Description
図1はこの発明の実施の形態1における回路遮断器の正面図であり、(a)は全体を、(b)は特性設定部の拡大図を、それぞれ示す。また、図2は、図1における回路遮断器のブロック回路図、図3は、図2のうち、特性設定部の一部の詳細回路図である。
a.2倍(よって、800A)では長限時動作時間設定つまみ101cより150秒
後に、
b.(短限時電流設定つまみ101dより)10倍(よって4000A)では短限時
動作時間設定つまみ101eより0.3秒後に、
c.(瞬時引き外し電流設定つまみ101fより)16倍(よって6400A)では
0.03秒後に
それぞれ回路遮断器1はトリップされることになる。なお、これら各つまみ101c、101d、101eおよび101fが動作時限特性設定手段を構成しているとともに、101bは連続調整式となる第2の定格電流設定手段、101gは負荷電流の上昇傾向を定格電流以下(70〜100%)で監視および警報を出力させるプレアラーム電流設定つまみである。また、14は手動によって電路接点13を投入および開放させる周知の操作ハンドル、15は前述したトリップを模擬的に起こさせ、図示しない回路遮断器1に内蔵された警報接点の切り換わりを確認(いわゆるシーケンスチェック)するための、やはり周知のトリップボタンである。
実施の形態1では、例えば、使用者が「ステップ調整式」を好み、かつ、最大値に設定したいとき、第2の定格電流設定手段101bも正しく最大値(1.0)に設定させたつもりであっても、例えば、つまみのわずかな回動によって、定格電流値を記憶部103bが誤って認識してしまう(例:400A×0.98=392A)可能性が考えられる。この点を改善したものを実施の形態2として説明する。なお、図4はこの発明の実施の形態2における、V12の入出力特性を示すグラフ、図5は図4の入出力特性を具現化するための回路図である。

Claims (4)
- 電路に流れる負荷電流を検出、およびアナログ/ディジタル変換してディジタル信号にする電流検出変換手段と、上記電流検出変換手段により検出・変換された電流値から電流実効値を演算する電流実効値演算手段と、該回路遮断器の定格電流に対応し、上記負荷電流の大きさに応じた複数の動作時限特性を記憶保持する時限回路と、上記定格電流および動作時限特性が設定できる定格電流設定手段および動作時限特性設定手段と、上記負荷電流が上記動作時限特性のいずれかの動作レベルにある状態が所定の時間継続したとき、該回路遮断器を遮断動作させる信号を出力する遮断動作出力手段とを備えた回路遮断器において、
上記定格電流設定手段は第1の定格電流設定手段および第2の定格電流設定手段よりなり、上記第1の定格電流設定手段によって、該回路遮断器の定格電流が最大値に設定されているときのみ、上記第2の定格電流設定手段によって設定された設定値に上記時限回路が対応することを特徴とする回路遮断器。 - 上記第2の定格電流設定手段によって設定された設定値が最大値近辺のとき、上記時限回路に該回路遮断器の定格電流が最大値であると認識させる機能を持たせたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回路遮断器。
- 上記機能が、上記電流実効値演算手段や時限回路などを構成するCPUの外部に配設された電子部品によって得られていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の回路遮断器。
- 上記機能が、上記電流実効値演算手段や時限回路などを構成するCPUに内蔵されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の回路遮断器。
