along the axial direction, a pinion that meshes with the rack, and a roller that is coaxially fixed to the pinion and rotatably provided in the container body. By rotating, the push rod is moved in the axial direction by the engagement of the pinion and the rack.I didCartridge-type bar-shaped feeding containerIn addition, a rack of the push rod is exposed on the outer peripheral surface of the container body, and a hole portion having a U-shaped longitudinal section is provided along the outer peripheral surface of the roller, and both sides of the rotation shafts of the roller and the pinion are provided. When the dowel is provided on the surface, the engaging portion for rotatably engaging the dowel is provided in the hole having the U-shaped longitudinal section, and the container and the pinion are engaged with the rack of the push rod. The roller and the pinion are inserted from the outside of the main body into the hole portion having the U-shaped longitudinal section, and the dowel is engaged with the engagement portion. It is characterized by that.
[0008]
According to this configuration, the cartridge-type bar-shaped feeding container can be operated with one hand, and the bar-shaped cosmetic material can be fed / drawn by a desired length. Therefore, the operation is simple as compared to a method of feeding a stick-shaped cosmetic material by fixing the cartridge with one hand and rotating the main body side with the other hand, as in a conventional rotating cartridge-type feeding container. At the same time, one hand is free, so it is possible to make up with a hand mirror. In addition, the roller and pinion can be pushed into the U-shaped groove side from the container body opening hole and fitted, so the container body is divided into two parts, and the pinion and the like are assembled and bonded together. Assembling work is easy without the need for assembling.
[0011]
<Additional Configuration in the Present Invention> The cartridge-type rod-like feeding container according to the present invention is composed of the above-described essential components, but it can be established even when the following components are further added to the components. That is,A second spring for urging the push rod rearward is provided in the container body, an elastic resistor is provided in the mounting hole, and the shape of the resistor is deformed when the cartridge is mounted. Added a configuration in which the push rod is brought into close contact with the second spring to prevent the push rod from being urged rearward, and when the cartridge is removed from the mounting hole, the close contact state of the push rod with the resistor is released. To do. In the case of this configuration, a configuration in which the resistor is provided on the rear inner diameter of the cartridge can be exemplified. The resistor is preferably made of rubber.
[0012]
According to this configuration, since the resistor that does not cause the push rod to return to the initial position by causing the engagement operating resistance to the push rod when the cartridge is mounted is provided, the push rod is stopped at the position moved by the rack and pinion mechanism. Can be maintained. On the other hand, when the user tries to replace the cartridge and removes the cartridge from the mounting hole, the resistor returns to its current state and the inner diameter also returns to the normal hole diameter, so that the engagement operating resistance is released. Then, the push rod is returned to the initial position at the rear by the biasing force of the second spring. Thus, when the cartridge is replaced, the push rod can be returned to the initial position. Further, on the cartridge side, the push chuck that has been feeding out the core chuck and the bar-shaped cosmetic material is pulled out, so that the core chuck and the bar-shaped cosmetic material are also returned to the rear initial position by the first spring.
[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0041]
As shown in FIG. 5, the rollers 33 and 33 have a pair of disk shapes, and an engagement hole 33a having the same cross-sectional shape as the engagement shaft portion 32b is formed in the center of the disk. Then, the engagement shaft portion 32b is inserted into the engagement hole 33a, and the rollers 33 and 33 and the pinion 32 are assembled together.
[0042]
[Assembly procedure of rack and pinion mechanism 30]
Next, a procedure for assembling the rack and pinion mechanism 30 will be described. A push rod 31 biased by a push rod return spring 34 is accommodated in the push rod storage portion 21b of the cylindrical member 21. Further, it is assumed that the fitting member 22 is inserted and fixed in the distal end opening 21a, and the small-diameter shaft portion 31a of the push rod 31 is inserted in the insertion hole 22e of the fitting member 22.
[0043]
First, the engagement shaft portions 32b and 32b of the pinion 32 are inserted into the engagement holes 33a and 33a of the rollers 33 and 33 on both sides, and the tooth portion 32a is assembled between the rollers 33 and 33 from both sides (see FIG. 5). Thereby, the rotation of the rollers 33 and 33 can be transmitted to the pinion 32.
[0044]
Next, the assembled rollers 33 and 33 and the pinion 32 are inserted into the holes 21 f of the cylindrical member 21. At the time of insertion, since the width dimension Wb between the dowels 32c and 32c is slightly larger than the width dimension Wa between the protrusions 21g and 21g (Wa> Wb), the spherical surface of the dowels 32c and 32c is used to make a hole. It is pushed from 21f to the U-shaped groove 22f side so as to get over the ridges 21g and 21g. Then, the tooth part 32a of the pinion 32 pushed into the U-shaped groove 22f side meshes with the rack 31c of the push bar 31. The pushed rollers 33 and 33 and the pinion 32 do not come out from the U-shaped groove 22f side unless pulled out with a strong force.
