Description
【0001】

SFR=(Vc−VFR)/Vc
SFL=(Vc−VFL)/Vc

【0080】

[Total braking force distribution]

[0018]
The hydraulic braking amount (human power component) is a braking force generated by the master cylinder hydraulic pressure only by the input of the brake pedal 6, and is a hydraulic braking force excluding the boosted component of the electric booster 7.

[0020]
The regenerative braking force is the amount of braking force applied by the regenerative load of the
[0021]
Normally, the front / rear braking force distribution is larger for the front wheels, and in order to change the distribution of hydraulic braking between the front / rear wheels, a proportioning valve or EBD (anti-lock braking system (ABS) valve is used. FIG. 3 is a flowchart showing the flow of the electric booster boost control process for obtaining the total braking force distribution of FIG. 2 executed by the brake controller 14, and each step will be described below (the brake control means according to claim 2). Equivalent).

In step S2, the required braking force Td is calculated based on the detected brake stroke value, and the process proceeds to step S3 (required braking force calculating unit). In step S1, instead of detecting the brake stroke, the required braking force Td may be calculated from the pedal depression force or the like.

In step S4, based on the rotation speed calculation value of the
[0027]
In step S5, the hydraulic braking force (for human power) Th only by pedal input is calculated from the detection value of the
[0028]
In step S6, the maximum regenerative braking force Td is calculated from the required braking force Td. GMAX And a value obtained by subtracting the hydraulic braking force (for human power) Th as a booster component Te (hydraulic braking force (a booster component)) in the electric booster 7, and a command for obtaining this booster component Te is calculated. It outputs to the electric booster 7 (electric booster control part). From step S6, the process proceeds to return, and the above process is repeated.
[0029]
[ABS control]
During the ABS control for suppressing the deceleration slip (braking lock), the boost amount of the electric booster 7 is controlled so that the wheel to be controlled has the target slip ratio. Even if the booster amount of the electric booster 7 alone is not enough to reduce the braking force even if the booster amount is zero, the regenerative braking force is further reduced and the total braking force reduction amount is secured when the tendency to lock the wheels is not resolved. To do.
[0030]
As a result, not only a hydraulic actuator (ABS actuator) for controlling the brake fluid pressure is unnecessary, but also the electric booster 7 is always replenished by regenerative braking after the boost of the electric booster 7 is controlled. It is easy to secure the power to be supplied to the power supply, and it is possible to prevent the occurrence of the regenerative power itself in time for the supply to the electric booster 7 in any situation.

However, the

[Electric booster boost control process for obtaining ABS control in FIG. 4]
FIG. 3 is a flowchart showing the flow of the electric booster boost control process for obtaining the ABS control of FIG. 4 executed by the brake controller 14, and each step will be described below (corresponding to the brake control means according to claim 3). ).
[0033]
In step S10, the vehicle body speed Vc is detected based on the average wheel speed of the left and right rear wheels 5RR and 5RL, and the process proceeds to step S11.
[0034]
In step S11, the right front wheel speed VFR and the left front wheel speed VFL are detected by the right front wheel speed sensor 14FR and the left front wheel speed sensor 14FL, and the process proceeds to step S12.
[0035]
In step S12, a right front wheel slip ratio SFR and a left front wheel slip ratio SFL are calculated, and the process proceeds to step S13. The right front wheel slip ratio SFR and the left front wheel slip ratio SFL are:
SFR = (Vc−VFR) / Vc
SFL = (Vc−VFL) / Vc
It is calculated by the following formula.
[0036]
In step S13, it is determined whether at least one of the right front wheel slip ratio SFR and the left front wheel slip ratio SFL is a set slip ratio of 15% or more. If YES, the process proceeds to step S14, and if NO, nothing is done. To move to return. The same applies to the slip amount instead of the slip ratio. If NO, the flowchart shown in FIG. 3 may be executed.
[0037]
In step S14, the braking force reduction amount ΔT (= Si × K) is calculated from the slip ratio Si (i = FR, FL) to be controlled and the predetermined constant K, and the process proceeds to step S15. .
[0038]
In step S15, the boost amount Te of the electric booster 7 at that time (Te obtained in step S6 in FIG. 3) is read, and the process proceeds to step S16.
[0039]
In step S16, it is determined whether or not the braking force reduction amount ΔT is smaller than the boost amount Te of the electric booster 7. If YES, the process proceeds to step S19, and if NO, the process proceeds to step S17.
[0040]
In step S17, the regenerative braking force reduction amount ΔT for compensating the braking force reduction with the regenerative braking force. G (= ΔT−Te) is calculated, and the process proceeds to step S18.
[0041]
In step S18, Te = 0 is updated so that the boost of the electric booster 7 becomes zero, and the regenerative braking force T G To the current T G To △ T G Is the new regenerative braking force T G And update to return.
[0042]
In step S19, the value obtained by subtracting the braking force reduction amount ΔT from the current boost amount Te of the electric booster 7 is updated as a new boost amount Te, and the process proceeds to return.
[0043]
Note that the above flowchart is processing for the left and right front wheels 5FR and 5FL provided with the

(2) When the ABS control is performed by the electric booster 7, the responsiveness is improved as compared with the hydraulic pressure control by the ABS hydraulic actuator, and more appropriate ABS control can be performed.
(3) If the ABS control is performed only by the electric booster 7 without the ABS hydraulic actuator, there is no ABS hydraulic actuator that serves as a flow path resistance on the hydraulic circuit. You can stop at.
