Description
前記スクリュー軸は、前記中心孔と同心な基軸と、該基軸の外周で前端側に向かって2重螺旋状に2列でのびる2つのスクリュー羽根とを有し、
かつ一方のスクリュー羽根は、1本の螺旋軌跡上に配される複数のスクリュー羽根片と、このスクリュー羽根片間の間隙部からなる途切れ部とから構成されるとともに、
前記途切れ部に、前記他方のスクリュー羽根と平行にのびる複数列の副スクリュー羽根片を設けることにより、
他方のスクリュー羽根間の巾領域Gにおいて、両側の該他方のスクリュー羽根と、その中央に配される前記一方のスクリュー羽根のスクリュー羽根片との間で形成される2条の主スクリュー溝、及び両側のスクリュー羽根と、前記複数列(n列)の副スクリュー羽根片との間のn+1条の副スクリュー溝を形成したことを特徴としている。
又請求項3の発明では、前記副スクリュー羽根片は、2列で配されることを特徴としている。
又請求項4の発明では、前記シリンダは、前記中心孔に複数の混合ピンが突設されるとともに、前記各スクリュー羽根は、前記混合ピンが通過するスリットが形成されることを特徴としている。
又請求項5の発明では、前記一方のスクリュー羽根は、この一方のスクリュー羽根と前記副スクリュー羽根片との間に、前記スリットが形成されることを特徴としている。
又請求項6の発明では、前記2つのスクリュー羽根は、螺旋のリードLが前記スクリュー軸の直径Dの1.0〜1.4倍、かつ一定としたことを特徴としている。
又請求項4の発明では、
上記ゴム材料と薬品とを混練し、押出された混練体を長さ方向に60区分した各位置からサンプルを採取し、各サンプルの物性、具体的にはJIS K6300に準拠して、キュラストメーターを用いて測定した200℃におけるMaxトルク値を測定し、そのばらつき(標準偏差σ)を比較した。標準偏差σが小なほどばらつきが少なく均一性が高い。なお測定は2回のロットで行った。

Claims (6)
- 後端側に投入口を有しかつ前端側に押出口を有するとともに中心孔を具えるシリンダと、該中心孔内に回転可能に配され前記投入口から投入されるゴム材料を混練りしながら前記押出口から押し出すスクリュー軸とを具えるゴム押出機であって、
前記スクリュー軸は、前記中心孔と同心な基軸と、該基軸の外周で前端側に向かって2重螺旋状に2列でのびる2つのスクリュー羽根とを有し、
かつ一方のスクリュー羽根は、1本の螺旋軌跡上に配される複数のスクリュー羽根片と、このスクリュー羽根片間の間隙部からなる途切れ部とから構成されるとともに、
前記途切れ部に、前記他方のスクリュー羽根と平行にのびる複数列の副スクリュー羽根片を設けることにより、
他方のスクリュー羽根間の巾領域Gにおいて、両側の該他方のスクリュー羽根と、その中央に配される前記一方のスクリュー羽根のスクリュー羽根片との間で形成される2条の主スクリュー溝、及び両側のスクリュー羽根と、前記複数列(n列)の副スクリュー羽根片との間のn+1条の副スクリュー溝を形成したことを特徴とするゴム押出機。 - 前記副スクリュー羽根片は、偶数列で配されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のゴム押出機。
- 前記副スクリュー羽根片は、2列で配されることを特徴とする請求項2記載のゴム押出機。
- 前記シリンダは、前記中心孔に複数の混合ピンが突設されるとともに、前記各スクリュー羽根は、前記混合ピンが通過するスリットが形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れかに記載のゴム押出機。
- 前記一方のスクリュー羽根は、前記スリットが、該一方のスクリュー羽根の前記スクリュー羽根片の先端と、前記副スクリュー羽根片の先端との間に設けた間隙により構成されることを特徴とするゴム押出機。
- 前記2つのスクリュー羽根は、螺旋のリードLが前記スクリュー軸の直径Dの1.0〜1.4倍、かつ一定としたことを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れかに記載のゴム押出機。
