Description
【0001】
Sr=Srm−S0 ・・・・(1)

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a servo control system capable of correcting variations in a constant repetitive motion while using an electronic cam.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A conventional servo control system will be described in JP-A-8-30313. The servo control system disclosed in this publication is not limited to the stroke amount of a motor that performs a cam operation according to the rotation angle of the camshaft, but also the rotation speed of the camshaft, the motor speed according to the rotation speed, and torque (motor current). ) Is obtained by calculation, and correction by feedforward control is performed for the optimum value for cam operation in speed control and current control. By using such a servo control system as a control object that performs a certain periodic motion, the followability of the electronic cam to the position command table is improved.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, if the servo control system is applied to a control object whose constant repetition period may be slightly barrack, the control object is not a constant repetition. However, there was a problem that the motor could not be controlled.
[0004]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a servo control system capable of controlling a motor by using a cam control mechanism with respect to variations in a constant repetitive motion.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the present invention, it controls the driving of the motor for driving the second controlled object to be operated in synchronization with the first control object, a servo control system comprising a control unit having an electronic cam function, the control The means includes a phase command generating means for generating a phase command signal within one rotation of the electronic cam based on a first position detection signal from the first control object , and detecting a rotational position of the motor. Position detection means for generating a position detection signal of 2, a reference part detection means for generating a reference detection signal by detecting a reference part provided in the first control object, and when the reference detection signal is generated Conversion means for generating a phase detection signal in one rotation of the electronic cam based on the second position detection signal, and a reference phase generation means for generating a phase reference signal for detecting the reference portion The above Subtracting means for obtaining a phase deviation signal that is the difference between the phase reference signal and the phase detection signal, and first adding means for adding the phase command signal and the phase deviation signal to generate a first phase correction command signal And first electronic cam means for generating a first position command signal for the motor in response to the first phase correction command signal.
According to such a servo control system, the shift of the phase command signal can be corrected based on the detection of the reference portion without changing the periodic movement trajectory such as the electronic cam. Therefore, there is an effect that even if the control target is in a certain repetitive motion, and the repetitive motion varies, the motor control can be corrected in accordance with the control target variation.
