Description
【0001】
また、駆動輪31L、31Rの空転を避けるため駆動輪31L、31Rのスリップ率が所定値(例えば0.1)を越えないようにエンジン35のトルクを制限するとともに、本制限によりカットされる駆動トルク値Tover(運転者が要求する駆動トルクから実際に発生できる駆動トルクを差し引いた値であり、制限がかかっていないときには0、かかっているときには正の値)を算出する。
【0019】
【0031】
Tdrv=MAP_TD(Vsp,Aps)+MAP_BRK(Vsp,BRK) …(1)
【0037】
(2)については、S511における表引きTBL_VSPUL(Ta)をTBL_VSPUL(Ta/RTO)に置き換えればよい。
(state=1のとき)
(state=6のとき)
(state=4のとき)
(state=2のとき)
(state=3のとき)
(state=5のとき)
【0048】
TL=Kp*(Rout−RLin)+∫Ki*(Rout−RLin)dt…(2)
【0065】
tmp1=TBL_LMT(Vsp) …(3)
【0066】
tmp=max(tmp,tmp1+abs(tmp2)) …(4)
【0068】
TR=tmp+tmp2 …(5)
【0069】
TL=tmp−tmp2 …(6)
【0070】
Tbr=min(tmp,0) …(7)
【0073】
TL=Kp*(Rout)+∫Ki*(Rout)dt …(8)
(state=1のとき)
(state=6のとき)
(state=4のとき)
(state=8のとき)
(state=2のとき)
(state=7のとき)
(state=3のとき)
(state=5のとき)
【0117】
tmp1=TBL_LMT(Vsp) …(9)
【0118】
tmp=max(tmp,tmp1) …(10)
【0120】
TC=tmp …(11)
【0121】
Tbr=min(tmp,0) …(12)
【0124】
TC=Kp*(Rout−Rin)+∫Ki*(Rout−Rin)dt …(13)
【0126】
TC=Kp*(Rout+Rin)+∫Ki*(Rout+Rin)dt …(14)

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an apparatus for driving left and right wheels of a vehicle by an electric motor.
[0002]
[Prior art]
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-9-79348 (page 3-5, FIG. 2)
In this left and right drive device, when the rotation of the intermediate shaft is restrained by the brake means, each planetary gear mechanism functions as a simple speed reducer. In this state, when the two small electric motors are rotationally driven in the same direction, torque in the forward or reverse direction is transmitted to the left and right driven wheels, and the start of the vehicle can be assisted. Further, when the two small electric motors are rotationally driven in opposite directions while allowing the rotation of the intermediate shaft, torques in opposite directions are transmitted to the left and right driven wheels, and the vehicle can be assisted in turning.
[0004]
The start assist and the turn assist as described above can be achieved by directly connecting the electric motor to the left and right driven wheels of the vehicle. In this case, the rotational speed of the electric motor increases as the vehicle speed increases. Effective turn assist cannot be performed. This problem occurs due to the torque characteristics of the electric motor (a constant maximum torque is obtained in the low speed range, and the maximum torque decreases in inverse proportion to the rotational speed in the medium and high speed ranges). If the rotation of the intermediate shaft is allowed, the motor rotation speed becomes independent of the wheel rotation speed, and the motor torque can be transmitted to the wheel by rotating the two small electric motors in opposite directions. Therefore, when performing the turn assist, it is possible to use the high torque rotation region (low speed region) of the electric motor regardless of the vehicle speed, and sufficient turn assist can be performed even if a small electric motor is used.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the configuration disclosed in
[0006]
Therefore, in view of such a problem, an object of the present invention is to realize the vehicle behavior that is always requested by the driver regardless of the road surface condition.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The vehicle drive device of the present invention includes a wheel drive mechanism A that has a drive source and can drive the vehicle, and at least one electric motor, and generates a torque on the left and right wheels to drive and regeneratively brake the vehicle. 1 and a left and right wheel drive mechanism which is used by mechanically switching between two states of generating a torque of the same magnitude in opposite directions on the right wheel and the left wheel and assisting turning of the vehicle according to the vehicle speed. The engine controller also estimates the road surface friction coefficient (the estimated value μe of the road surface friction coefficient). A method for estimating the road surface friction coefficient is disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 5-85339. In Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 5-85339, when a vehicle turns by operating a steering wheel, lateral acceleration detected based on the rotational speed of the driven inner and outer wheels is generated from the change in the steering angle detected by the steering angle sensor. There is disclosed a method for obtaining a delay time until the vehicle is started and detecting a road surface friction coefficient based on the delay time. As another example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 5-238404 also discloses a method of detecting a road surface reaction force with respect to steering of a steering wheel and estimating a road surface friction coefficient according to the amount of twist and the steering angle of the steering wheel. Has been. In addition, as a method that does not use a steering system signal, many methods such as JP-A-2002-178903, which is estimated from wheel speed vibration, are disclosed, and any of these methods is also used in the present embodiment. Since it may be applied, the description is omitted. The Tor calculated by the engine controller, the front wheel vehicle driving torque tTd requested by the driver and the estimated value μe of the road surface friction coefficient are transmitted to the

