Abstract
【解決手段】圧縮機本体11と、給油タンク13と、給油ライン60と、油回収ライン59と、を備えるスクリュ圧縮機10において、スクリュロータ25の圧縮室24の軸26,38方向の両側に位置し、軸受27,39,40の油の圧縮室24への混入及び圧縮室24からのプロセスガスの漏洩を防止する軸封部28,41と、圧縮室24の吐出側の軸封部41と圧縮機本体11の吸込口17とを連通させる吸込口戻しライン52と、圧縮機本体11の吸込口17と給油タンク13の上部とを連通させる供給プロセスガス連通ライン61と、圧縮機本体11内部と大気雰囲気とを仕切る1つの内外軸封部53とを備える。

Claims (3)
- 水平方向に配置された雌雄一対のスクリュロータを有し、前記スクリュロータの軸を軸受により支持する圧縮機本体と、
油を貯留する給油タンクと、
前記圧縮機本体の前記軸受等の給油箇所に前記給油タンクの油を供給する給油ラインと、
前記軸受等の給油箇所に給油された油を前記圧縮機本体から前記給油タンクへ回収する油回収ラインと、を備えるスクリュ圧縮機において、
前記スクリュロータの圧縮室の軸方向の両側に位置し、前記軸受等の給油箇所に給油された前記油の前記スクリュロータの圧縮室への混入及び前記圧縮室からのプロセスガスの漏洩を防止する軸封部と、
前記圧縮室の吐出側の前記軸封部と前記圧縮機本体の吸込口とを連通させる吸込口戻しラインと、
前記圧縮機本体の吸込口と前記給油タンクの上部とを連通させる供給プロセスガス連通ラインと、
前記圧縮機本体内部と大気雰囲気とを仕切る1つの内外軸封部とを備えることを特徴とする無給油式スクリュ圧縮機。 - 前記両側の軸封部にガスを送流する送流ラインをさらに備え、前記ガスが前記圧縮機本体で圧縮された吐出圧力のガスであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無給油式スクリュ圧縮機。
- 前記両側の軸封部にガスを送流する送流ラインをさらに備え、前記ガスがプロセスガスに影響を及ぼさない窒素ガスや燃料ガスなどのガスであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無給油式スクリュ圧縮機。
