Claims (3)
- 酸洗鋼管の外面に、P比(フォスフォフィライト/フォスフォフィライト+ポパイト)が0.3以上0.6未満のりん酸亜鉛皮膜を備え、かつその上に防錆性能を有する潤滑油を塗布するすることを特徴とする電着塗装性に優れるハイドロフォーム用表面処理鋼管。
- りん酸亜鉛皮膜の結晶粒の大きさが5〜20μmであり、かつ皮膜付着量が、2g/m2以上5g/m2以下の範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電着塗装性に優れるハイドロフォーム用表面処理鋼管
- 潤滑油の粘度が、40℃のときに10mm2/秒以上30mm2/秒未満であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の電着塗装性に優れるハイドロフォーム用表面処理鋼管。
