Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an apparatus for expanding a tubular knitted fabric such as a knit or a jersey while transferring, and more particularly to a form-type tubular woven fabric expanding apparatus disposed inside a cylindrical woven fabric.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The continuous processing of a tubular structure, for example, a tubular knitted fabric, as it is can reduce the space of the machine, streamline the process, decrease the scrap rate, and prevent distortion of the stitches due to processing, etc. Incorporated. However, in the finishing process, for example, some materials and structures cannot be finished in a cylindrical shape, and therefore, there is a demand for practical use of a finishing machine that is not confined to the material and structure and a woven form for that purpose.
[0003]
In the past, as a device for expanding a traveling tubular knitted fabric, JP-A-49-36989, JP-B-52-48667, JP-B-53-18637, JP-A-54-93182, Japanese Patent Publication No. 56-3949 is disclosed.
[0004]
For example, the spreading device disclosed in Japanese Examined Patent Publication No. 56-3949 is a pair of hemispherical ring guiders that are opposed to each other so as to hold and hold a ring embedded in the ears on both sides of the tubular woven fabric from the outside of the tubular woven fabric. And the ring guider is driven by a motor through a magnet coupling.
[0005]
In the fabric spreading device disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 56-3949, the quality of the fabric is lowered by the thread generated in the mold and its supporting part in the continuous processing step of the tubular knitted fabric. This is a serious problem depending on the material and organization.
For example, in finishing processing of a stretch material or the like, it is necessary to heat-set the cloth as it is spread. However, it cannot be heat-set due to variations in expansion / contraction and biting of the fabric at the support portion of the formwork. In addition, in the case of processing that requires a spreading process in the middle of processing, it is impossible to put it to practical use because the processing agent adheres unevenly due to threading at the support part of the formwork and the formwork is contaminated by the processing agent. is there.
[0006]
Accordingly, the present inventors have developed a tubular woven fabric expansion device as previously shown in FIGS.

[0017]
The present invention is intended to solve such a problem, and in a continuous processing process of a tubular knitted fabric, for example, a knitted fabric, the deterioration of the fabric quality due to the thread generated in the expansion device and its support portion is minimized. The present invention provides a spreading device that is not restricted by the presser or the material or the structure.
[0018]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Means for solving the first problem of the present invention is a tubular woven fabric spreading apparatus comprising a frame member disposed inside a tubular knitted fabric, wherein the frame member is supported from the outside. A frame member constituting the apparatus is disposed in a vertical position so that the traveling direction of the tubular knitted fabric F and the gravity direction of the frame member itself coincide with each other, and is symmetric with respect to the axis of the upper end portion of the frame member. A pair of electromagnets are arranged in a V-shape, and the frame member is attracted and floated by adjusting the electromagnetic force of both electromagnets, and the frame member is attracted and floated in a non-contact manner. It is in the configuration.
[0019]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the position adjustment of the frame member by adjusting the electromagnetic force of the two electromagnets, the weight of the frame member is used as the repulsive force of the electromagnetic force of the two electromagnets. The goal is to achieve a balanced and stable levitation.
[0020]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, the length of the gap between the electromagnet and the frame member in the tubular woven fabric in the position adjustment of the frame member by adjusting the electromagnetic force of the two electromagnets. Is provided with a pair of distance sensors, and the measured values of the distance sensors are fed back to the two electromagnets to stably float the frame member at a predetermined position. Is in the control method.
[0021]
Further, the fourth means for solving the problem of the present invention is that, in the control method of the magnetic levitation type spreading device, the sampling period is set in a range from 50 μsec to 10 msec when measuring the gap length by the distance sensor. There is in being.
[0022]
Furthermore, the fifth means for solving the problem of the present invention is that, in the control method of the magnetic levitation type spreading apparatus, the measurement accuracy is in the range from 1 μm to 100 μm when the gap length is measured by the distance sensor. It is to be set.
[0023]
According to the present invention, a frame member arranged to spread the tubular woven fabric on the inside of the continuously running tubular woven fabric is supported by the magnetic force of a pair of electromagnets from the outside, By adjusting the magnetic force of both electromagnets, the frame members are attracted and floated, and these are performed in a non-contact manner, so that the degradation of the fabric quality due to the thread generated at the frame members and their supporting parts is minimized. In addition, it is possible to obtain a spreading device that is not restricted by the material or the structure. The position of the conventional cloth expanding device is unstable, and as a result, there is a possibility that a thread may be generated between the cloth expanding apparatus and the tubular knitted fabric. However, according to the present invention, such a problem can be solved.

As a means for realizing such control, it is possible to use a laser displacement sensor (for example, Keyence Corporation LX2 series or LX series) in the measurement of the gap length. For high-speed arithmetic processing, dSPACE's DS1102, 1103 and the like are suitable as examples of DSP boards. The DSP is not limited to the DSP as long as a similar function can be obtained.
[0031]
The tubular knitted fabric F is mainly a circular knitted fabric. [0034]
It was impossible to control an electromagnet using an electromagnet due to the nature of magnetic force. For example, since the magnetic force changes between the S pole and the N pole in a curve, it is necessary to control the positional relationship with high accuracy. Furthermore, since the force that the magnet acts on the object changes in proportion to the square of the distance, it is not only highly accurate, but if it is not controlled at a high speed, the object will be attracted to or dropped from the magnet. There is a risk. In addition, even if the magnetic force can be controlled to some extent, there is no slip for the external force acting from the side of the direction of the magnetic force, and it is necessary to add control by another magnet, making the control more complex This is one of the reasons why the feasibility is reduced.
[0035]
In this embodiment, in order to minimize the factor to be controlled, the acting direction of the external force and the acting direction of the magnetic force are arranged in a straight line (one axis). That is, the
[0036]
Further, in the position adjustment of the frame member by adjusting the electromagnetic force of the both electromagnets, balanced and stable levitation can be achieved by using the weight of the frame member as the repulsive force of the electromagnetic force of the both electromagnets. It may be configured.
[0037]
【The invention's effect】
As described in detail above, according to the present invention, the frame member disposed to spread the tubular woven fabric F on the inside of the continuously running tubular woven fabric F is provided with a pair of electromagnets from the outside. Because the frame member is attracted or floated by adjusting the magnetic force of both electromagnets while being supported by magnetic force, and these are performed in a non-contact manner, the quality of the fabric is degraded due to the thread generated at the frame member and its support part. Can be suppressed to a minimum, and a spreading device that is not restricted by the material or the tissue can be obtained.
As a result, since there is no thread between the spreading device and the tubular knitted fabric, a high-quality tubular woven fabric can be obtained.
