Description

【0001】

FIG. 4 is a diagram showing the flow of processing when a product is delivered from a sender A who is an exhibitor to a recipient B who is a successful bidder. As shown in the figure, the sender A brings the product to a delivery reception office such as a convenience store or a delivery company's distribution center, and fills in a delivery request form to request delivery of the product (S100). This delivery request form includes an auction ID entry field, and the person in charge at the delivery reception desk inputs the auction ID described in the delivery request form to the delivery acceptance computer 12 (S102). In response to this, the delivery acceptance computer 12 transmits an inquiry signal including the inputted auction ID to the delivery mediation server 20 of the server system 10 (S104).
[0020]
The delivery mediation server 20 that has received the inquiry signal refers to the successful bid information database 24, and the successful bid information associated with the auction ID included in the inquiry signal, that is, the user ID of the seller (that is, the sender A). Then, the user ID of the successful bidder (that is, the recipient B), the settlement amount, the settlement means, and the postage burden flag are read (S106). Further, referring to the user database 22, the address name, telephone number, and settlement account information associated with the payee's user ID are read (S108). A payment request signal is sent to the institution indicating that the payment amount should be deducted from the recipient account and transferred to a predetermined brokerage account owned by the operator of the server system 10 (S110). Then, after receiving a signal indicating that it can be withdrawn from the financial institution, the delivery mediation server 20 generates a package number unique to the product and records it in association with the corresponding successful bid information (S112). Next, the delivery information including the address / name / phone number of the recipient, the postage burden flag, and the package number is transmitted to the delivery acceptance computer 12 (S114). As described above, when the settlement means is an account transfer, after confirming that the settlement amount can be withdrawn from the recipient account, the payment is made by transmitting the delivery information to the delivery reception computer 12. It is possible to prevent the product from being sent to a recipient who has no resources. If the settlement means is other than bank transfer, the package number is immediately recorded in S112, and in S114, the settlement means is included in the delivery information and transmitted to the delivery acceptance computer 12.
[0021]
The delivery acceptance computer 12 that has received the delivery information calculates a delivery fee by referring to the fee table based on the address of the recipient and the weight and size of the product separately measured and input (S116). Then, the calculation result is output on the screen together with the contents of the postage burden flag. The person in charge at the delivery reception desk collects the calculated delivery fee from the delivery person when the delivery cost is paid by the sender due to the shipping cost burden flag. Then, the delivery acceptance computer 12 performs a slip issuing operation, and in response to this, the delivery acceptance computer 12 prints out the delivery slip (S118). At that time, if the postage is a payer due to the postage burden flag, a delivery slip for the postage payer is printed out.
[0022]
FIG. 5 shows an example of a delivery slip. As shown in the figure, the address, name, phone number and package number of the recipient are displayed on the delivery slip, but the address, name and phone number of the sender are not displayed. Such a delivery slip is affixed to the product and delivered to the recipient B by the carrier (S120). It should be noted that the delivery slip is printed out and attached to the product in a state where it is not visible to the sender A, such as after the sender A returns from the delivery reception office.
[0023]
Recipient B (or delivery company in charge of delivery) who received the product accesses the delivery mediation server 20 and inputs that the product has been received (or that delivery has been completed) (S122). In response to this, when the settlement means is account transfer, the delivery mediation server 20 requests the financial institution having the mediation account to transfer the settlement price from the mediation account to the sender account. A signal is transmitted (S124).
[0024]
In the unlikely event that the item cannot be delivered to the recipient due to the move of the recipient, the item is returned to the delivery center of the delivery company. At the delivery center, the delivery reception computer 12 inquires the delivery mediation server 20 of the address and name of the recipient based on the package number described in the delivery slip. In response to this, the delivery intermediary server 20 refers to the successful bid information database 24 and the user database 22, reads the address / name of the recipient corresponding to the inquired package number, and outputs a response signal including them. It is transmitted to the delivery acceptance computer 12. The delivery acceptance computer 12 prints a delivery slip anew based on the response signal, and replaces the product delivery slip with the newly printed delivery slip and delivers it again.
[0025]
As described above, according to the present embodiment, since the name and address of the sender are not described in the delivery slip attached to the product, the sender does not know his / her name and address. The goods can be delivered. Further, since the shipper can ship the product to the recipient only by specifying the recipient's user ID, it is not necessary to inform the sender of personal information such as the address and name of the recipient. Thus, according to the present embodiment, it is possible for the shipper and the recipient of the product to ship the product from the sender to the recipient without knowing the name and address of the other party. Thus, it is possible to prevent an incident or accident from occurring due to leakage of personal information between the sender and the recipient.