[0026]
First, a method for determining whether flag_b is 1 will be described with reference to the flowchart of FIG.
[0027]
In S501, it is determined whether or not the range signal is D. If it is D, the process proceeds to S510. If it is not D, the process proceeds to S502, flag_b is set to 1, and this routine ends.
[0028]
In S510, the maximum road surface reaction torque (maximum adhesion torque) Ta is calculated. The maximum road surface reaction torque Ta is a maximum torque that can be applied to the
[0029]
In S511, an upper limit value Vsp_UL of the vehicle speed at which Ta can be output by the motor in
[0030]
In S512, flag_b is set based on Vsp_UL calculated in S511 and the braking / driving torque command value Tdrv for the rear wheels. First, the braking / driving torque command value Tdrv for the rear wheel shaft is calculated as in the following equation (1).
[0031]
[Expression 1]
Tdrv = MAP_TD (Vsp, Aps) + MAP_BRK (Vsp, BRK) (1)
Here, the map MAP_TD is data stored in the ROM in advance in association with the vehicle speed Vsp and the accelerator depression amount Aps, and has the characteristics of FIG. 10, for example. The larger the accelerator depressing amount Aps is, the larger the value is set so that the greater the accelerator depressing amount, the greater the driving force by the
[0032]
Then, as shown in FIG. 12, flag_b = 0 is set when the vehicle speed is equal to or higher than Vsp_UL and Tdrv> = 0, and flag_b = 1 is set otherwise.
[0033]
From S510 to S512, flag_b is calculated as follows.
[0034]
As for the Vsp_UL value, the maximum torque of the clutch motor (the maximum torque that the

[0036]
Regarding (1), RTO is stored in advance in the ROM as a table as a characteristic with respect to the temperature TMPm and can be calculated by referring to the table. An example of the table is shown in FIG. The characteristic is 1 up to a certain temperature and decreases to 0 with increasing temperature. When the state of the drive circuit of the clutch motor is also taken into consideration, RTO is similarly calculated for the temperature TMPd of the drive circuit, and any smaller value may be used as the RTO value.
[0037]
For (2), the table lookup TBL_VSPUL (Ta) in S511 may be replaced with TBL_VSPUL (Ta / RTO). The higher the temperature TMPp or TMPd, the smaller the RTO, so the Vsp_UL becomes smaller, and the

[0039]
In S514, the engine front wheel required drive torque tTd and tTd_max are compared. If tTd is larger, it is determined that there is a high possibility that the front wheels will idle, and flag_b = 1 is set in S502 to end the routine in order to shift to
[0040]
In S515, the slip condition of the front wheel is determined from the Tober value. When Tover> 0, that is, the slip ratio is equal to or greater than a predetermined value, the flag_b = 1 is set in S502 and the routine is executed in order to compensate for the Over amount with the rear wheel. finish.

The above flag_b update program may be arbitrarily selected, and flag_b may be updated by combining them.

