Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a warm air heater for heating the inside of a facility horticulture house (hereinafter simply abbreviated as a house) for cultivating crops with warm air. It is related with the warm air heater which sent out the inside of a house.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Normally, in this type of hot air heater, the temperature in the house is maintained at the set temperature (management temperature) by turning on / off the burner in the heat exchange section based on information from a temperature sensor installed in the house. It is structured.
That is, as shown in the operation state diagram for explaining the temperature transition in the heat exchange section of FIG.
(1) When a heating-on command is issued, or when the temperature in the house is lower than the set temperature, combustion of the burner in the heat exchanging section is started. (2) Steady operation (with burner combustion and blower) at the set temperature Operation in which the temperature balance is in equilibrium is maintained. Then, when (3) the heating off command is issued or the temperature in the house becomes higher than the set temperature, the combustion of the burner is stopped immediately and (4) the heat exchanger is cooled from the blower. Therefore, the air blowing is continued for a predetermined time (time indicated by S in FIG. 3 = normally about 6 minutes). (5) After the predetermined time has elapsed, the blower is stopped, and the heat exchanging portion becomes a room temperature that is the same as the temperature in the house. By repeating such operation, the temperature inside the house is maintained at the set temperature.
[0003]
However, this type of hot air heater is designed based on a heavy load (during the operation shown by the solid line (A) in FIG. 3), so that it is used in a small house with a small load. When the load is relatively small (such as the operation indicated by the broken line (B) in FIG. 3) such as in early spring or autumn, the cooling time of the heat exchange unit can be shortened compared with the case where the load is large. The air blow (cold wind operation) time will be longer, and therefore, the crop near the blower vent of the blower will be damaged by growth, or special arrangements will be required for the arrangement of the blow vent to avoid the growth hindrance. There was.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of such conventional problems, and after stopping the burner combustion, there is no possibility that the temperature of the air blown from the blower becomes lower than the set temperature regardless of the size of the house load. It is intended to provide hot air heaters for facilities gardening houses.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A hot air heater for a facility horticulture house according to the first invention of the present invention that achieves such an object is a hot air heater that includes a heat exchanging unit and sends out hot air into the house by a blower. After continuing the air blowing operation in the blower for a predetermined time even after stopping the burner of the heat exchanging unit based on the above, when the air blowing temperature of the blower is lower than the set temperature, This is characterized in that the blowing operation in the blower is stopped.
Further, the hot air heater for a horticultural house according to the second aspect of the present invention continues the air blowing operation in the air blower for a predetermined time after stopping the burner of the heat exchanging unit based on the heating off command. When the blast temperature is lower than the set temperature, the blast volume in the blower is gradually reduced regardless of the set time.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, specific preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the flowcharts shown in the drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the embodiments.
Moreover, although it did not show in particular about specific structures, such as a burner and an air blower in the heat exchange part which comprises this warm air heater, since it is the same as that of a conventional product fundamentally, the description is abbreviate | omitted. In addition, components such as a burner and a blower that are turned on and off depending on time and temperature are controlled by a sequence control using a relay, or controlled by a computer, as in the conventional product.
[0007]
If heating is turned on or the temperature in the house is lower than the set temperature, the temperature sensor installed in the house issues a burner combustion and blower operation command in the heat exchange section, and combustion of the burner is started. At the same time, the blower starts operation, and the temperature in the heat exchange section rises from (1) to (2) as shown in FIG.
Steady operation at the set temperature (operation in which the temperature balance between the burner combustion and the blower is in an equilibrium state) is maintained until a heating-off command is issued.
Then, when a heating off command is issued or the temperature in the house becomes higher than the set temperature, combustion of the burner is immediately stopped, and the temperature of the heat exchanging section is changed from (3) to (4) in FIG. And start to descend.
[0008]
At this time, in order to forcibly cool the heat exchanging section, as shown in the cooling flowchart of the heat exchanging section shown in FIG. 1, after the burner combustion in the heat exchanging section is stopped in step 1, the blowing operation in the blower is predetermined. The temperature (time indicated by “S” in FIG. 3, usually about 5 to 10 minutes) is continued (step 2), and the air temperature discharged from the air blower is provided at the air outlet of the hot air heater for the facility horticulture house It detects with a sensor and compares the ventilation temperature T with the ventilation setting temperature t, and prevents it from overcooling.
[0009]
That is, in step 3, the air blowing time of the blower is compared with the air blowing set time S. When the air blowing time of the air blower has passed the air blowing set time S, the flow proceeds to step 4 to immediately stop the air blowing operation of the air blower. The cooling operation of the exchange unit is stopped (step 5). Moreover, when the ventilation time of the air blower has not passed the setting time S, it transfers to step 6 and compares the air supply temperature T discharged from an air blower with the air supply preset temperature t. As a result, when the blowing temperature T is higher than the blowing setting temperature t, the process returns to Step 3, and when the blowing temperature T is lower than the blowing setting temperature t, the process proceeds to Step 7 and the setting time S of the blowing operation is set. Regardless of the condition, the air blowing operation of the blower is immediately stopped and the cooling operation of the heat exchange unit is stopped.
Such an on / off operation of the blower is repeated for a set time S (see FIG. 2).
[0010]
In the above description (first invention), the blower operation by the blower is controlled to be turned on / off. However, when the blower air temperature of the blower is lower than the set temperature, the blower set time is not concerned. You may make it reduce the ventilation volume in an air blower gradually (2nd invention).
[0011]
【The invention's effect】
The hot air heater for a horticultural horticultural house according to the present invention is thus provided with a heat exchanging unit, and the hot air heater is configured to send out hot air into the house by a blower. Whether the blower operation in the blower is continued for a predetermined time after the burner is stopped, and if the blower temperature of the blower is lower than the set temperature, the blower operation in the blower is stopped regardless of the set time. Alternatively, since the blast volume is gradually reduced, there is no possibility that the blast temperature from the blower becomes lower than the set temperature after the combustion of the burner is stopped. This can be maintained regardless of the size of the house load. Therefore, a crop failure in the portion near the blower vent of the blower may cause a growth failure or a special arrangement of the blower vent to avoid the growth failure. No need for ingenuity.
