羽根車ボス部の中心孔をポンプ軸に嵌合させ、環状介装体を介して角頭ボルトをポンプ軸のネジ孔に螺装させ、環状介装体と羽根車ボス部を連係ピンにより連係させ、中央の角孔を角頭ボルトに嵌合させて環状介装体に重合させたロックプレートをセットボルトで締着させるという、ポンプ用羽根車におけるボス部の固定機構は公知である(特許文献1参照)。また、ポンプ羽根車を対象としたものではないが、深く穿設されたネジ孔の深部に角穴付きネジ杆を螺入しておき、貫通穴付き角頭ボルトを上記ネジ杆の後方から螺入させ、角頭ボルトの貫通穴からアレンキーを挿し込んでその先端をネジ杆の角穴に係合させ、該アレンキーの回動操作によりネジ杆の前端面を角頭ボルトの後端面へ圧接させて弛み止め効果を得ようとする固定機構も公知である(特許文献2参照)。

【発明が解決しょうとする課題】
特許文献1記載のものは、弛み止め効果は大きいが、構造が複雑で位置合せが瞬速に行われず、取付作業に時間が掛かるという欠点がある。また、特許文献2記載のものは、構造的な複雑さはないが操作はやや煩雑で、ネジ杆と角頭ボルトの圧接が強力に作用し難く、これをポンプ羽根車の固定用として実施した場合には、羽根車ボス部の介在によりボルト頭からネジ杆までの距離が図示よりも更に長くなり、長いアレンキーによってネジ孔深部のネジ杆を操作しなければならず、アレンキーの捻り強度も低下し、ネジ杆と角頭ボルトの圧接作用が不十分となることは避けられない。

本発明に係るポンプ用羽根車におけるボス部の固定機構では、羽根車ボス部の前端面から穿設された大径有底孔の孔底部中心より羽根車ボス部の後端面へかけて小径貫通孔を穿設し、上記大径有底孔の内周面にはネジ栓の雄ネジと螺合する雌ネジを刻設し、頭付ボルトを小径貫通孔より挿通してポンプ軸の前端面から縦設されたポンプ軸の回転方向に対して締付け方向のネジ孔へ螺挿することにより羽根車をポンプ軸に定着させ、且つ、上記大径有底孔に上記頭付ボルトと同一方向ネジのネジ栓を螺装してその後端面を頭付ボルトのボルト頭へ圧接させ、ポンプの回転によってダブルナット作用を生じさせて強固な固定をさせるポンプ用羽根車におけるボス部の固定機構を提供する。
