Description
【0001】

In the step structure of Patent Document 1, the primary grounding angle can be detected when the grounding
On the other hand, it is known to equip a body frame with a U-shaped or L-shaped pipe, called an engine guard or a leg guard in a motorcycle.
[0010]
As a countermeasure against the secondary contact angle, a method is conceivable in which a guard member is attached to the vehicle body frame in the same manner as the above-described U-shaped or L-shaped pipe, and the secondary contact angle is regulated by this guard member. However, since this type of guard member protrudes from the vehicle body to the left and right, it does not look good. In addition, since a guard member must be prepared and attached separately, the number of parts increases and the cost increases.
[0011]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a step structure capable of detecting both the primary grounding angle and the secondary grounding angle on the condition that the structure is relatively simple and the cost increase can be suppressed. .
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, claim 1 is a motorcycle in which an occupant step is arranged between a front wheel and a rear wheel, and the occupant step is attached to a step holder provided on the body frame side so as to be bent upward. A bank sensor is provided at the tip of the step to detect that the tip is in contact with the road surface in an unfolded state, and when the occupant step is bent and the bending angle reaches a predetermined value, further folding is performed. A stopper that restricts the bending is provided on the step holder, and when the occupant step is bent between the step holder and the occupant step, the occupant step first contacts, and then the bending angle increases in the contact state. the cushioning material that is to be crushed with the provided passenger step, especially that lead to the stopper while crushing the cushion material To.
[0013]
The primary contact angle is detected by a bank sensor provided at the tip of the passenger step. Further, by restricting the bending of the occupant step beyond that with a stopper provided on the step bracket, the occupant can recognize that the secondary contact angle has been reached.
[0014]
According to a first aspect of the present invention, a bank sensor that detects primary grounding and a stopper that detects secondary grounding are both incorporated in a step structure.
As a result, it is possible to provide a simple structure similar to the existing step structure that can detect both the primary contact angle and the secondary contact angle without complicating the structure so much.
[0015]
Generally, when a guard member for detecting a secondary contact angle is extended from the left and right sides of the vehicle body, the appearance is remarkably deteriorated.
On the other hand, according to the first aspect, both the bank sensor and the stopper are collectively incorporated in the step structure. As a result, since the step structure of the present invention does not require a separate guard member, the appearance can be kept good.
[0016]
In addition , when the occupant step is bent between the step holder and the occupant step , the occupant step first comes into contact, and then in the contacted state, the cushion is crushed as the bending angle increases. Material was provided .
By providing such a cushioning material, the occupant step gently hits the stopper, and as a result, the occupant can be made to recognize gently that the secondary contact has been reached.

【The invention's effect】
The present invention exhibits the following effects by the above configuration.
According to claim 1, since the bank sensor for detecting the primary ground and the stopper for detecting the secondary ground are incorporated together in the step structure, the step structure is not complicated so much as the existing step structure, A simple structure can be provided.
[0031]
Generally, when a guard member for detecting a secondary contact angle is extended from the left and right sides of the vehicle body, the appearance is remarkably deteriorated. On the other hand, according to the first aspect, both the bank sensor and the stopper are collectively incorporated in the step structure. As a result, the step structure of the present invention can be as simple as an existing step structure, and it is not necessary to provide a guard member separately, so that the appearance can be kept good.
[0032]
In addition , when the occupant step is bent between the step holder and the occupant step , the occupant step first comes into contact, and then in the contacted state, the cushion is crushed as the bending angle increases. Material was provided . By providing such a cushioning material, the occupant step gently hits the stopper, and as a result, the occupant can be made to recognize gently that the secondary contact has been reached.
