Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a pretreatment method for a human waste treatment facility that removes various contaminants from human waste supplied to the human waste treatment facility in advance, and more specifically, a simplified human waste treatment facility that can reduce equipment costs and maintenance costs. This relates to a pre-processing method.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a method described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 8-206638 has been proposed as a pretreatment method for a human waste treatment facility that removes various contaminants present in human waste.
[0003]
In this method, the human waste from the vacuum car is not directly received in the receiving tank, but a large separation in the urine is separated by a mechanical separator with a screen, and the separated urine is separated and sent to the receiving tank through the screen. It was. Large contaminants were separated, but still contained contaminants and urine was sent to the drum screen by the pressure of the vacuum truck to remove the contaminants, and the separated contaminants were sent to the screw press for dehydration. Had been processed.
[0004]
Conventionally, the combination of a drum screen and a screw press has been used without any doubt as a necessary combination for obtaining the capability of a screw press in order to treat impurities. This is because impurities are gathered inside the drum screen and the volume is reduced, which is considered to be advantageous for the screw press, and the presence of the drum screen is considered essential. However, the present inventor considered that the drum screen is unnecessary in the process of performing the pretreatment method shown in the above publication, because the drum screen is clogged and the human waste is directly flowing into the screw press. As a result of intensive studies, the present invention has been achieved.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a simplified pretreatment method for human waste treatment facilities that can eliminate a drum screen that has been conventionally required and can reduce equipment costs and maintenance costs.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A pretreatment method for a human waste treatment facility that solves the above-described problem is that a human waste that is pumped by a pressure applied by a vacuum vehicle is received in a separation tank, and heavy impurities are settled and separated in the separation tank, and the separated urine is separated from the vacuum. Sending directly to the screw press using the pressure of the car, further separating the impurities in the screw press, storing the separated urine in a receiving tank, biologically separating the separated urine and sending it to a urine treatment facility Features.
[0007]
Further, the human waste in the receiving tank is transferred to and stored in a flow rate adjusting tank through a fine sand remover, and the human waste in the flow adjusting tank is quantitatively sent to a biological waste processing facility using membrane treatment. It is also preferable to do.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below.
[0009]
In the present invention, the human waste treatment facility may be a facility that accepts only biological urine and biologically processes it, but may also be a facility that accepts biological waste by accepting septic tank sludge and the like in addition to live urine. . The septic tank sludge is sludge in a household septic tank or a combined septic tank that performs biological treatment, and surplus sludge generated in the septic tank is generally used.
[0010]
In the present specification, unless live urine and septic tank sludge cannot be understood unless they are distinguished, they are referred to as “human waste” without distinction.
[0011]
In general, a human waste treatment facility is provided with a reaction tank and a solid-liquid separation means for biologically treating urine. Recently, a membrane treatment is adopted as the solid-liquid separation means. It is more effective when applied as a pretreatment method for biological excreta treatment facilities adopting

【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a simplified pretreatment method for human waste treatment facilities that can reduce equipment costs and maintenance costs by eliminating the drum screen.
[0049]
In the method described in JP-A-8-206638, in order to reduce clogging of the drum screen, one open / close valve is provided in the line for separating and feeding urine to the receiving tank, and the contaminants are removed from the drum screen. A separate on-off valve is provided in the line to be sent to the system, and a system for automatically controlling by incorporating a sequence in which the opening and closing of the one on-off valve and the other on-off valve is synchronized and reversely operated is adopted. Since the control system is expensive and contains impurities and urine separation, there is a problem that control is not easy and maintenance is not easy. On the other hand, according to the present invention, since it is not necessary to consider clogging of the drum screen due to the elimination of the drum screen, such an expensive control system is unnecessary, and the cost can be reduced. Demonstrates the effect of easy maintenance.