[0045]
[Operation of cartridge-type stick-shaped cosmetic material feeding container]
Next, the operation of the cartridge-type stick-shaped cosmetic material supply container will be described.
First, the operation when the cartridge 10 is mounted on the container body 20 will be described.
That is, when the user inserts the small-diameter portion 1b on the cartridge 10 side from the mounting hole 22c of the fitting member 22, the circumferential convex portion 1c of the front tube 1 and the circumferential concave portion 22d of the fitting member 22 are engaged to complete the mounting. To do. At this time, as shown in FIG. 1, the tail plug 3 on the cartridge 10 side comes into contact with the circumferential protrusion 23 a of the resistor 23, and the circumferential protrusion 23 a is crushed, so that the cylindrical inner diameter of the resistor 23 is reduced. And the cylinder inner peripheral surface of the resistor 23 is engaged with the small-diameter shaft portion 31a of the push rod 31, and an engagement operation resistance is generated. The size of the peripheral protrusion 23a and the inner peripheral diameter of the resistor 23 are designed so that the engagement operating resistance is greater than the urging force of the push rod return spring 34.
[0046]
According to this embodiment, when the cartridge 10 is mounted, the push bar 31 is stopped by the engagement operation resistance at the position moved by the rack and pinion mechanism 30. In addition, the resistor 23 urges the cartridge 10 toward the distal end side of the fitting member 22 by a reaction force generated by crushing the circumferential protrusion 23 a, and reliably engages the circumferential recess 22 d and the circumferential projection 1 c of the front tube 1. Match.
[0047]
Next, the operation when the cartridge 10 is extracted from the mounting hole 22c of the fitting member 22 will be described.
That is, when the user pulls out the cartridge 10 in an attempt to replace it, the circumferential recess 22d and the circumferential projection 1c of the front tube 1 are disengaged, and the circumferential projection 23a of the resistor 23 returns to the current state as shown in FIG. Since it returns to the normal hole diameter, the engagement operation resistance is released. Then, the push rod 31 is returned to the initial position at the rear by the urging force of the push rod return spring 34.
[0048]
According to this embodiment, when the cartridge 10 is replaced, the push rod 31 can be returned to the initial position. On the other hand, since the lead chuck 2 and the push bar 32 that has been feeding the bar-shaped cosmetic M are pulled out on the cartridge 10 side, the core chuck 2 and the bar-shaped cosmetic M are also returned to the initial rear position by the cartridge pulling spring 4.
[0049]
Next, an operation when the stick-shaped cosmetic M is fed / drawn will be described.
That is, the user holds the container body 20 with one hand and rotates the roller 33 with the thumb. Then, as shown in FIG. 9, the pinion 32 integrally engaged with the roller 33 rotates, and the tooth portion 32a moves the push bar 31 in the axial direction via the rack 31c. When the push bar 31 moves in the distal direction, the core chuck 2 and the cosmetic M inside the cartridge 10 are fed out against the urging force of the cartridge pulling spring 4. On the contrary, when the push bar 31 moves in the rear end direction, the core chuck 2 and the cosmetic M are pulled back in the rear end direction by the biasing force of the cartridge pulling spring 4.
[0050]
According to this embodiment, the cartridge-type delivery container can operate the delivery amount of the stick-shaped cosmetic M with one hand.
[0051]
Next, when the rack and pinion mechanism 30 is assembled on the container body 20 side, the rack and pinion mechanism 30 is pushed in as described above, and the pinion side is fitted into the U-shaped groove 22f side from the outside.
[0052]
According to this embodiment, since the rollers 33 and 33 and the pinion 32 can be pushed into the U-shaped groove 22f side from the hole 21f of the cylindrical member 21 and fitted, the container body is formed in two. Assembly work such as welding and bonding after the pinion and the like are assembled inside is not necessary, and assembly work is easy.
[0053]
In this embodiment, the resistor 23 is shaped like a disk having a circumferential protrusion 23a. However, the resistor causes an engagement operating resistance to the push rod when the cartridge is mounted, so that the push rod is brought into the initial position. Any form that does not return is acceptable. For example, as another embodiment, an O-ring 26 may be used as a resistor as shown in FIG. That is, the O-ring groove 6a is formed in the inner peripheral surface of the tail plug 6, and the O-ring 26 is fitted into the O-ring groove 6a. Then, when the cartridge is mounted, the inner peripheral surface of the O-ring 26 is engaged with the outer peripheral surface of the push rod 31, and an engagement operation resistance is generated by the surface pressure of the engaging portion. Then, by this engagement operation resistance, the push rod 31 is brought into a stopped state without returning to the initial position against the push rod return spring 34.
[0054]
Further, as the bar-shaped cosmetic M, in addition to the eyeliner of the above-described embodiment, conventionally used cosmetics such as eyebrow, lip liner, eyeshadow and the like may be stored.
[0055]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the cartridge-type feeding container can be operated with one hand, and the bar-shaped cosmetic material can be fed / drawn by a desired length.
