Description
球面筒を保持するための、内周面が球面であり、かつカッタホルダ側係合部を有する貫通孔と、樹脂を切断するための複数のカッタ刃とを有するカッタホルダとを備え、固定ホルダと球面筒とは、固定ホルダ側係合部と第1の球面筒側係合部との面接触により、固定ホルダの回転トルクを球面筒に伝達可能かつ固定ホルダと球面筒とが固定ホルダの回転トルクが伝達される方向と交差する方向に互いに回動可能に結合され、かつ、球面筒とカッタホルダとは第2の球面筒側係合部とカッタホルダ側係合部との面接触により、球面筒の回転トルクをカッタホルダに伝達可能かつ球面筒とカッタホルダとが球面筒の回転トルクが伝達される方向と交差する方向に互いに回動可能に結合されている。

Claims (6)
- カッタ軸と、
前記カッタ軸を保持するための貫通孔と、固定ホルダ側係合部を有する球面の外周面とを備えた固定ホルダと、
前記固定ホルダを保持するための、内周面に第1の球面筒側係合部を有する貫通孔と、前記第1の球面筒側係合部に対して回転軸周りにずれた位置に第2の球面筒側係合部を有する球面の外周面とを有する球面筒と、
前記球面筒を保持するための、内周面にカッタホルダ側係合部を有する貫通孔と、樹脂を切断するための複数のカッタ刃とを有するカッタホルダとを備え、
前記固定ホルダと前記球面筒とは、前記固定ホルダ側係合部と前記第1の球面筒側係合部との面接触により、前記固定ホルダの回転トルクを前記球面筒に伝達可能かつ前記固定ホルダと前記球面筒とが前記固定ホルダの回転トルクが伝達される方向と交差する方向に互いに回動可能に結合され、
かつ、前記球面筒と前記カッタホルダとは前記第2の球面筒側係合部と前記カッタホルダ側係合部との面接触により、前記球面筒の回転トルクを前記カッタホルダに伝達可能かつ前記球面筒と前記カッタホルダとが前記球面筒の回転トルクが伝達される方向と交差する方向に互いに回動可能に結合されているカッタ装置。 - 前記球面筒の前記内周面及び/または前記カッタホルダの前記内周面がそれぞれ球面である、請求項1に記載のカッタ装置。
- 前記球面筒の前記内周面及び/または前記カッタホルダの前記内周面の端部側がそれぞれ円錐台形状に形成されている、請求項1に記載のカッタ装置。
- 前記固定ホルダ側係合部と前記第1の球面筒側係合部との結合及び前記第2の球面筒側係合部と前記カッタホルダ側係合部との結合は、キー結合またはスプライン結合である、請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載のカッタ装置。
- 前記固定ホルダ及び前記球面筒の外形形状は、側面が球面からなる円錐台形状をなしている請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載のカッタ装置。
- 前記固定ホルダ側係合部から前記第1の球面筒側係合部へと前記固定ホルダの回転トルクを伝達しかつ互いに摺動する、前記固定ホルダ側係合部及び前記第1の球面筒側係合部の各トルク伝達摺動面と、
前記第2の球面筒側係合部から前記カッタホルダ側係合部へと前記球面筒の回転トルクを伝達しかつ互いに摺動する、前記第2の球面筒側係合部及び前記カッタホルダ側係合部の各トルク伝達摺動面とは、それぞれ摩擦係数を低減するための表面処理が施されている請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載のカッタ装置。
