CH4+H2O=CO+3H2
CH4CO2=2CO2+2H2

There is technology for using hydrogen gas.
[0003]
Examples of the hydrogen gas utilization technology include a fuel cell power plant and a hydrogen combustion power plant.
[0004]
The former is a method in which hydrogen-rich fuel reformed gas reformed from hydrocarbon-based hydrogen and oxygen are electrochemically reacted to directly generate electric energy. For example, there are many such as JP-A-2001-85040. The invention is disclosed.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Incidentally, it has been proposed that hydrogen gas supplied as fuel to a fuel cell power plant or a hydrogen combustion power plant is produced by electrolysis of water.
[0010]
In this hydrogen production by electrolysis of water, as shown in FIG. 5, an
[0011]
In hydrogen production by electrolysis of water, most of the necessary cost is electric power.
[0012]
In current nuclear power plants and thermal power plants, only about 50% of the fission energy exchanged for heat and fuel energy such as oil and natural gas is converted into electric power. In particular, in the case of a nuclear power plant, the heat utilization efficiency is about 30%.
[0013]
For this reason, hydrogen production by electrolysis of water has problems such as extremely low energy utilization efficiency and high cost.
[0014]
On the other hand, when producing hydrogen gas from fuel, oxygen-containing hydrocarbons such as methyl ether and methanol are advantageous in terms of cost because they can be steam reformed at low temperature and low pressure.
[0015]
In addition, oxygen-containing hydrocarbons such as methyl ether and methanol are produced from methane in small and medium gas fields and gas fields with high carbon gas and CO 2 content, and therefore the amount thereof is relatively large.
[0016]
The present invention has been made paying attention to such points, and is a combined power generation and hydrogen generation plant that efficiently uses the steam generated in a power plant and efficiently generates hydrogen-rich fuel reformed gas from raw fuel. The purpose is to provide.
[0017]
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the combined power generation and hydrogen generation plant according to the present invention uses steam used as a turbine drive of a power plant configured using a light water reactor as a heat source, and uses this heat source as a raw fuel. A combined power generation and hydrogen generation plant that generates hydrogen by heating a heat exchanger that is provided between the power generation plant and the hydrogen generation plant and that is supplied with steam used to drive a turbine a, the hydrogen generation plant, reformer for reforming the hydrogen-rich by heating methanol, the mixed fuel supplied with a mixed fuel of the raw fuel and water comprising a dimethyl ether or ethanol with a reforming catalyst A raw fuel supply system for supplying the raw fuel to the reformer, a water supply system for supplying water to the reformer, and between the heat exchanger and the reformer. A heat medium circulation system that circulates the heat medium and fills the reformer with a heat medium heated by steam supplied to the heat exchanger, and a hydrogen-rich mixed fuel supplied from the reformer are aggregated. And a hydrogen separator for separating hydrogen from the gas component separated by the agglomerator .
[0020]
The heat medium circulation system is characterized in that the reformer is filled with the heat medium so that the temperature of the reforming catalyst filled in the reformer becomes 150 ° C to 350 ° C.
[0021]
The hydrogen separator is characterized by separating hydrogen and other gas components using a pressure adsorption fluctuation method.
[0022]
The heat exchanger receives supply of turbine exhaust after driving the turbine, and uses the turbine exhaust as a heat source to heat a heat medium in a heat medium circulation system, and the first heat exchanger. The reforming condition of dimethyl ether or the like is about 300 ° C., and it is advantageous to skillfully use the steam generated from the nuclear reactor.
[0044]
Dimethyl ether (DME) and the like are produced along the following flow.
[0045]
Natural gas in small and medium gas fields and coal seams → (CH 4 reforming) → H 2 , CO → (DME synthesis) → DME → (liquefied tanker transport and storage) → (DME reforming) → H 2 + CO 2 (recovery)
Here, the reforming reaction of natural gas in small and medium gas fields and coal seams is
[Chemical formula 2]
CH 4 + H 2 O = CO +
CH 4 CO 2 = 2CO 2 + 2H 2
The dimethyl ether is synthesized from the produced CO and H 2 by the following reaction formula.