Flag_b is calculated by the above procedure. However, if the result of the “prohibition of transition to

[0045]
First, in S601, it is determined whether the travel range (Rng) is the D range (forward travel range) or whether the state value is 5 or 6. If it is not the D range, that is, if it is any of the P range (parking range), the R range (reverse running range), or the N range (neutral range), the process proceeds to S602. In S602, TR = 0, TL = In 0, S613, the pressure reduction command value Tbr = 0 for the friction brake oil pressure is set to 0, and this routine ends. The same applies when the value of state is 5 or 6. In this case, both the
[0046]
In S610, if the state state is 2, the process proceeds to S611, and if it is any other state, the process proceeds to S620.
[0047]
When the routine proceeds to S611, the command torque TL to the
[0048]
[Expression 2]
TL = Kp * (Rout−RLin) + ∫Ki * (Rout−RLin) dt (2)
Here, ∫Ki * (Rout−RLin) dt in the equation (2) is a time integral term, and Kp (proportional gain) and Ki (integral gain) have a desired regulation characteristic in advance by the feedback system. It is a positive fixed value that is determined as follows. Rout and RLin are assumed to be positive in the direction of rotation of the

By doing so, feedback control is performed so that the rotation speed Rout of the outer rotor matches the rotation speed RLin of the left inner rotor.

This determination result is used in step S402 of the flowchart shown in FIG. This determination result is used when the next scheduled interrupt routine is executed.
[0055]
In S613, the pressure reduction command value Tbr for the hydraulic pressure of the friction brake is set to 0, and this routine is terminated.
[0056]
If it is determined No in S610, the process proceeds to S620.
[0057]
In S620, if the state state is 1, the process proceeds to S621, and if it is any other state, the process proceeds to S630.
[0058]
In S621, the basic value tmp of the command torque value for the vehicle braking / driving is obtained as a value obtained by adding the top received from the engine controller to the sum of the map MAP_TD and map MAP_BRK. In this way, when the driving torque required by the driver cannot be realized by the front wheels alone due to insufficient adhesion torque of the front wheels, it is possible to compensate for the lack of the rear wheels. As described above, the map MAP_TD has the characteristics shown in FIG. 10, for example, and the map MAP_BRK has the characteristics shown in FIG.
[0059]
In S622, it is determined whether or not the battery SOC value Bat is equal to or less than a preset SOC allowable lower limit value BAT_L (for example, 40%). If BAT_L or less, the process proceeds to S623, and if not less than BAT_L, the process proceeds to S624.

In S623, the smaller of tmp and 0 is substituted as a new tmp value as the basic value tmp of the command torque value. As described above, when it is determined in S622 that the storage amount of the

[0064]
In S627, the braking / driving torque tmp is limited within a range in which the left-right torque difference of tmp2 can be realized when tmp is a negative value (regenerative braking request). That is, the value of tmp is limited by the following equation so that the torque value obtained by subtracting the absolute value of tmp2 from tmp is larger than the command torque TL and the minimum value tmp1.
[0065]
[Equation 3]
tmp1 = TBL_LMT (Vsp) (3)
[0066]
[Expression 4]
tmp = max (tmp, tmp1 + abs (tmp2)) (4)
Here, the minimum values (negative values) tmp1 of the command torques TL and TR are previously stored in the ROM as the vehicle speed table value TBL_LMT as shown in FIG. In the

In S628, the command torque TL to the

[0070]
[Expression 7]
Tbr = min (tmp, 0) (7)
If it is determined in S620 that the state state is not 1, the process proceeds to S630.
[0071]
In S630, if the state state is 3, the process proceeds to S631, and if the other state (that is, the state state = 4), the process proceeds to S632.

Here, ∫Ki * (Rout) dt in the equation (8) is a time integral term, and Kp (proportional gain) and Ki (integral gain) are set so that the feedback system has desired regulation characteristics in advance. It is a positive fixed value that has been determined. Also, Rout is assumed to be positive for the direction of rotation of RLin when the vehicle is moving forward. By doing so, feedback control is performed so that the rotation speed Rout of the outer rotor becomes zero.

First, in S1401, it is determined whether the travel range (Rng) is the D range (forward travel range) or the value of state is 5 or more. If it is not the D range, that is, if it is any of the P range (parking range), R range (reverse running range), or N range (neutral range), the process proceeds to S1402, and in S1402, TC = 0 and S1413 are set. In S1426, the braking / driving torque tmp is limited when tmp is a negative value (regenerative braking request). Here, ∫Ki * (Rout−Rin) dt in this equation (13) is a time integral term, and Kp (proportional gain) and Ki (integral gain) have a desired regulation characteristic in advance by the feedback system. It is a positive fixed value that is determined as follows. Rout and Rin are assumed to be positive in the direction of rotation of Rout and Rin when the vehicle is moving forward with the