[0026]
In the above embodiment, the delivery fee is collected directly from the sender at the delivery reception office (when the sender pays) or is delivered by the payee (when the recipient pays). It is also possible for the delivery mediation server 20 to collect. That is, if the delivery fee is borne by the recipient, the delivery brokerage server 20 inquires the delivery acceptance computer 12 about the delivery fee, and the amount of payment plus the delivery fee is taken as the amount deducted from the recipient account. Is the sender's burden, the amount obtained by subtracting the delivery fee from the settlement amount is used as the transfer amount to the sender's account.
[0027]
Further, in the above embodiment, after transferring the settlement fee from the recipient account to the brokerage account, the settlement fee is further transferred from the brokerage account to the sender account (that is, the settlement fee is indirectly transferred from the recipient account to the sender account). However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the payment may be made directly from the recipient account to the sender account.
[0028]
Further, in the above embodiment, the case where the successful bid goods of the online auction are delivered from the exhibitor to the successful bidder has been described as an example. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and as will be described below, Widely applicable for delivery.
[0029]
FIG. 6 shows a processing flow in an embodiment in which, for example, a sender A who is a registered user delivers goods to a recipient B who is also a registered user. In FIG. 6, the same processes as those in FIG. 4 are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof is omitted or simplified. In this embodiment, a delivery information database 30 is provided instead of the successful bid information database 24.
[0030]
As shown in FIG. 6, the sender A accesses the delivery mediation server 20 from the user computer 16 in advance, and sends his own user ID, the user ID of the recipient B, and the amount charged to the recipient B to the delivery schedule information. (S200). Upon receiving registration of the delivery schedule information, the delivery mediation server 20 issues a delivery schedule ID to the sender A (S202) and stores the delivery schedule information in the delivery information database 30 in association with the delivery schedule ID. (S203). Upon receiving the delivery schedule ID, the sender A brings the delivery product to the delivery reception office and makes a delivery request indicating the delivery schedule ID (S204). Thereafter, similarly to the above embodiment, the delivery schedule ID is input to the delivery acceptance computer 12 (S206), and the delivery acceptance computer 12 transmits an inquiry signal including the delivery schedule ID to the delivery mediation server 20 (S208). . The delivery intermediary server 20 reads the delivery schedule information corresponding to the delivery schedule ID from the delivery information database 30 (S209), and further, from the user database 22, the address of the recipient, the sender, the settlement means, and the settlement account of the recipient. Information is read (S108). If the settlement means is an account transfer, a transfer request from the recipient account to the broker account is made (S110), and delivery information including the address name of the recipient B is notified to the delivery reception computer 12. (S114) Based on this delivery information, the delivery acceptance computer 12 prints a delivery slip (S118).
[0031]
As described above, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 6, the sender makes a successful bid for the auction by registering the delivery schedule information including the user IDs of the sender and the recipient and the billing amount in advance in the delivery mediation server 20. Shipments other than products can also be performed.
[0032]
In each of the above embodiments, the delivery broker server 20 registers the user IDs of the sender and the recipient in association with the auction ID or the scheduled delivery ID, and the delivery reception computer 12 inputs the auction ID or the delivery ID. In response to the auction ID or delivery ID, the delivery intermediary server 20 is inquired about the address and name of the recipient. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, when the sender A makes a delivery request, the user ID and the recipient user ID are presented, and the delivery reception computer 12 receives the recipient ID based on the recipient user ID. The delivery intermediary server 20 may be inquired about the person's address and name.
[0033]
Further, in each of the above embodiments, the case of delivering a product between individuals has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and can also be applied to the case of delivering a product from a seller to a purchaser of the product. For example, when a product sold at an online store on the network is delivered, the purchaser (that is, the recipient) of the product notifies only the user ID of the user to the electronic store side. The online store makes a delivery request for the merchandise by presenting the user ID of the recipient to the carrier. In the same manner as in the above embodiment, the delivery company that has accepted the delivery request creates a delivery slip by inquiring the address and name of the recipient from the computer to the delivery mediation server 20 based on the user ID, and pastes it on the product. to deliver. In this way, the purchaser of the product can purchase the product without the seller knowing personal information such as his / her name and address.
[0034]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, it is possible for the shipper and receiver of an article to deliver the article from the sender to the receiver without knowing their respective address names.
